Good dental practice with great staff and in an easily accessible location close to the London Road and Preston Park rail station. Friendly, efficient reception staff are also a great help.

I have received the most excellent treatment at Elmslea for several years now. Eli especially has provided expert periodontal care. I am so grateful for how she has restored and maintained my gums over the years. Also I'm delighted with the dental implants which have made such a positive difference to my mouth and smile.

Excellent organisation and welcome from reception staff and very helpful phone conversation with Chris from reception who is friendly and cheerful as ever despite the difficulties with the covid protocols. Paddy is an excellent, caring dentist: relaxed, friendly, professional, skilled and informative. Absolutely at the top of his profession. Liam also was an excellent hygienist, gentle and effective and with a very pleasant manner.

I found Dr Elisa Aguda very friendly and welcoming. She was very thorough and explained everything in detail without being at all patronising. I was nervous about the appointment but she put my mind at rest and I no longer feel so worried about ongoing treatments. The clinic was extremely clean and well organised.

Tammy is my dentist - I always feel in safe hands. Would highly recommend. Especially, if like me, you are a Sixties kid, brought up on dentists drilling away, with no real need, for the sake of a £10 fee... Tammy is an expert at addressing this poor treatment; one never feels judged. Bad dentistry was rife in the 60's and 70's and a generation is suffering the consequences. Thank heavens for Elmslea for understanding this.

Very professional, clean and easy to understand instructions. I felt for the first time that I was helped to really understand what was going on and how I had got there in the first place. Ellie and her assistant make me feel like we are a team and we are in this together!

It is always so calm there, perfect for a dentist. A short wait in reception with plenty of space for the 3 patients who were waiting, Tammy came to meet me and bring me upstairs for my check up. As thorough as ever but always gentle and sensitive. The dentists for people who have problems with dentists!

I was referred by my dentist for periodontal treatment. Eli was very professional, made you feel at ease, explained the treatment and gave several options. Never did I feel pressured. I’ve now had 2 periodontal treatments and my gums have healed really good. I don’t have pain, bleeding or any discomfort anymore. Everything looks and feels so much better. My crown fell off and the tooth below was sensitive. I emailed the Elms Lea practice on Thursday evening and they phoned me at 8.10am on Friday and I saw a dentist that same day. Tammy gave me an examination, an x Ray, and I was fitted with a temporary filling. I continue to be very impressed with the high quality provided by Elms Lea. As a patient for over 10 years I couldn't recommend Elms Lea Dental Practice highly enough. Always professional, always courteous. I actually look forward to going to the dentist. I am stunned by any negative reviews and can only conclude that some people are impossible to please. The reception team are an absolute pleasure and Paddy, Anisa and the dental nurses have looked after me impeccably at every visit. A fantastic dental practice with the best of people in it.

Love this place for kids Paddy is amazing!!! I would give him a 5* unfortunately the receptionists need some customer care training, 1 was lovely and understanding the other on the otherhand was very quick to complain at my children’s noice as I have 3 boys,I have very little support network and can only take them to dentist together in holidays!!! She was very judgmental and abrupt in her manor, I felt awkward, I felt I needed to defend myself ! She said “ IM TRYING TO DO MY JOB” I understand that .....so why not either have a separate waiting room for children if phone calls are needed to be made, or a cordless phone as I work in a very loud environment and we can leave to talk to clients in privacy!! I do my best I know I won’t always be seen as the perfect parent but I try!! Also plastic chairs on wooden flooring prob isn’t the best idea where infants are expected to be seen and not heard!! But thanks to paddy my children are no longer scared of dentists..... I’m scared of receptionists instead!!!

Hard to find a better dentist than Navid Saberi! He conducted my root canal treatment, made it pain free and saved my tooth. I was very impressed with the aftercare he provided too. I had a yearly checkup (free of charge) with him until my bone had grown and was healthy. Thanks to you Navid Saberi for doing such a good job. I would definitely choose this practice again.
