I attended restore as my front teeth were badly decayed and broken. I was also made aware that I needed a number of fillings. I attended a total of 4 appointments to have my teeth restored, including one under sedation as I was really scared. I have a total of three fillings, an intensive clean and four crowns. My dentist was very caring and knowledgable. He listened to what I wanted. I was very pleased with the service, time and quality of the work. I would highly recommend.

Referred to practice due to needing apical surgery. From start to finish I felt i was in excellent hands. Friendly, knowledgeable reception staff who were always happy to help with my queries. Premises were welcoming and very clean and relaxing atmosphere when arrived for my consultation. Having a tooth removed is not something to look forward to in my opinion. Dan made this a painless experience. He explained everything from start to finish, explaining stage by stage what he was doing and telling me how it was proceeding putting me at my ease. I would truly recommend this dentist if you need an extraction. The dental nurse and receptionist were very polite and chatty and all in all made this experience less intimidating. I’d definitely recommend this dental surgery. I will admit I was anxious going in the door but after the procedure I wondered what I was worried about.

Extremely caring and professional. I had my oral Surgery by Dr Daniel Saund who made sure I was comfortable all the way through. Relaxed my nerves, ensured me it was going to be ok and it was more than ok. I had the most smoothest treatment, pain free, felt relaxed and so happy with the end result. In 2016 I was diagnosed with secondary cancer in my neck. The large tumour in my neck was removed, and this was followed by having all of my back teeth removed , a normal procedure prior to radiotherapy. This weakened my jaw and meant I was left with a very dry mouth, difficulty with eating and swallowing. Five years after treatment I still found difficulty in chewing as I could only use my front teeth, which became broken and chipped. General health also suffered from a poor diet.The hospital which initially treated me could not help with dentures or implants. In 2021 a new dentist at my practice told me about RESTORE and referred me to them. So grateful he did, because my initial appointment and consultation with Mr.Karun DEWAN can only be described as a game changer.After initial assessment, x- rays and discussions, Mr Dewan outlined a treatment plan for me. He was so reassuring and obviously understood the difficulties I encountered. This was followed by a written treatment plan and the full cost of treatment .There was no pressure but I am so pleased that I went ahead. After several appointments I am happy to say that my broken teeth have been restored and I have the dentures I need. Throuout the whole course I was treated so well and felt that my welfare was a priority to Mr Dewan and his staff. There must be other cancer patients who need help but hospitals cannot help. We would have no hesitation in recommending Mr Derwan and RESTORE.He reassures his patients making no false promises or hard sell, and is indeed a great professional. After suffering with pain for months and being fobbed off by my dentist with antibiotics I found Rajan Nansi at Restore and I have not looked back. From the moment I entered the practice I was listened too and cared about. The attention to detail and the level of care Rajan gave to me was outstanding. I have a complex and rare condition and had to go through teeth extraction and dental surgery but all was done in a way the pain was minimal and the after care was excellent. No question is too small or too silly. Rajan takes the time to listen to you and gives his top notch advise. I can not speak too highly about Rajan and the dental nurses who really looked after me as I was a nervous and overwhelmed patient. Thank you Rajan and the whole team at Restore, you are amazing.

Absolutely wonderful periodontist, Mr Rajan Nansi. I have been very anxious about gum and dental treatment due to a phobia regarding dental injections. I honestly wish I’d been to see Mr Nansi sooner as he put me at ease and alleviated any fears regarding my treatment. During treatment I hardly felt any pain and any anxiety was very short-lived. I will now also continue to see Mr Nansi for general dentistry, as long as I am able to afford it, due to the anxieties I feel elsewhere.

I visited RESTORE expecting nothing. I met Mr Karun Dewan Restorative Dental Consultant. I have extreme gum recession so unable to retain a lower denture. Three previous dentist s had been unable to help me at all.Dr Karun although challenging could help Using a photograph of my natural teeth (age19)he worked using phenomenal skill with patience and produced dentures of complexity replicating my own teeth so well I was truly overwhelmed (tears!) They are comfortable,I can eat,I can talk without covering my mouth.My facial structure has been restored ,I have my smile back(after30+years)and my confidence returned. Dr Karun Dewan is a genius in his field. a magician no less and kind. The nurses are skilled thoughtful and light hearted .The receptionist s are the best .RESTORE Barnt Green is modern and state of the art.Thankyou is not enough I highly recommend it Patricia Melling

Attended here recently and had a really positive experience. As soon as I walked in, I felt comfortable as everyone was so friendly and welcoming. I agree with other reviews which mention it feeling like a spa - they've made sure the environment is as relaxing as possible! My appointment was with Karun Dewan who was very professional, answered all my questions, and made sure I was happy with my experience. Becky was also lovely and very reassuring! At the end of my consultation, I was advised to just monitor my situation and make an appointment if anything changes - they definitely don't pressure patients into paying for treatments that they don't necessarily need to have at that time. I was referred to Restore, and Karun Dewan in particular, through contacts my brother, a dentist, has in the West Midlands. We spoke before my first appointment and Karun explained how he would review my general dental health before recommending treatment for the issue bothering me. That’s exactly what happened. Throughout, Karun has explained the relatively simple stages of the treatment, ensuring that I understand what has been done and what to expect next. Communication has been excellent, staff I have dealt with have been extremely pleasant, as are the surroundings, and appointments have been prompt especially given current circumstances. Like most people I was very, very anxious about going to a specialist for dental work, but it was clear to me that I needed more than standard dental care. I was referred to Mr Rajan Nansi by my dentist. My first impression of the practice was how welcoming and calming it felt. I was able to have my consultation with Mr Nansi with my husband present in the room – which also helped me feel more relaxed. His first question to me was ‘what do you want to achieve?’ which in my case was to keep my teeth – I already knew this would be difficult as I have low bone density and serious gum issues. I found Mr Nansi’s approach was honest and direct, he made it very clear from the start what my treatment would be, and what outcome we could expect. After treatment, he took a great deal of time explaining changes in my dental hygiene at home and after treatment care. I really appreciated the printouts to take home and the follow-on phone call. I’m not going to say that either the treatment or changes in how I now clean my teeth, have been easy, BUT both have been very effective, and I am really glad I took his advice and persevered. My condition has now changed from chronic to stable and I feel more confident that I can, with his support. continue to improve. I would highly recommend Mr Nansi to anyone who has dental problems that they feel insurmountable to contact him.

I had been receiving treatment for my daughter elsewhere over a period of 18 months without any conclusion. In desperation I contacted Restore late one evening via WhatApp, receiving a call back and a 45 minute appointment was booked. The practice was in contact with me by email right up until the appointment time when my daughter had a detail x-ray with immediate results, diagnosis and treatment plan. I was referred to RESTORE by my dentist in Nottingham for periodontal surgery. I have suffered from severe dental phobia for a very long time, but one visit to RESTORE has already helped me in my journey to overcome that. Dr Rajan Nansi called me a few times ahead of my appointment to make sure I was aware of what would be happening and why, to give me a chance to ask any questions, and just to introduce himself in general. I found this to be a very nice touch, especially for someone as nervous as myself. Both Dr Rajan Nansi and the nurse Amanda immediately put me at ease, and I knew I was in good hands from the moment I sat in the chair. They both knew exactly what to say and do to keep me calm during the procedure. I didn't feel judged or embarrassed at any time, just very well looked after. RESTORE really do care about you as a patient and they truly are specialists. In less than an hour they gave me my smile back.
