I had avoided going to the dentist for quite some time due to health anxiety and previous bad experiences. I made Hannah aware of this during my consultation, and she immediately put me at ease. After a thorough check-up, Hannah explained my treatment plan and took the time to reassure and answer all my questions. I was able to book my follow up appointments, and a visit to the hygienist, quickly. All of my procedures have been painless, and I am really pleased with the results. So far, I have had no issues whatsoever. I would also like to say that the hygienist is lovely and did an excellent job. And Chris, the receptionist, is also very kind, polite and helpful. I'm so pleased I came to Queens Park Dental Team; the whole experience has really put me at ease about going to the dentist again.

Went there few weeks ago with enormous pain caused by tooth abscess. I was unable to book an appointment anywhere. I made about 30 calls, here I was able to get on chair within 2 days! Stomatologist Hannah Neve, done an X-ray and advise me to save the tooth and perform the root canals treatment. 1 week on antibiotics followed by 2 appointments week apart, no pain what so ever, all done under the local anesthetics! Hannah and her assistant are the people you want to see if you suffer, polite, professional, no messing about, they get the job done and I could get on with my live again. 2 weeks after I do not feel any discomfort and its like nothing happened. Gentleman in the reception was extremely helpful and professional. The whole surgery is nicely designed, also I didn't have any issue to find the parking around. 5 Stars for your golden hands, thank you. I came here for the first time for a check up after avoiding the dentist for a couple of years…safe to say due to leaving it for so long, I required work doing. I was petrified but Hannah (the dentist) discussed my options and an plan was put into place. My treatment has been quick, efficient and most importantly for me… pain free!! I am so pleased I have chosen this practice and subsequently, I have regained my confidence in visiting the dentist. So a big thank you to Hannah! I would also like to say thank you to the receptionist (Chris) who is very welcoming and friendly and a thank you to the hygienist (female- but apologies as I’ve forgotten her name) who provided great treatment, education and advice.

I've been a patient here for a few years and every experience has been entirely positive! I've just finished straightening my teeth with In-Line aligners and am over the moon with the results. All other dental work (1 filling and 2 elective wisdom teeth extractions) has been completely pain free and done to a very high standard. I appreciate Hannah's professionalism and honesty when discussing treatments and feel that she maintains patient autonomy at all times. I think Hannah is an excellent dentist and trust her 100%. Since joining the practice my overall dental health has improved significantly thanks to Laura the hygienist. She is very friendly and manages to be gentle yet highly effective, giving clear and non-judgmental advice. The practice itself is spotless with a comfortable atmosphere and appointments run on time. The practice manager, Chris, is always calm, efficient and professional. Their response to COVID has been impressive, with clear measures put in place. I had a complete nightmare and my front tooth snapped off at the top. Now for most people this would be disturbing but when you have a real phobia of the dentists it was devastating!! I have only had major work done in the past under semi conscious sedation or would choose to have the painful tooth taken out which has left to years of neglect and lots of embarrassment about my teeth. I spent time on google and found Hannah, from the first phone call I was treated with the greatest of respect and Hannah had an appointment the same day. I had several options and I was given time to go away and think about what was best for me. A treatment plan was started which first needed the hygienist again this is my worst nightmare but I knew it needed to be done. The hygienist was lovely and spent time explaining what she was doing and what I needed to do to improve my oral health. Over the last few months and several appointments I have had 2 crowns and dentures to fill gaps and I literally could not be happier!!! I know it sounds a bit cliche but after my last appointment today not only do I feel incredibly proud of myself that I no longer need calming medication to go to the dentist but I have walked away with a smile like a proper smile!!! I sent a photo to my mum and she said “wow you are not just grinning any more, it’s a proper smile”. Thanks to hannah and her team you have literally transformed my smile, my oral health and most of all helped me overcome my fears. I would recommend Hannah and the team to anyone!! If I could give more than ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I would!!

I had an issue with my teeth and was unregistered with any dentist due to relocating with work a few years ago. Most other dentists were asking for up to 6 weeks for an appointment. I was able to get a check up booked within 48 hours of making the appointment. Received treatment yesterday and although I was dreading it Hannah was fantastic and it was not very painful and not as bad as I thought.

Chris was great on reception and they managed to book me in last minute for a filling which in grateful for. As such I appreciate that to get a last minute service you have to pay a premium but I found the dentist to be rude and dismissive. I asked what sort of condition the rest of my teeth were in but wasn't given the time of day. A cursory 2 minute look could have revealed another cavity which might have yielded another £215 filling on a follow up appointment but it just all felt very cold and transactional. Just a bit of a shame, I've been to other dentists that would happily give a friendly opinion as part of the procedure.

I had an urgent root filler needed after suffering a cracked infected tooth during lockdown. Queens Park Dental were quick to respond to my need and had me in within a day of calling. The team were superb, Chris was exceptional receiving me, friendly and put me at ease. Hannah was incredible, very attentive, let me know every step of the way what I needed doing and after 2 appointments, my tooth was treated to fight the infection and fixed to look like new. I was absolutely thrilled to have kept my tooth - the professional finish is like I never had an issue to begin with! I cannot recommend Queens Park Dental enough. I'm the original bury your head in the sand guy, having not been to a dentist in 3 decades - I was finally driven out of hiding by what turned out to be a wisdom tooth, and I simply can't say enough nice things about the Queens Park team. Beyond a flawless service which really, really helped - they were also very patient and understanding of my nervousness and put up with me chattering away wonderfully. Hannah is brilliant; a great communicator, clear and very reassuring - and already helping me treat my teeth with a bit more respect - Chris is a wonderful calming influence and all the communication, organisation and follow ups have been clear, unfussy, relevant and useful. Honestly, I went in agony fearing the worst, and feeling like the 12 year old who I was went I last went - I came out with the problem solved in under 45 minutes, everything I needed to know for immediate follow up, and - and this is honestly true - looking forward to my next visit! It felt so good to have finally done something, and also felt so good to have had that something done, too. (I've had that next visit and warned them I was going to be nice haha - kind, genuine people, and so good at what they do. Simply can't recommend highly enough.)

Did a brilliant job. They are offering the whitening as well as the scale and polish. This was soemthing not all dentists are offering and wish I'd known it had been available. If you have periodontal issue then maybe ask for numbing gel but I am used to sensitivities on my teeth during the procedure. The hygienist is thorough and friendly.

Great dentist and team! Having been told by two different dentists that my tooth had to come out, I thought I'd get a third opinion and good job I did. Hannah explained very carefully why it was difficult to repair my tooth and all the risks involved in trying to repair it. What Hannah said made sense to me, you feel you can trust a dentist when they speak sense, more than when the come out with just a careless "it has to come out", or "It's not worth it" -Hey it's my tooth, I'm worth it!- Anyway Hannah did an amazing job, repairing that tooth, there a feel good thing about her surgery too, and you know how off putting dentist surgeries can be. I've since had more work done on my teeth and it's been great.

I hadn't been to the dentist in a few years due to anxiety caused by former dentists and procedures. So decided to go for private dentist treatment instead. I was offered an appointment straight away, and on my first visit I noticed the simple things that you don't always get at an NHS practice... Calm and quiet environment, friendly and caring staff, I was asked how I was, and I had a proper consultation and check-up instead of a rushed one, I also wasn't made to feel bad about my teeth. I then had a replaced filling and hygienist appointment booked for the next day and was so surprised at how skilled Hanne and her team were. Both appointments were finished within the hour and I didn't feel any discomfort due to how skilled they were. I also didn't feel anxiety because I could tell that they knew exactly what they were doing. They also weren't stressed or unhappy, which is what I have found at previous practices and this really helps when you're already feeling anxious about seeing a dentist- not having to see a stressed, annoyed or unhappy dentist. Thanks to Hanne and her team I'm not going to be dreading the dentist anymore and that makes me really happy.

Where do i start, I came here for a hygienist clean as my previous hygienist put me down, and i was so supeised at how diffrent everything was(in a positive way) right from when i went in through the door to the reception staff and best of all Laura my hygienist, the experience was outstanding, and although i went in to just give it a try, i can safley say i will not go anywhere else for a hygienist clean, I was also really impressed at how they also found another issue on my upper gum and are willing to refer me to hospital if necassary, very highly knowledgable, my previous hygienist/dentist did not tell me of this issue. Also i would like to add, compared to my previous one, it was soooo Gentle! Could barley tell, and Laura did a marvelous job, wheras my previous one made me feel so sore and bleed so bad with hardly any cleaning! its really warm and lovley too as they are chattering away so you just don’t focus too much on the procedure which was a plus for me, usually id stay still all tense 😬, Thank you so much, and i reccomend this to everyone, even if its a tad bit more its so worthit!
