Great dentist. Will not change. Dr Ebodi is so professional and efficient. The front of house staff are accommodating. Very clean and welcoming practice. Would absolutely recommend. Even though moved out of area I refuse to change. I could move up to Scotland and I would still be back every 6 months.

Have been going to this dentists since childhood. Even though I have moved out of the area the service is so good here and the same dentist who is always thorough and the hygienists thorough also I refuse to leave untill asked. We have been coming to this dental practice for over 20 years now. I cannot speak highly enough of the service and treatment we receive. We have Mr Ebodi and we wouldn’t want to go anywhere else. My eldest had a bad experience with a dentist in France, back when he was 4 years old and was very nervous about dentists. Mr Ebodi was so kind and very patient, he completely put him at ease and reinstalled his trust! Lovely staff too.

The best dentist practice I have ever been to. The ladies on reception are extremely diligent, even to cleaning pens after use. They are most courteous and helpful. Dentists are kind and considerate of people, like me, who are scared to go to them for treatment. I can’t say I enjoy it, who can? I am an NHS patient but I got a full 15 minute appointment for a checkup. The dentist was very through even did x-rays to make sure there was nothing going on under my fillings. They practice very strong covid restrictions so I felt very safe there. They were cleaning everything after everyone touched anything all the time. Karim was really wonderful, very calming and put me totally at ease. I am very grateful to him for his care and so happy that he was able to see me so quickly. Every precaution is taken when visiting the practice. From temperature check before you enter. Hand gel and sanitizing gel. Well spaced seating and few patients allowed in at one time. The staff are very friendly and efficient and the care taken when you actually see the dentist is very reassuring. Going to the dentist is never something any of us enjoy but this practice is exceptional in it's care and professionalism.

Very happy with the dentist who saw myself and my two children. Was surprised to be told that my children couldn't use the toilet there because of Covid. As we were already in the practice and seeing a dentist (getting close to staff) I thought it would have been reasonable to allow a 5 year old to use the loo.

I don't like going to the dentist as it really makes we worry for weeks before an appointment is due. Recently I had to go for quite a few appointments as I had a crown fitted and filling. The dentist was very good, and so was the nurse. Didn't hurt me at all and made sure he didn't do any thing till the injection he gave me had worked. My appointments haven't all ways been on time ? but that is not a problem for me. As long as I get kind and gentle treatment that is fine for me. Also have all ways found the staff at the reception , very friendly .

Fantastic dentist! I’ve moved around the U.K. a fair bit, had a fair few dentist - both private & NHS - and Poole Lane Dental is up there with the best. The customer service is excellent, caring reception staff make you feel like a wanted client and not an inconvenience. My dentist took time explaining the various procedures available to me, he was understanding, empathetic, and very helpful. More recently - during the lockdown - I’ve had a tooth infection, my dentist returned my call within 15 minutes and had a treatment plan arranged immediately! Honestly, I am so impressed. Thank you!

Been going to this practice for quite a few years along with my wife and have had no problems with the service or treatment from here. The dentist, dental nurses and receptionists have always been friendly and professional for us both. I usually need a bit of extra help being a disabled wheelchair user and they are more than happy to help me when needed. Always making me feel at ease and comfortable. This dentist practice is very hot on the sanitiser front. I was really impressed, they have a system guiding you every step of the way. Everything was sanitised before and after, even the door handles and pens. Well impressed as I haven't seen anywhere else be so proactive on hygiene regarding the safety of their customers and staff .
