*I struggled to find a dentist》 in the Coved-19 virus lockdown, to make a new lower jaw denture plate. Dentists were only treating urgent care patients. Rang, 'The Great Barr Dental Practice' recently & reception offered me an appointment after I outlined my eating problem. Dr. Maz became my problem solver. He's very amiable and soon got to work with his assistant helping. Being professional he never rushed and explained the procedures. On my fourth appointment he made a few adjustments, fitted my new dentures and gave me a denture brush and glue. I did not need to return as Maz did a professional job. Their customer service team were obliging. I have no hesitation in recommending this surgery.

I recently joined this practice and saw a dentist there for the first time. The place was spotless and the receptionist was helpful over the telephone when i struggled to locate the practice and required directions. The dentist i saw was friendly and made me feel at ease straight away during my urgent dental treatment. She listened carefully and explained each aspect of the treatment clearly and gave great after care advice following my treatment. The dental nurse assisting the dentist was also lovely. I would recommend this dental practice to anyone!

I've never given feedback before for a dental appointment; but after my recent treatment, I feel like I have to. I was in on the Tuesday for a routine appointment where an x-ray identified an issue with my back tooth. It was going to be touch and go as to whether it could be saved - as my wisdom tooth had effectively grown into it and caused significant damage. I came back the following day (Wednesday) for the treatment, and thankfully my tooth was saved by having a deep-filling in the cavity. Now I'm not a dentist, so I can't complement the technical work done on my teeth... but the way I was treated and spoken to was fantastic. I was shown the challenge and results on the screen, and I actually felt like I understood what was happening. FYI: the dentist was called Dr Gohel (highly recommended), but generally all of the staff are very pleasant

Very friendly staff. I am normally scared of going to the dentist but everyone was very welcoming and friendly which helped me feel at ease. The dentist was very experienced and knew what was the issue but still investigated properly to ensure I get the correct treatment. I would highly recommend this dental practice.
