Every member of the team I encountered were completely lovely and reassuring. Before the procedure I was very anxious and expecting a traumatic experience. The Surgeon (Dr Bills) made me feel completely at ease and comfortable within seconds of entering the room. The environment was also relaxing with great music playing. The Dental Nurse (Sarah) was also a very calming presence and lovely. I have never felt so relaxed at any sort of healthcare appointment. A huge thank you to the whole team at the Bournemouth branch. Unfortunately I did not catch specific names of people I dealt with but they were fantastic.

I was referred to oral surgery who then arranged for four teeth to be extracted at Smile Kind in Boscombe on Saturday 6 August 2022. The dentist was Chloe, a super professional, who along with her nurse. explained everything step by step and carried out the extractions swiftly. I needed to have my lower impacted wisdom tooth removed and was recommended SmileKind by my NHS dentist. I am a nervous patient and wanted to pay to go privately for the removal to ensure I was in the best care, so when I saw the amazing reviews I didn't hesitate to get in contact with SmileKind! The response was fast, the customer service was great and where do I begin with my dental surgeon Dr Bilal... He could sense my fear but put me at ease from the moment I walked in. I could not believe how fast and painless the removal was! I have never been so relieved in all my life, I had been putting the removal off for so long and for it to go so smoothly really put my faith in SmileKind!! Everyone who works there is lovely, and Dr Bilal was kind enough to see me again the next day when I had a slight complication and something had gotten stuck in the extraction site. I was also grateful with the payment options they provide as paying privately for dentistry is never cheap! Very happy overall and would highly recommend to anyone wanting the best experience for tooth extraction!!

Excellent – no hesitation in recommending SmileKind! I got toothache so I had to put aside my ‘fear’ & have a checkup for the 1st time in 18 years & was referred to SmileKind for 2 extractions (one being a wisdom tooth). The team were very friendly, kind & helpful & the dentist Sami Stagnell is a very likeable, personable gentleman. I felt much more relaxed than I was expecting. When I had a wisdom tooth extracted many, many years ago, the dentist ended up with his knee on my chest in his efforts to remove the tooth. Sami said he wasn’t athletic enough to be trying that! He removed both teeth in minutes – no time for me to get anxious. Now about a month later, I have had no problems & the sockets have healed well. The fact that it was such a positive experience has done a great deal to lessen my fear of seeing a dentist. If I need any more extractions I will definitely go back to Sami.

I’m in my 60’s but have never outgrown my terror of the dentist chair following a bad experience as a a child. Sami, the surgeon, and the nurses were so caring and supportive at both of my visits. I was so nervous to have my wisdom tooth removed after a bad experience years ago at another place, but I need not have worried. Bilal & Kate took fantastic care of me & are clearly experts in what they do (and super friendly). I’d been waiting 18 months for the removal & had since had some problems with another wisdom tooth which Bilal promptly popped out for me while I was there - I was absolutely thrilled to have it all over & done with at once! Unbelievably the entire appointment was over in just 20 minutes! I’m now 48 hours post-removal and have very little discomfort & both sites are healing well. I was referred to SmileKind through the NHS for 3rd and 2nd molar extractions. Prior to my appointment I was very nervous but Dr Bilal Fazil and Cianna were both friendly and brilliant. They talked me through what would happen and reassured me throughout the procedure and took things at my pace. Dr Bilal was able to complete all my extractions without need for drilling, which meant I didn't have any swelling and recovery was very easy. I didn't have any pain and both procedures were over surprisingly quickly.

They reassured me instantly and ensured I was comfortable throughout. My recovery also had complications resulting in me having dry socket… very painful. The after care was exceptional. They invited me in straightaway to clean the socket and redressed with an antiseptic dressing at no extra cost. These small acts are what elevate Smile Kind above the rest. Was referred by my dentist for two teeth extractions. From someone who suffers with anxiety, this was definitely the best place to go. Not only was i made to feel at ease, the dentist took less than half an hour to give the local anesthetic and pull both teeth. I was referred for wisdom tooth extraction and so had never met the team before. Sami and the Team were all so welcoming and put me at ease straightaway. The procedure was so quick and not at all what I had built it up to be. The aftercare is great too, they followed up with a call the next day to make sure it was healing well and that I was not in too much pain. I had to have a broken tooth removed which was broken by my dentist and it was infecting the gum which was bleeding continuously. Smilekind surgically removed the broken tooth and the healing started almost at once. Today, 3 weeks after the operation, the healing is complete and all is well. Smilekind did a wonderful job and I cannot praise them enough. Before the operation I was very nervous and worried but I was obviously in very good hands at all times. Thank you very much Smilekind.

Had an NHS emergency referral here for the removal of my wisdom tooth and the one next to it. On entering I was met by Ciarra, a really friendly and welcoming assistant. She made me feel really comfortable while I waited a few minutes for Dr Bilal. On meeting Dr Bilal I was immediately impressed, he was calm, chatty and intelligent with good humor. He gave me some options around the surgery I was to have any explained them thoroughly. After that he got straight down to business, making sure I was comfortable and properly numb, he then carried out what other dentists told me was a complicated procedure. He was done in about 10-15 minutes with no complications. Since then I had almost 0 discomfort/pain after the operation. As I was leaving they even took the time to advise me on a new dentist when I move area this week. Would really recommend these guys, 10/10 service.

I had a tooth extraction on Thursday with IV Sedation I'm in credibly nervous patient so this was a must for me I do not remember anything, I am now 4 days post operative today is the best day as now I'm seeing improvement in my recovery, I did make contact with Emily over the weekend as I was extremely uncomfortable but with her guidance and care I followed her advice and improved rapidly. My experience with them has been so positive it has honestly changed my life, from being immobilised by fear of seeking medical help to understanding it's just all about finding the right people to support you in the way you need. These are genuinely wonderful humans who are also extremely talented dentistry professionals, what is so special is their honest patient focused approach. I had a complex impacted wisdom tooth extraction in December on a really traumatised tooth which I desperately needed but thought I could never cope with having the procedure. Thanks to Michelle, Sami and the team who made me feel so at home and cared for I was in and out with no complications, and now its all healed up beautifully! They were endlessly patient and thoughtful from the minute I got in touch to my aftercare, I can't rave enough about this practice. As it happens I am likely to need the same treatment on the other side at some point, and I wouldn't hesitate for a second to choose them again for my care. Unfortunately got an infection after a wisdom tooth removal but their urgent staff at the weekend were very quick at helping me get the right antibiotics the same day. I was very grateful for my referral to SmileKind where my tooth extraction was carried out painlessly, with great care, and without any complication. This was in notable contrast to my previous experiences when the initial extraction by a non-specialist dentist was incomplete, requiring a follow-up appointment to a dental hospital or to a specialist oral surgeon (where one was available locally). At SmileKind, I suffered the least pain or trauma I can remember of any tooth extraction in my 74 years.

Like many people with covid slowing everything down, I have been left with considerable wisdom tooth pain and on a waiting list for the NHS which could realistically take over a year. With repeated infections due to my wisdom teeth being impacted I decided the only option was to go private. I was referred from mydentist to SmileKind due to how complicated my impacted wisdom teeth were and saw Sami who took a 3D scan and went through my options. I decided on a double coronectomy because of how close the roots are to my facial nerves. I opted for sedation as I suffer from bad anxiety. I don't remember much of the procedure at all, only very minor bits, but I remember the sedation meant I was able to remain calm throughout the procedure, which lasted a little under an hour. Healing for me has been slow as the right lower tooth in particular was extremely complicated, but I am happy to report the aftercare was fantastic, as was all the advice I received to allay any fears. After two weeks I'm now eating solids and I'm back to normal paracetamol after having to have codeine based pain killers. The procedure was not cheap, but I would gladly do it all over again if faced with the same issue. Wisdom tooth pain is horrible and after the NHS failing to address the issue for nine years, I'm not pain free for much of the time. You can't put a price on your health and I'm so pleased I was referred to SmileKind and had the procedure done with them, as I cannot fault their service.

So I’m about two and a half days post coronectomy and honestly, I cannot fault this place. I was referred to here through my NHS dentist initially for an appointment at the beginning of January but due to incredibly high rates of COVID-19 infection I didn’t feel entirely safe going. I returned to the practice two days later inflammation and a painful tongue and saw another oral surgeon who cleaned out the socket I had no improvement I could not eat or talk properly ,so today I went back to my dentist who examined on the inside of my gum there was bone this was causing inflammation on the side of my tongue and pain also given a 5 day course of metrodiazole hopefully get better

Absolutely incredible!!! If you're like me and very anxious and horrified at the thought of a wisdom tooth out, or any tooth out you will understand how nervous I was to have 2 taken out!! With a warm welcome and a kind, happy atmosphere I was put at ease straight away. I was allowed to have music in my ears as the procedure happened, I thought it would take ALOT longer than 2 minutes for my tooth to be out, but no more than that I'd had the painless (just slightly uncomfortable) injections, and a lil wiggle that I couldn't feel and my tooth was gone! I don’t often write reviews because it’s hard to find company’s or services that really stand out positively these days. However, after visiting Smilekind this week for a double extraction I was very impressed with their professional service. Michelle was extremely efficient at replying to my emails and quiries both before and after my procedure and I was really impressed with Sami who performed the extractions. He really understood my phobia of needles and anything regarding oral surgery for that matter and made the whole process feel stress free. His knowledge of athletes dietary requirements, linked with oral health also needs a special mention. As being an endurance athlete this information was particularly relevant in my situation. Thank you so so so so much to Sami and Rachel for the kindness and care you gave me today for a routine check up and wisdom tooth removal which I was not expecting to have done today. I was really nervous as I had never been here before but I was looked after extremely well by both. They were so friendly kind and professional taking the time to go through the options with me and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. I dread places like this but because of them they made it so easy and made me feel so comfortable I was on the verge of crying I’m not good with tooth removals or injections.
