Sania is so professional, friendly and compassionate. My daughter had such a bad experience with her previous dentist and the way Sania talked to her so patiently and with so much love, my daughter was absolutely fine with the treatment and now looks forward to her next appointment. It is an amazing feeling and gives us a peace of mind to have found such a great dentist. She is absolutely brilliant and wherever she goes we will follow her...🙂

I've been a patient of Holmoak Dental Practice for over 40 years... when they used to be based in Post Office Road and then subsequently moved to Wimborne Road. Mr Woods was the original private owner/dentist and was a lovely, humble gentleman. After a few decades at Wimborne Road he retired and sold it onto a large dental company. The new company has invested in the furnishings in the waiting room and has turned it into a more modern, bright environment. The only issue over the last 10 year's has been the churn rate of dentists coming and leaving, which loses all sense of continuity with their patients. A real shame. My dentist is Jaslina and is really respectful and professional, I hope she doesn't leave any time soon! They are both NHS and private. 👍

I recently visited Holmoak Dentists for an extraction. My Dentist is Jasleen. I cannot praise her high enough. Right from the start she asked me if I wanted to go ahead and we discussed the merits of removing the tooth. Guided by her I decided to go ahead. She has the most gentle touch and I didn't feel any pain whatsoever. Afterwards we again discussed at length some additional work I require. All procedures explained in clear and eloquent manner. Certainly by far the best dentist I have experienced in 61 years. Thank you Jasleen.

My first time at this practice. I was offered an appointment the same day at a convenient time, the dentist, Sania, was on time , charming, very thorough and made me feel very relaxed in her care. The practice itself it spotlessly clean and well managed, all the staff I came across were cheerful, polite & helpful, I was able to park right outside the door which is always a bonus!

Really welcoming, hygienic and comfortable practise. Receptionists, dentists and nurses are all extremely helpful and go out of their way to talk you through any work required and ensure you understand and are happy with what’s being proposed. Brilliant team, The receptionist was very nice I got lost at one point, she kindly gave me directions until I found the place, which made me a little late but I was still seen.( even though it was an emergency appointment) The dentist was amazing and quickly fixed the problem, talked me through my options clearly. Sania is frankly the best dentist I have ever experienced in my life. She also has a fab assistant too. Like many I don’t relish a visit to the dentist and my stress levels and anxiety of needles was handled in the most amazing way, time wasn’t an issue and my treatment has been outstanding. Sania is the fourth dentist I’ve had at Holmoak and I’m sorry to say if she ever left I would be going wherever she goes (as much as I love the team at Holmoak) Al Sheppard

Was very nervous to visit the dentist, especially after the traumatic experience with my old dentist. I had lost confidence in being able to smile because if a cow boy filling (that was unnecessary) had left me with teeth I wanted to hide. Had to visit this surgery for an emergency appointment. Was seen very quickly, all staff were friendly and welcoming and the dentist went above and beyond what is expected from an emergency appointment as I am not with the surgery but would love this to be my dental practice in future.

I have been with Hilmoak for many years. Currently having porcelain veneers fitted by Rishi, who is an excellent practitioner in every respect. The surgery is clean and modern and I appreciate the SMS reminders. I've dropped it by 1 star as there is no guest WiFi and for me on the 3 network there is no internet. This has been an issue for me as I often have to wait for extended periods before being treated and could be getting on with work. The practice could easily share their connection in a secure manner so little excuse for this in 2021.

I have been seeing Rishi for multiple appointments over the past 13 months to address Various dental issues. It would be most fair to say that visiting the Dentist is not in my top 3 list of favourite things to do, despite this ...Rishi’s consistent highly professional and personable qualities make these visits bearable. He is the epitome of excellent customer service, a credit to the industry and I would highly recommend him - you will not be disappointed.

ABSOLUTELY OUTSTANDING! I've been coming here for 6 years now and I just love my dentist and her nurse. They both always make me feel at ease and have always done a great job. I had a deep filling today and they got me back in quick and even under the new covid guidelines went above and beyond!!!! I was in and out in 45 mins and even got a scale. I was really nervous about going back in today and the last week went slow, but I had nothing to worry about! My dentist was able to help me get away with a filling rather than root canal. I wont go anywhere else! The reception team are also fantastic and always greet me with a smile and always ask how I am. So lucky to have these as an NHS dentist!

When moving to Bournemouth from Bushey it is difficult to know which Dentist will be suitable. I took a chance. I put in my new Postcode and said "nearest Dentist to this Postcode" and Holmoak came up so I rang and registered and it is just around the corner from us and is a lovely practice. Receptionists and Dentists all lovely and helpful and myself and my husband were totally relaxed there. On our first visit we had to fill in a very comprehensive form - medical history etc and that was that.
