The dentists are amazing too, providing just the right level of explanation before treatment, of which has always resolved my dental needs.

He’s provided a number of treatments for me including a crown, filling and on-lay - all work to a very high standard. Ash also goes out of his way to make my children feel calm and relaxed during checkups and treatments. Highly recommend.

Ashwin was reassuring and assessed my teeth and subsequently provided me with a mouth guard due to me grinding my teeth at night. It has since helped massively. Thanks!

H. S.I had such a great experience at this dentist. The staff are so welcoming. I had a chipped tooth from the age of 18, and after endless dentist trips trying to get a filling that looked good. Kirsty recommended a bio-clear filling which matched my original tooth & didn’t look like a filling was placed over my tooth. I’m so happy with the results. Also the hygienist (Tracy) & dental nurse (selina) were friendly and provided a great service. Would definitely recommend this dentist!

Couldn't be happier with my new straight and white smile something I should of got done when I was 14. Ash and the team are fantastic and guided me through the whole process with regular updates and check ups, even molding new invisalign aligners when I needed further adjustment. N. P.Ive been though many dentists over the past few years with multiple issues...as a last was recommended Harbourne Dental Practice from my family how are regulars, for my invisalign treatment.
Ashwin Parekh was my dentist throughout my treatment and was absolutely fantastic. He was excellent at explaining what would happen every step of the way as well as making me feel comfortable and confident in his abilities. He, (and his assistant) were patient and professional, and made what can be a daunting time an enjoyable experience.
I highly recommend Ashwin, and Harbourne Dental for all your dental needs. I will definitely be going back.

O. K. (. E. S.I am glad that Dr Kirsty called me today and took time to explain the current status and way forward. Sometimes a bit more time invested can help to clarify and ease things.
Written on 5th July: Good things first: Dr Anna is fantastic! Very personable and patient. Vikki in reception good to follow up on an email request. BUT....I had a referral since May and only because of an acute problem, by accident, the practice discovered that the referral was rejected for an unknown reason. I had to pay 60 pounds for an emergency appointment which lasted 5 minutes (and to discover this issue with the referral to be prescribed antibiotics that made feel like a zombie and the after care was zero. No call! No alternative medication! Just suffer. So basically they do not get notified about their referrals, they do not follow up on their referrals. I relied on their experience and know-how. And now I am with no medicine and no follow up and no progress. I had to contact my private insurance and will be forced to pay a deductible just because... And even with private insurance oral surgeons will not book you next day! So, noone has offered to put my case as a priority or to expedite it etc. Just charges with no outcome! Thank you for the pain!
J. S.I just need to share my experience with people who share my phobia. I could write an essay on the subject of why I DON’T/WON’T go to the dentist!! My fear is the whole experience and dental pain is my only reason for visiting. I’ve made 2 visits now, thanks to the very caring, patient staff😊first visit all my phobias were taken into consideration. Second visit everyone put me at ease again and gave me confidence to go a head with the treatment. Kirsty was so gentle I didn’t realise it was over!! I can’t thank Kirsty and all the lovely attentive staff enough. I’d like to be happy with my smile not embarrassed, I feel 100% I’ve come to the right place to make that happen. A massive thank you all.

I have had terrible problems with my teeth for a couple of years now and I had to have a large tooth removed as it was infected. Ash removed it so quickly without any problems and I genuinely felt no pain after the procedure (I have had some awful tooth extractions before!). I haven't had any problems since and it's been nearly two years.

N. P.I was first hesitant to change from my old dental practice to Harborne Dental Practice. But after numerous cancellations from my old practice I took the decision to change I was not let down. From the receptionist to the dentist everyone makes me feel at ease when coming in for appointments. A special mention to Dr Parekh who has always gone above and beyond when coming in. Any issues I have he is there to give his best advice and not force any treatment that I don’t need. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.

C. J.Excellent. So I have had bad experiences in the past and was petrified but knew I needed to go. Everyone was polite and lovely in reception and the dental nurses (Suman) were even better, very sociable and caring.
Ash is my dentist and I thoroughly recommend him. Made me feel as ease, talked me through the process (as I needed a few fillings), calmed me down if needed to. Listened to me.
I do have to wait longer than I'd like in the waiting area but I'm happy to sit and wait.

A. J.My dentist retired, and I decided to try Harborne after a recommendation, as a very nervous patient who doesn’t like pain I was worried I needn’t have been.
Upon entering the practise the staff are very welcoming and professional I saw a dentist called Ashwin Parekh, he’s was very professional and seems to take an interest in you as a patient as well as your teeth. I had a broken tooth that needed to be removed I wasn’t keen, Ashwin assured me it would not hurt and would be a quick procedure, he wasn’t wrong not only did it not take long,other than the injection I never felt a thing.
Over all I would recommend this practise and Ashwin as a Dentist. The practise is very clean and up to date compared to my last Dentist.
