They were able to address any concerns and develop solutions to prevent them from occuring in the future. I appreciated their honesty and extremely glad that they used patient feedback to improve their practice. I would recommend discussing any issues with the dentist and/or management as it is the most effective way in getting you the best service.

Had a lot of tooth related issues due to my health and thanks to the Park Dental staff it has all been resolved. Receptionist are very friendly and also share good advice. The dentists there are the best. I love the atmosphere and how comfortable they would make you feel when you are scared or nervous.

Waiting times are really really long and no access for pushchairs, so I always arrange (childcare, other meetings etc) for an extra 1-2 hours after my appointment time.
