I have never written a review before but I just have to in this case. Claire, you are amazing. Made me feel at ease every single time I came to see you and it goes without saying I needed a lot of work done! She’s the best dentist I have ever been to in my life, took such good care of me, explained what she was going to do before she did it, gave me short breaks when I had long treatment at times, and is overall just a lovely woman, I used to feel so nervous going to the dentist but Claire stopped me feeling like that on my first visit with her! She and Phoebe make a good team, who also is so lovely too! I can’t wait to come back to see you both once I’ve finished my treatment with Rishi to show the results of everything!!! xxx

All reception staff are lovely, the manager of the practice was kind and the real star of the show is Maria. I rarely write reviews. Dr. Rishi is the nicest, most empathetic and at the same time very professional dental doctor I have ever met. He helped me to choose the right treatment to straighten up my teeth. I couldn’t be happier. Also these guys provide an exceptional customer service, like I can’t even 🙂🤩🤩🤩 7/4 update - Dr. Claire is an amazing dental doctor and very polite person too, she fixed in the new filling and now I’m ready to get my new braces. I also weirdly liked the anaesthetics haha. Thank you for all your help!

I recently enquired about some smile treatment with Dr Rishi online. He spent a lot of time discussing my concerns and recommended some whitening and bonding of 6 teeth. I'd had some bonding done on 1 lower tooth a few years ago so was familiar with the process. Rishi's fees were slightly higher than I paid last time but I had seen his results online so was happy to go ahead. I had the false impression that all bonding was the same (like buying a product rather than buying art!), I was wrong! The cosmetic result was so much better than I expected. I'll be back to have the bottom teeth done in January.

Wouldn’t go anywhere else again, Montpelier dental is very hygienic & also has great Covid-19 measures in place. The staff are very friendly and polite, after having a bad experience else where - my daughter is now smiling again thanks to Rishi the dentist, he’s been incredible with my daughter and also very calming/patient, best dentist! The receptionists are friendly and helpful and the dentists are very thorough and make you feel at ease. I've never needed any major treatment, but the hygienist is excellent. Really great surgery, wish there were more around like this one.

I was recommended to come and see Dr Joshi for some cosmetic work by my daughter. I wanted my two front crowns replacing because they were old crowns, my gums had receded, and they had gone very dark in colour. I was absolutely delighted I chose Montpelier Dental practice and Dr Joshi. My new crowns are more than I imagined I have got my smile back and my confidence has grown. I’ve been to several dentists who said I wasn’t able to have upper Canine teeth bridges due to my bite. When I met with Grace at Montpelier dental practice she decided to get a laboratory involved and run some tests in partnership with her. Subsequently, after a few visits and a little prep work on my other teeth I’m delighted to say they have successfully given me exactly what I was hoping for. Montpelier staff and my dentist, Dr. Sonia Gonzalez,(along with Caroline) are truly wonderful. They make you feel fully relaxed, comfortable and really well looked after. Make sure you join these dentists, they are amazing!

Although the Montpelier Practice say I’m not - I reckon I’m probably one of the most nervous patients they have to deal with. I can’t rate his practice highly enough. My dentist is Grace and she is superb.her assistant is Caroline. On Friday I had a 24 year old filling redone and I couldn’t have been in better hands. Grace suggested I bring in my headphones and have music on so I didn’t hear the drill - and allowed my partner to stay with me throughout. Grace was reassuring and clearly explained what was what going to happen throughout. She was happy to stop when it felt too scary, and made sure anithestic took time to take hold before proceedings. I can’t recommend this practice highly enough.

The girls at reception are very friendly and helpful, and the dentist Dr. Javed Jiwaji was very calming and helpful. During my root canal procedure he was frequently checking that I was comfortable and not in any pain whilst also doing a fantastic job. Rishi Joshi is by far the best dentist I have ever had. I'm 41 and have had many dentists in my time! Treatment was superbly patient centred and I was fully informed not just about current best practice but also about the background information and rationale. Core strengths: 1) Respect 2) Patient Centred 3) Calming and sensory planned environment. (big screen roaming the globe), simple decor. 4) Empathy and Active Listening 5) Excellent dentistry. Had an appt with Maria (Hygenist) who is lovely and explained all about taking care of your teeth. The check up was with Grace who again was very good and gave me some great tips. Dr Joshi is, without doubt, the most personable and meticulous dentist it has ever been my good fortune to encounter. In addition to being devoted to achieving clinically sound and cosmetically superb results, he also has an outstanding bedside manner. At our first meeting, Dr Joshi took great care to understand my perception of the problem for which I was seeking treatment, as well as the outcome I desired; then, after a thorough discussion about what would be required to achieve a result that met my expectations, he outlined my treatment plan, providing me with detailed explanations of the various elements. During subsequent visits, he frequently checked that I was comfortable for the duration of whatever procedure was being undertaken. My treatment involved gum contouring and two front crown replacements; Dr Joshi’s surgical skill ensured a successful outcome for the first element while his eye for detail ensured that the new crowns are a perfect match against my real teeth. In conversation with Dr Joshi, it became apparent that he has a genuine passion for dentistry and he spends a great deal of his own time undertaking further professional development to extend his already significant levels of competence. The treatment I received was worth every penny I paid and I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Dr Joshi to anybody seeking a dental practitioner who is committed to doing whatever it takes to deliver the very best outcome.

I saw Dr Jiwaji who was consummately professional and considerate throughout. He took the time to make sure I understood the problems and management plan and I feel safe with him as my dentist. So, after a handful of awful experiences with other Dentists with a manner not dissimilar to that of Steve Martin in The Little Shop of Horrors, my default state when visiting the Dentist is usually one of abject dread. Enter Dr. Rishi Joshi. I've just had two fillings with no anaesthetic... He calmly gave the two options of injection or no injection. Explained that a simple hand up would signal discomfort and we'd move to anaesthetic. Then went about his business working telepathically with the awesome Nurse. I'm not being paid to write this. No really. No pain. No discomfort worth mentioning. I think I was almost close to dropping off at one point. They really were that good. I'm somewhat weirdly looking forward to my next visit and feel incredibly happy that my young family will have Dr. Rishi Joshi there to look after their teeth. Thanks a million!

I went for a consultation to Dr. Joshi in order to see how he can help me on my teeth. After the discussion he took some moulds of my teeth and in a 3D model showed me how we can fix the imperfections in the teeth and straighten them. I took him up on the Invisalign treatment, and I have to say it has worked wonders so far. I wish I had before photos to show you, but in the last 10 months I see significant difference in the treatment. I must say Dr. Joshi has been supportive and very informative in the whole process and seeing the results I have now, I cannot thank him enough, I feel much more comfortable and confident in my smile.

Good practice wish they could sort out the awful dentist in Worthing they sent me too who did my cap this has caused me pain and every dentist says my bite is fine but its too hard. Apart from this the dentists here are to die for...really good. Always considerate and patient friendly.

I was amazed to see how the room had been transformed by Mr Joshi. Gone was the old torn couch and sink in the corner to rinse your mouth. In was the latest modern equipment lovely new couch, rinse bowl and tele. Couldn't believe it. Always felt we were second class patients on the NHS, shoved in the basement with basic equipment. Now feel we are valued.

This my husband's review. Stuart: I have been a patient here for two years now. My dentist is javid. Having had unpleasant experiences in the past with previous dentists, I immediately found javid a very calming infulence, his Manor and work is just excellent. Never worry about my visits now. I had a little work and a one filling with him and a year in all is very well having just had a clear check up today. Also had a visit with the hygienist I am sorry I can't remember their name, a very good experience. In all I can highly recommend the practice and javid.
