Always always always so so lovely! So kind in dealing with my phobias and take me seriously if I have any issues with my teeth! I was recommend here by a friend and I’m so glad I registered. Quick to get appointments, always efficient and the reception + studios are always immaculate. Receptionists are always warm with their welcomes and so efficient! And the two dentists I’ve seen are always really friendly and great with helping me. Would recommend to everyone!

As much as you can enjoy going to the dentist, my experience with Trafalgar Dental Practice was really very good. I came in for a routine check-up and then to see the hygienist and both times I was made to feel very comfortable and had everything explained to me clearly by reception and by the Dentist (Neil). It was no problem for me to get a suitable appointment time and I didn't have to wait at all to be seen. Another benefit is that the practice is in such a convenient location. Overall. a very professional and well-run practice. I will definitely be returning here for my routine check-up next year.

I have been a patient at Trafalgar Street Dental Practice for many years, and have always found all aspects of their service great, from the reception to the German hygienist, who is very thorough. One of the dentists, Tam, is very gentle. I had a filling today and barely even felt the anaesthetic injection, so all went very smoothly. I would highly recommend this practice.

I've never had any experience here that mirrors any of the more negative reviews. I've been coming for years and I'm quite happy. I used to see Alex and now Neil. The premises are quite basic and I remember a grumpy receptionist, but the actual care I've had has been fine. I've known many people go to more outwardly fancy places - and pay a lot of money - only to be let down by the actual dentistry. By no means a 'dental spa' experience, but they've helped me with my teeth. Friendly, efficient, good advice, and I've had no problems with the work that's been done.

i have been visiting this dental practice for just over a couple of years or so. I see Farnood who is only a available on a Monday and he was recommended to me by a friend who sees him also. He is a very friendly dentist who has done very good work on my teeth, as in put in a bridge in my front teeth and you couldnt tell that they are not real teeth and has also done a few filling which were painless and done in a short time. The receptionist is more than helpful and i receive a letter in the post 6 months after my previous appointment to let me know my check up is due. I cannot fault this dental practise and cannot understand the negative reviews posted on this site. I would happily recommend this practise to all. Lynda

Really don't understand the bad reviews about this place. I'm very fussy about my teeth and used to travel hundreds of miles to see the private dentist I'd been with for years near where I grew up. I decided to finally register with a dentist in Brighton. My fear was that a new dentist would recommend work I didn't need doing. One dentist I visited before Trafalgar street did in fact do this. After my husband registered with Trafalgar street he was so impressed with the help they gave him for some emergency dental work that I decided to try it out too. I see Neil Evans. The receptionist is always polite, it's simple to get an appointment and I'm really happy with the service. For an NHS dentist in central Brighton it's great!

I came to this practise after some previously bad experiences and cannot sing the praises of this surgery enough. The staff are all professional, friendly and very welcoming. The surgery has an excellent standard of cleanliness at first glance, and I have not seen anything to suggest that this standard is not continuously and meticulously maintained. Most importantly is the dentist, though, and here my experiences with my Dentist Dr Neil Evans have been nothing but exceedingly positive. After previous dentists have either blatantly upsold their money-making procedures or plain refused to do fairly standard work on the NHS, it was a breath of fresh air to find a practise who lay out all the options and offer an excellent standard of service regardless of your status as an NHS or private patient. I have, and would continue to recommend this dentist to people.

I have to say I'm shocked at some of the negative reviews here. Over the years I've been guilty of neglecting my teeth, also suffering a fairly strong trauma to my front teeth which has left them in a poor state needing large fillings to stop me looking like a vampire. In my time visiting Trafalgar Street they have repaired the issues with my teeth so much so I haven't had to pay the place a visit in a while. I should be going for regular check ups however. The staff are friendly and I have the utmost respect for these guys. Some of the people on here sound like the type who return clothes they've worn on a night out to a cloth shop just so they can have an argument with the cashier.

This has to be the best dentist in Brighton.. Excellent dentists and hygienists there (all staff are great). I’m no fan of the dentists but they do make you feel comfortable and at easy. I would highly recommend.

I've just had 8 new crowns and an onlay fitted, and I'm absolutely delighted with the results. Dr Neil Evans carried out the work with such care and precision, clearly explaining each procedure as he went along and addressing any questions I may have had. Neil made sure I felt no pain, beyond the small scratch as the anaesthetic was administered. The costing and time commitment was explained clearly upfront and was worth every minute and penny spent.The temporary crowns alone were a huge improvement on my original crowns but the permanent ones are even better. They look so natural. The colour, shape and size are just right for my mouth. It's clear Neil takes great pride in his work. Thanks also to the dental assistant Denisa for her care and everyone else at the surgery.

I was supposdly diagnosed with aytypical facial pain last year september due to specialist doctors not able to find what was wrong with me. I had been to many spealist dentists, maxilofacial surgeons, nerologists and ent doctors all they did was throw anti depressants (amitrytyline) medications. i was struggling every day with the consistant pain and losing the will to live. This was when i decided to see tham (my last hope) at first i was skeptical because i had seen many specialists beforehand. The first thing he done was adjust my bite at first instance i could start to feel my back teeth and the heavyness and pressure i had in my cheeks were gone! he then made me a mouthguard to wear which i have now been wearing for nearly 6months and i can honestly say i have started to get my life back!! i have come off my medication for just over 2 months and the pain has decreased by 90%!!!! i am so thankful that i came to see tham becos he has given me my life back and now i spend my days happy with my children. So please never ever believe always what a top specialist says in a fancy expensive hospital when a small dentist practise in trafalgar st in brighton can provide a miracle!!!

I too am stunned by the negative reviews here. I switched to Trafalgar from Regency House on 13 St Georges Place (really wouldn't recommend Regency House) and since then have never been disappointed. Dr Ghasemi, receptionist and hygenist staff are all very friendly and professional. My whole family use the practise and would 100% recommend it. I believe it's very tricky to find a good NHS practise. If they were interested in the money they would go private!
