G. T.I have been coming to this dentist for over 20 years back when it was Addison’s. The service is always good since the new takeover, however I have just recently paid £150 for a retainer. On receiving this it was given to me in a plastic bag, when I asked for a case I was asked to pay an extra £2. You think a case would be included in the £150 I had paid.
Extremely disappointing. Seems as though they’re only interested in making as much money as possible.
G. T.1st visit to my new dentist after the retirement of Mr Barsby and to be honest I am confident in the new set up. Asked a few questions and recieved the right answers, so here's to a new start. Just wish they answered the phones at 8am and returned calls when leaving a message. Early days.
J. H.Having had poor experiences at previous dentists, I was anxious about trying yet another. However all of the team at House of Dental are so welcoming and kind, they put me at ease immediately. I especially like the fact that the dentist remembers the last visit and things we'd talked about concerning dental care. This small detail makes a huge difference, and a feeling that the staff really care about you and the service they offer. Highly recommend.
