Considering this was a visit to the dreaded dentist, it was actually a surprisingly easy going experience. Professionalism from receptionist to dental nurse Dr Ana Pais was my dentist for a double filling. Explained everything, empathetic and showed great care in her work and absolutely no pain which was my key worry. Highly recommended! Many thanks.

Dr. Jones is an exceptional dentist. He made me feel at ease, and I didn't feel anything, not even the needle from the anaesthetic. Throughout the procedure (a large filling), he made me feel comfortable and asked if I wanted to know what was happening. The filling is perfect, and I have no post- operative pain at all. I've always been afraid of the dentist, and I need a lot of stuff doing. Happy to go back and let him work his magic.

This was by far my best experience at a dental practice. The receptionists were friendly, welcoming and informative. I was quite nervous and the dental nurse was really kind, even held my hand. My dentist , Maria was very thorough and answered all my questions and concerns. I felt no pain during my treatment. The dentist also kept asking me if I was fine though out my appointment. We discussed treatment and going forward to have the best oral health. I highly recommend My dentist Bishopsworth branch and will definitely be back as I know that they look after their patients. Iv been visiting my dentist for many years theyve allways gave great care and very friendly my last visit with ashrif yesterday was brilliant for me i was so pleased with. I needed an emergency appointment so phoned 8:30 and I was in with a dentist by 10:00. Not my usual dentist but she very efficient, took x-rays, explained my options and took the tooth out all within 30 minutes.

Dentists are very helpful in time of need. Nurses are lovely and friendly, good at calming down patients who are nervous. Receptionists are welcoming, polite and understanding. Been going to this dentist for years, would not change for anyone. Late openings are helpful for people who work. 😊 …

Very nice reception staff and dentists here. They are always very kind and will talk through options if you need any treatment. They won't go straight in and say you have to have this treatment, they will discuss all options with you, so you have the best advice and you can make your own decisions. There are 2 floors in this practice. The area is very clean and tidy and good social distancing measures are in place here. They disinfect chairs and surfaces between people visiting.
