I saw the hygienist Courtney here after needing a deep clean to my teeth following my check up. I can't say highly enough about how professional and knowledgeable she was. She explained a lot of things to me to help improve the health of my gums and it was also the first time I've had any test done to see how much my gums bleed. Honestly the staff here couldn't be more friendly and welcoming across the board and they honestly gave me one of the best experiences I've had at a dental practice. I recommend these guys to everyone now and although the clean was private, I didn't find it expensive and actually found it cheaper then many other places.

Will and Chris were fantastic with me for my first appointment at the Norfolk Square practice. They were very informative, helpful and made me feel very comfortable. I can't rate this dental practice high enough, from the minute I walked through the door the reception staff were friendly. I have always hated going the dentist but Will made me feel at ease from the minute I sat in the chair, he took xrays & showed me everything that he needed to do. I will go as far to say its the best dentist I've been to.

Recently had a root canal done here with Dr Serrano, not only was she extremely helpful and professional but she had also clearly explained all my treatment options despite my case being particularly difficult. Dr Hassani was also very good, the Denplan consultation was free which was great and the Invisalign option looks incredible!

My past experiences with Norfolk Square Dental Practice have always been good. I got in contact with them recently about a wisdom tooth infection, initially I was unable to get help as I had been unregistered due to not having a checkup since 2018, and no current capacity for registering NHS patients. I was of course disappointed, however the principal dentist Dr Ramin Hassani went above and beyond to help, he got in back in touch and did everything he could despite the challenging times we’re living in. He showed that he has real empathy and care for his patients and I’m very grateful for the help he provided. Additionally I’m aware Dr Hassani is helping out the NHS with the huge task of vaccinating the population during the pandemic, that is very commendable and something we all should be grateful for.

By far the best dental practice I’ve ever been! Super professional and friendly team, always ready to respond immediately to emergencies. Had a very bad cavity and most doctors thought needed extraction, but Dr. Serrano Vivas made a miracle for me and managed to save my tooth: she’s absolutely the best dentist I’ve ever had. The procedure felt comfortable throughout and little to no pain afterwards. Can't recommend it highly enough, I’d leave 10 stars if I could and I only wish I found them sooner!

I have always had very positive experiences with this practice,including today, where I thought a broken tooth would mean a crown replacement,but on inspection was not necessary, although it was an option given to me,and a filling carried out to the highest quality instead. The dentist was nice ,friendly and professional.Also examination fee is reasonable. However, the Hygienist session is not reasonable. Less than 20 mins session was not I expected for £65 hygienist session. Unsatisfied with it. I still have stain back of my teeth.

I initially joined this practice to have my teeth whitened and was pleasantly surprised by how modern and clean the practice and reception are. It’s is very welcoming and comfortable and the reception staff are very helpful and always cheery. I have had my trays done for whitening and a separate general check up where I found the dentist very professional and a pleasure to talk to. He talked me through every step of my check up and showed me my xrays and details of my teeth which need extra attention. He then wrote me a treatment plan of which I received a copy and made me feel very well looked after and a part of the whole process. I will also be having a filling and will be returning to buy more whitening gel over the next month as the prices are very reasonable. All in all a refreshing and good experience. Would highly recommend.

Rajbir and her dental nurse (I'm sorry I don't know your name!) immediately made me feel calm and respected when I came in with quite a lot of dental work needed and huge anxieties about it. Rajbir not only told me what work needed doing but what I wanted my teeth to look like; this was the first time I had been asked (in other practises) and it felt wonderful to be part of the decision making. I now feel much more confident to smile and I will miss the wonderful service I received from everyone at the surgery - everyone was wonderful. Choose this practise!

What an amazing practice indeed ! The practice is very clean and looks modern, 21 century. It is impressive how quickly the dentist/support staff respond to urgent calls. I joined this dental practise last year and I cannot speak highly enough of them all from the modern and immaculately clean practice , the cheerful friendly reception staff to the expertise of Rami my dentist who always explains everything to me clearly and offers expert advise before carrying out any work and makes me feel at ease . I've had a few appointments here and it's always been a really pleasant experience, all the staff are incredibly friendly & I've always felt like things have been explained honestly and clearly to me. Would recommend for anyone who maybe has some anxiety about dentist appointments.

I was a patient at this practice for about 1 - 2 years. For routine treatment, I would recommend their services. In general, I found the clinic to be friendly, responsive, and personable including Ramin's bedside manner. However, for more complex treatment or when encountering complications, I would personally find a practice that is more detail-orientated or thorough in their examination and treatment plans.

The staff here is remarkably friendly and helpful - also, Ramin is an incredible dentist. He restored my tooth from almost nothing and you can barely tell the crown is there. I pretty much dread going to the dentist, because I'm a coward and avoid pain whenever possible. However, I was pleasantly shocked not only by a dentist that ACTUALLY LISTENED to me but also at the efficient manner in which he speedily dealt with the diagnosis and extraction of a decayed wisdom tooth that had been incredibly painful over the previous six weeks. When I arrived, I didn't know what I expected but everything I had come to fear (hence the long delay in even making an appointment) was turned on its head. The receptionist was smart and cheerful, the dentist was quietly confident and the nurse was full of smiles. Dr Hassani was very clear about the treatment required and assured me, very calmly, that he would do everything possible to ensure a pain-free procedure. He was right. I got out of the chair not believing that an extraction had taken place, let alone that of a wisdom tooth. What a change! Clearly, after 60 years, I've actually found a dentist worth the return visit.

As much as I am not a fan of going to the dentist, this was the most pleasant experience I have had so far. Both, dentist and hygienist, were fabulous, and the reception staff were always friendly and helpful. Thank you very much!

great dentist i have taken my wisdom tooth out yesterday , I felt no pain at all to the extreme that i thought dentist couldnt take it out then i found he took it out in seconds , bleeding last for 5 minutes and surprisingly no pain after at all i bought plenty of pain killer and expecting atleast some days with swelling and pain but nothing has happened i would say Dr Ramin has magical hands well done doctor and thank you would definitely recommend you and spread the good reputation
