My son came in for a filling today and due to having autism he was extremely nervous. Our dentist Andrew was amazing and explained clearly everything he was doing to my son.He was kind and understanding and made the whole experience very easy. From entry to exit every staff member was exceptional! A very special mention and shout out to Karen and her receptionist colleagues. My 5 year old grandson was screaming the place down and trying to escape the waiting room. There were several attempts to calm him down with some dentists coming out giving him stickers and kind words etc but it was Karen that had the magic touch, she managed to calm him down and engage him in a game. At no point did any staff member make me and my husband feel like we were a problem and in the way, as we left the reception team members even cracked a joke saying they were going to all do a dance to distract my grandson. Customer service at its finest. The dentist, Mr Hamid, was excellent with my grandson and had a very special way about him.

Many thanks to the staff at this dentistry practice in the current climate. My partner and I recently visited this local practice after some time away having to cancel our appointment earlier in the year due to Covid 19. As ever the reception staff were so friendly and obliging with all the PPE and necessary protocols which must take up a good deal more of their efforts these days. Particularly praise to Alex and Laura as I am sure they are aware of my nervous disposition nursing a rather aged Maryland bridge! Supportive attention, time and comprehensive information offered as usual which calmed me no end and made the visit so much less traumatic than I could have envisaged. I understand that Laura is a newer member of your team and she is an obvious asset to your practice with her calming disarming nature, professionalism and person orientated awareness. Thank you team for all your competence especially in these times, from a very satisfied service user!

Had a 90 minute appointment yesterday with Dr Alexandra Cutus & her assistant to fit a temporary bridge, which involved removal of a fractured tooth, removal of old crowns and preparation of one other tooth - the whole process was painless and Alexandra explained everything she was about to do and kept checking I was ok - she promised she would give me my smile back and even with the temp bridge I am thrilled with the results and can’t wait for the permanent bridge to be fitted. A really nice touch was Alex contacting me this morning to check all was well - this has been first class service from my first consultation to my appointment yesterday and I would highly recommend her work - thank you so much.

I had to have 2 replacement fillings by Hamed (who I've not been to before) and these were quite deep and a little painful but Hamed was so lovely, compassionate and professional. He did everything he could to make me feel comfortable. The ladies on reception are lovely too and were quite a good laugh! Just the friendly atmosphere you want when going for an appointment anywhere!

I have been registered at this dentist for over ten years, before it became a Bupa dentist. I am an NHS patient and I believe they are one of the few places currently offering NHS registrations locally. On-the-day emergency appointments are usually available if calling at the time of opening, or usually within 24hrs. Regular appointments can be available within a week, sometimes longer, depending on overall availability. I love my dentist, he is very friendly and very good at explaining procedures and options, however, I have noticed variable skill levels in the dental nurses, some obviously more experienced than others (the only reason for not scoring five stars). There is no onsite parking and the on the street parking is hit and miss. The nearest parking lots are outside Westbourne Medical centre or Marks & Spencer's, only a few minute's walk away. Toilets available. During the pandemic, a limited number of services have been available but procedures seem to have become available much sooner than many other dentists and the hygiene and entrance/protection protocols are extremely stringent. 25.08.2020

After contemplating having Botox for a long time Alexandra came highly recommended. There are many others on the market offering Botox treatments but I was keen to find someone with a background full of experience and knowledge (which is what Alexandra offers). Not only is Alexandra a highly experienced dentist she also specialises in Botox and fillers. Upon meeting Alexandra I immediately felt at ease - just as I had heard she was warm and welcoming and her surgery was immaculate. Even though the procedures very quick and her technique is painless I feel I was given all the time in the world to ask questions and discuss any concerns I had. She listened to exactly what I wanted also - it’s clear Alexandra knows her stuff. Being a dentist also she has a fully qualified nurse to assist her and to maintain a clinical environment (this is something I am doubtful you would find elsewhere). I am a firm believer in you pay for what you get and my results speak for themselves. I now have a line free forehead and I am speechless with the results. I can not thank or recommend this wonderful lady enough - I can not wait to come back for teeth whitening and for lip fillers. This lady does it all!

This is the best dental practice I've belonged to. The staff from receptionists to dentists are so friendly and will do whatever they can to accommodate you. My dentist even jiggled his appointments around to fit me in for a root canal before he went on holiday. Can't recommend this practice enough!

Live close by, came in first thing, the Dentist saw what the issue was, explained everything to me in full and why it had happened and showed me the extent of the damage (it was bad). I have just had an appointment with this practice This has been my first experience with them I was really impressed with the dealings that I had with the reception staff - especially Lorna who went out of her way to help me and made me an emergency appointment with DR Jasper I have to say that I am probably the world’s most nervous dental patient, but as soon as I was in his dental chair I completely relaxed I could not believe how relaxed and calm I was when being given treatment I have now cancelled myself as a patient of my previous dentist practice and will only ever in the future go to DR Jasper I can thoroughly recommend this dental practice I
