D. G.Luckily a week after I put myself on the waiting list I had a call inviting me to come in as a new NHS patient. I really needed some attention to my teeth after lockdown neglect. The whole experience was great with care given in a professional manner. Looking forward to next check-up.
L. T.Really friendly reception staff who got me an emergency appointment really quickly. The dentist Miriam and her dental assistant were welcoming, reassuring and very thorough at each consultation.
I was always a bit wary of visiting the dentist but this practice and it’s staff have changed that. Having not seen a dentist in 8 years, I’ll now be coming every 6 months for regular checkups.
B.Once I was cancelled 4-5 times in a row for over 6 months to get a filling even 5 min before appointment.
But now getting treatment and got a very good and friendly dentist and I am very happy.
H. D.Very reasonable price, the receptionist nurse Kate was extremely helpful and kind putting my partner at ease as he is a nervous patient which really helped. The dentist was also very friendly and quick.

The dentist (Davinia Serrano) is one of the best dentists that I've been to. She is friendly, efficient and clear with diagnosis and care.
Location wise, it's easy for me as I live nearby and it's in the same building as my doctor's surgery.
The only negative about this clinic is the younger receptionist.. such a dour man. Everytime a question is asked he replies as though he is being bothered or interrupted. It doesn't hurt to smile and he really brings this clinic down. I really think his management team needs to discuss his attitude with him and remind him that dealing with people requires certain attributes.

There was a bit of a waiting time for my treatment to be completed however I was put on a cancellation list and the receptionist kept me informed whenever there was cancellations so that I could be seen quicker. Felt at ease and very comfortable in the clinic.
J. W.Fantastic service. I didn't have a dentist but was directed to this practice by the emergency dental helpline. Such lovely people and couldn't do more for me. It was explained that I was being seen in addition to their regular patients and I might have to wait. I didn't mind this and they saw me almost straight away. I've now registered with them. Can't wait to see them again.

B. A.Really good dentist - very professional and definitely don't want you having unnecessarily work done. Only issue is that you sometimes can't get through on the land line and there's not a message machine facility. Other than that they're great!!

m. s.Davinia the dentist is fantastic!! I was afraid to go to the dentist and had put of going for so long. I finally plucked up the courage to go and was so glad I did. Davinia explained everything to me step by step and put me completely at ease. I now look forward to my next appointment in 6 months time.
