H. P.I've heard many horror stories recently of people being struck off their dentists' patient lists despite not being able to get to their practices because of Covid. At the University Dental and Implant Centre I had no such issues: despite not visiting the practice for around 3 years they were happy to re-activate my patient record and make me an appointment the following week. Excellent service.
E. Q.I've been at this dentist for around 10 years now and have never had an anything but exceptional service from them, wouldn't consider using anybody else. I don't know whether the other reviews have it confused with another university dentist elsewhere as the receptionists are so lovely they can't possibly be right! Would recommend.
B.All in all a very pleasant experience, as it has been before. Swiftly got an appointment that worked with my schedule, and was called up within minutes of sitting down in the waiting room. The dentist, Mina, was incredibly helpful, approachable and competent, alleviated my worries and gave me some great no-nonsense advice. The dental nurse Leah was also very helpful. Grateful to have this practice in my area.
