Before my first appointment, I felt incredibly anxious of the dentist as I hadn’t been in 8 years, and the last time I had been to a dentist I had IV sedation. During my first appointment with Samuel, he made me feel very relaxed and calm about the treatment I needed. During my 2nd and 3rd appointments where I had my fillings, I felt very relaxed and comfortable and was fully aware of what was going on. I felt confident enough to do my 3rd appointment without sedation thanks to how supportive the team are and how calm I felt as a result! Thank you so much to Samuel and the rest of the team for making me feel more comfortable with the dentist! Such a great dental studio and professional staff! I had my Invisalign treatment with Mr. Labib who has been extremely professional and efficient from the first visit all the way to the completion of the treatment. They use the latest technologies to make the end to end treatment extremely quick, precise and efficient. Hanham dental was recommended to me by a friend and I must say that he was completely right and it was definitely worthy travelling a long distance to come to this particular practice.

Kate is such a wonderful, professional dentist. She transformed my crooked teeth into a smile I could be proud of with Invisalign, Bonding and Whitening. I had the best, most modern experience at my appointment with Erica (Associate Dentist). I cannot believe I had an anesthetic injections and felt nothing of it going into or her removing it from my gum, I only knew she had something in there by her moving it around the gum. That’s definitely not been in my past experience! She listened to my fear and was able to alleviate it. Hannah (Dental Nurse) and Erica makes a great team. We have been seeing Sam Labib since our kids we re really little and I would recommend him to any of our friends. My eldest had to have a fractured tooth removed and Sam made the experience very calm and I was amazed how cooperative and calm my son was. Sam's always really knowledgeable and helps us make decisions about our treatment by explaining things clearly for us. I've been really impressed with all the measures that have been taken out in the pandemic also - they really want patients to be safe which reassures me about visiting.

I've been with Hanham Dental for several years now. This is not my first dental practice in Bristol, but it's by far the best. The staff is friendly and helpful, the practice is conveniently located close to a free car park and local shops. Mr Samuel Labib is the best dentist I have ever worked with. I had huge problems with my teeth few year ago, I met Mr Labib when he worked in the different practice and he managed to fix all my issues in good time and for a really good price. Since then all I really have been doing is routine check ups, no more work is needed. Bottom line - Hanham dental is an excellent practice. I don't know any other dentists there apart from Mr Labib, but him and his team are the best one's around in my honest opinion.

Usually I am terrified of the dentist due to a bad experience at another practice but Samuel made me feel so calm despite me having an extraction done, the professionalism is second to none, aftercare was excellent and the service in general was exemplary. My mouth is healing really well and I had minimal discomfort after the anaesthetic wore off. Don't read the reviews from years ago, they simply aren't true anymore. Lovely dentist that has been brilliantly modernised in the last couple of years. My son see's Sam and Stacey and in the past year has had to have the same chipped tooth repaired twice due to his own clumsyness. He was a bit nervous as this was his first dental work that wasn't a check up. Sam and Stacey were able to reassure him and have done a fabulous job at his repair. Would definitely recommend. My daughter was due her first check up when covid hit so will definitely be making her first appointment when I can.

After speaking to my good friend Stacey who works at hanham dental I decided to get my invisaline treatment here and I can honestly say the process has been so easy and I’ve been kept updated on my progress throughout the treatment. All the staff are very polite and welcoming and I can’t wait to see the finished results and finally be able to smile in photos. If you’re looking for a dental practice then these guys won’t let you down.

This is a very good dentist, all the staff are very professional not to mention helpful. It is always spotlessly clean and is now very up to date. The treatment I receive is excellent and as a customer I feel very well looked after and informed regarding any treatment or procedures needed. My overall experience using this particular dentist is that they are outstanding and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone. There is also a free public carpark which is literally a walk of a minute or two from the surgery, I've always been able to park at the times of my appointments and never had any problems leaving the car.

Visited today for a checkup. Couldn't be more Covid secure. So much hand washing/sanitising and even a secure box system for bags and coats. I felt really safe during my visit. I cannot fault this practice at all. I've just had work done by both Sam and Sarah and am very pleased with the results. The precautions they have put in place to protect both staff and patients from Covid-19 during this pandemic are excellent. Every one of the team is friendly, competent and a credit to the practice. Due to past experience, I was petrified of visiting the dentist when I knew I would have to have treatment done, but after my treatment last week, this will no longer be the case. Please ignore the older reviews with lower stars, these are not in relation to the practice as it is now and mainly due to the pre-2019 dentist, now retired. Appointments are now on time, the treatment given is superior and every member of staff is professional. I can't thank them enough for putting the smile back into my trips to the dentist :D

Having been a patient here for many years, I’ve always been happy with the care I’ve received , but I must admit the practice is so much better now ! Let’s face it no one enjoys a trip to the dentist, but the staff are great, the Covid precautions put in place are exemplary. The treatment (NHS) I had from Deirbhle was so thorough, she explained everything and she made sure it was pain free, & as comfortable as possible. I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone.

Hanham Dental just keeps on improving as the years click by with the current owners, clinical team and management. Treatment by Deirbhle is always given with great care, accommodating any nervousness I have about my appointment and always provides clear treatment plans with an incredible skill and end product. Furthermore the incredible ‘togetherness’ the Practice now demonstrates is down to the Practice Manger Philippa. The previous management team and owners permitted open, loud and embarrassing backstabbing conversations amongst colleagues on the reception desk in front of patients, yet the unity of all at Hanham Dental now emits a genuine determination to provide high customer service in all treatment provided along with a high customer service; everything is now in order. Such an amazing turnaround.

I was booked in for an emergency appointment for a broken tooth. I was able to get an appointment booked in with Mr Labib within a couple of days. When I arrived for my appointment, I was seen straight in by one of the nurses who went through all the Covid-19 protocols with me, then straight up for my appointment. Mr Wiltshire is a genious. I've had a lot of dental work over the years and hes the only dentist ive ever had who ensures I never feel any pain. Will you be seen on time? Probably not - hes busy. Is it worth your time to wait for someone who is great at what you want them to be great at - you know it is. Are you used to feeling injections go in ? - not here. I wouldnt go anywhere else.
