My wife and I, together with our children, have been attending this dental suite for the past few years now, and the service is always excellent. The process from being greeted by the friendly receptionists, through to the management, dental nurses and dentists, is always friendly and professional. Our dentist has been Ali, and he is highly skilled in his field. We have never had any probems or complications with any dental work he has carried out. I would highly recommend this dental practice for any dental treatment. You won't be disappointed.

Because of Covid I have not been to the dentist for almost 2 y ears. The previous 70 plus years I have gone every 6 months. I have been to the Hygienist Rachel many times before and she is always excellent. However, this time I was seeing a new dentist for my check up. Her name is Ugne, but I did not catch the name of her excellent Dental Nurse. These two worked as brilliant team and my inspection was so very thorough. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I had really bad toothache and I had called 111 as was in so much pain. They have me a list of three dentists, all had zero availability. My boyfriend recommend Ali and his team. They were able to fit me in and the treatment was fantastic. It turns out I had two very infected wisdom teeth, I was sent to Bournemouth hospital to have my x-rays and dropped the CD back. I have now been referred to have my wisdom teeth removed. Ali was very patient and thorough and gave me a strong dose of antibiotics which thankfully cleared up the infection. I found the staff to be very friendly and helpful and would happily recommend to others.

I travelled a long way to go to this dentist on recommendation and I had to have a lot of work done - I am very very nervous of dentists but Ali and Ella have taken great care of me across a couple of appointments with potentially more to come - they changed the anaesthetic used so it didn't make me shake so much and reassured me every step - I have confidence they will continue to look after me as my many problems are resolved - thank you to the whole practice as they have been so lovely ☺️

Everyone can be quick to moan about dental practices, however I went into Bupa Bournemouth Central to have some dental work done. I have to say the service was 1st class I highly recommend Ali ( Dentist) very professional, calm he knew his stuff, compared to other practices I’ve been too within the same organisation. The whole team were very welcoming even the practice manager introduced herself. They all put me at ease as previously very nervous. Thank you Ali and team you guys are the real unsung hero’s. I felt very safe entering the practice no concerns around covid. Highly recommend this practice and Dentist you won’t regret seeing him. Love my new smile 😁I can eat food properly now 🙌 Thank you

Sorry I didnt catch the name, I did all the research for other hospital like Kings college and another hospitals and got told there was a 3 year wait which I find hard to believe dual to there on reviews on a week wait I spoken to one of Bupa colleagues and advised me to go private and pay 20 grand which I don't have that kind of money this started from the NHS and ending up going private

Really well looked after by Alie who gave my wife and I excellent treatment and advice very caring and professional safe covid precautions and thanks also to Debbie the practice manager for her help on several occasions with our ongoing treatment.She always returns your calls. They also have a good sense of humour which really helps when yr stressed out. Although not all treatments are available on the NHS they gave great advice and assistance. No hesitation in recommending this practice

I have been very impressed with this Dental Practice. I first attended due to a severe toothache and was offered an emergency appointment. The issue was quickly identified and a further appointment was made for an extraction. I, like most people, am averse to pain, but the dentist, Ali, ensured that this was kept to a minimum and extracted a large and difficult tooth. I would like to thank all at the Practice, from Debbie and Laura on Reception to Monica the Dental Nurse and of course Ali for their friendly and relaxed attitude which helped to reduce my anxiety and discomfort significantly. You will always receive a friendly greeting from everyone at this dental practice which immediately puts you at ease. The waiting room and reception area is kept clean & the staff always look presentable. Their telephone manner is impeccable. When it comes to actually seeing the clinicians; both the hygienists are lovely & have a wealth of knowledge. Ali has been my dentist for a few years now & though I'm still one of those nervous patients, both Ali and his nurse offer reassurance throughout the appointment. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Where do I start? When I first started coming here I was so nervous of the dentist due to a really poor dentist before. Some treatment was needed and sedative dentistry was even mentioned, as a way to cope with my nervous. No wonder my teeth were not great, I eat far too much rubbish and drunk a lot of sugary drinks. I though didn’t go down this route and over time and with lots of patience from Ali, the best dentist around my confidence has grown massively. Attending the dentist regularly and maintaining good oral hygiene is now very important to me. Ali always tries to put you at ease and the whole team at this practice are simple brilliant. More recent Ali suggested he could do something about the gap in the front of my teeth I’ve always hated. In just one appointment causing no pain he closed the gap in the front of my teeth this has massively helped with my confidence. Ali and the team at Bournemouth dental practice you’ve taken a very nervous patient along a journey and really helped and built my trust, always putting the patient first and never rushing your patients. I knew roughly what treatment I needed going in, and the procedure went really well. Ali is a great dentist and I'd recommend him, he's not pushy, thorough with explaining everything and does a professional job. The hygeinist I saw a few days after also did a great job at cleaning and taking some time to explain and help me maintain my teeth. Happy to have them as my dentists. I've been with Oasis before they were named BUPA back in Guildford too a few years back, and it's good to know the quality is consistently high.

I was always nervous when i needed to go to the dentist, they put me at ease every time, never rush me. The reception staff are so helpful and friendly, they reassure me before i go to the waiting room. Thank you to the team at this practice i wouldn't want to be at any other dental practice.

Wonderful wonderful dentist warm welcoming only downside : not easy to access if disabled no parking nearby and stairs oh so many stairs but such a good dentist highly recommend
