We have always found Preston Park dental practice outstanding in every way. Professional, caring, patient, appointments on time, we have always speed more than happy with all the services we have received.. Appointments are made exceptionally quickly the reception staff are welcoming and polite and caring and happy to give any information that we need. Dentists are outstanding. We’ve always been exceptionally happy with all the services we received all through the pandemic we haven’t been able to fault it. We are very lucky to be part of the practice.

Thank you so much to your team for all of the care I received recently. I know it's very difficult with the limitations that are being placed on all of us due to Covid 19. And with the painful situation I found myself in, I was starting to feel a bit hopeless. But the way your team rallied around me in my time of need was exceptional and I will be singing your praises for a long time. I reached out to the practice a while ago for an NHS dentist and I was registered and given an appointment very quickly. My dental condition subsequently deteriorated over a weekend, and I reached out by email for emergency help. Your receptionist, Megan, emailed me back first thing Monday morning and spoke with me over the telephone to book an emergency appointment. I really appreciated Megan's support but especially how considerate and compassionate she was in helping me to problem-solve when I found this difficult. When I came to see the dentist shortly after, both she and the attendant dental nurse (sorry I don't recall their names) were likewise very considerate and compassionate. They listened attentively, offered me reassurance, and went the extra distance to get me the pain relief I needed. Work was underway in less than 15 minutes. Everything about their practice was patient-centred and kind. I was not expecting to be treated so quickly and was immensely grateful to be prioritised. As a result, my dental problem has been addressed and temporary measures implemented, with referral submitted for more permanent measures. Today (less than 24 hours later), I have no pain whatsoever, am eating carefully but relatively normally, and feel like myself again for the first time in ages!!! Obviously these are temporary measures and, if anything goes wrong while waiting for my referal, that's completely understandable, i.e. the risk that comes with temporary measures. No matter what though, I'm so grateful to your professional, compassionate, can-do practice for rallying around. Fabulous staff! Please do circulate my feedback. Apologies again that I cannot remember names.

Everyone is so caring at this practice. I can't fault them for their service. The main lift is currently out of order but the practice took the time to let me know and see whether I wanted to reschedule my appointment. I was most grateful they told me about the second lift going to the third floor. The receptionist was most understanding and has a beautiful smile.
