Visited the hygienist and got a little upset with myself and the hygienist and her dental nurse were so kind and caring. The hygienist talked me through everything very clear and professionally. I felt I could trust them both and they did a great job on my teeth today, giving reassurance when I needed it. Thank you.

Have just had a filling in my front tooth that was on the brink of being pulled and beyond repair , but the new lady dentist Larissa did a fantastic job and filled root canal and basically made me up a new tooth, i recommend this dentist100% i am so happy as i know if it had been another dentist my tooth would have most likely been pulled, i have a fear of dentist but she was so gentle and professional as i am usually sedated. I am so glad i have finally found a good dentist and i have been through most of them in Bournemouth, 10/10 all the way. Thank you so much.

The two dentists I have seen at this practice are absolutely amazing. Normally I see Kieran who is so caring and puts you at ease and is constantly checking to see if you are ok. Also I had a difficult extraction which was performed by larissa who equally made you feel calm. I was referred here by my own dentist for sedation. I was put at such ease during my pre-assessment, then again when I arrived for my treatment. As an extremely anxious patient and someone who suffers from a severe gag reflex, I cannot recommend this practice enough!! Treatment was done quick and effectively! From the reception staff right through to the aftercare team I felt at ease and comfortable.

I had a broken molar where the back had dropped off and another tooth developed an internal cavity. This was confirmed by x-ray and quickly and painlessly treated. The repair to both teeth completed in 30 minutes. An excellent piece of work, skillfully concluded, from happy competent staff. Highly recommended for dental work with a smile.

Today we had a family appointment. We were early and seen almost straight away, the receptionist was really lovely, very welcoming and greeted us with a lovely smile. Our dentist was Shakira Ahamed and her and her assistant were brilliant, very kind and helpful. Especially with our children, our son who is 3 has always been nervous and has never let a dentist look inside his mouth but very happily allowed Shakira to do all the checks that she needed to do, it was also explained what was going to happen before hand and we didn't feel rushed when our son wanted us to go first. She was very patient with our 18 month old who wasn't keen on opening her mouth and again, it wasn't pushed or rushed. All the information we received was very helpful. It was the best experience we have ever had with the dentist. Any member of staff that we passed on the stairs or hallway greeted us with a lovely smile also. Very happy that we chose my dentist for our family. Thank you so much for being so brilliant and making our children's experience a positive one.

My dentist is for me a positive experience because I have a dentist phobia, and my own dentist understands my anxiety and fears and had been kind and gentle with me and now I can go without such fears. There is sedation available if I need it for extraction or fillings. This has been a huge weight of my mind.

If you're having a treatment/extraction with IV Sedation and you're bricking it.. Don't be! These aren't my usual dentist, I was referred by my actual dentist to the My Dentist team in Winton to have my broken Wisdom Tooth extracted under IV Sedation. I was so scared and nervous of being sedated because I've not had it before and after reading the reviews of My Dentist on Google I got a little bit more nervous because there are a fair amount of negatives that related the treatment I was having. However I did also read their reviews on the NHS Website which are so much better. Going in to have my procedure I was so nervous and not exactly happy to be going but when I arrived everyone was so welcoming and reassuring. They asked how I was and when I told them how nervous and scared I was they took the time to go through what to expect and reassured me. When I went in to start the procedure, my dentist was again very welcoming and made sure I felt comfortable and was ok and took the time to answer any further questions I had. In the room there was also a Anaesthetists who again was lovely, he made sure i was ok as well and went through my medical form and made sure it was safe to go ahead. He then injected the back of my hand with the sedation medication and literally within a minute I felt it. The dentist injected the local anaesthetic to the tooth area and made sure I couldn't feel any pain before proceeding. It literally felt like 3 minutes before she then told me "All done". All throughout I was still awake and fully aware of what was going on - the sedation just made me feel really relaxed and calm, not drunk or 'drugged up' at all and most of all I didn't feel a single thing. I then went with the nurse to the recovery room so they could check me over and make sure I was ok to leave with my other half while explaining the aftercare. All in all, I had nothing to be so worried about. Everyone from start to finish was so lovely and I felt very looked after. I can't fault them at all. So DON'T let any of the negative reviews you read about them get to you or make you doubt them. My experience was brilliant and matches a lot of the other positive peoples I read on the NHS website.

Just been referred to this dentist as my normal dentist couldnt fit me in. Well what a great experience, such friendly reception team and welcoming nurses that I am not going to go back to my normal dentist. Best practice in Bournemouth used couple other ones and all they could do is extract tooth. Mydentist with Leia was best experience I had. Fully recommended

i have been very bad shape due to tiny broken teeth. First day what i noticed is it is a very clean place and on second day i noticed dentists are working very clean as well. Anyways reception gave me the appointment on a day later and i could even able to have it filled in on the next day. Very Good reception and very good dentist. Really happy to have to registered at mydentist in Pine Road. Seen very quickly by very kind Dentist Miss Leia Albiac and then had tooth extraction by sedation by Mrs Larissa Komisarovas. Tooth wasn't difficult to extract so no bruising at all. Very quickly and efficiently done. Anaesthetist, dentists, assistants and receptionists have all been very friendly and helpful. So glad they are my dentists.

Recently registered with this dentist and was nervous about going there with a cronic tooth ache because of the reviews I'd read. Well I was worrying about nothing! Walked in there at 8am crying as I was in so much pain. The receptionist was SO KIND to me and immediately arranged for me to see a dentist at 9.30am. Had to go back yesterday for root canal treatment, the dentist was very understanding with my nervousness and so kind and gentle. Had to make another appointment afterwards, the receptionist was busy but acknowledged I was waiting. Made my appointments easily, very friendly lady we had a laugh at how relaxed I was now that my treatment was finished. I cannot stress enough how kind and understanding the staff were towards me and I'm so happy I registered there :)
