I have found Queen Square Dentil Clinic to be outstanding in their approach. From the moment I contacted them I have felt at ease, each staff member I have come into contact with have been warm and welcoming, no question is too silly and all very compassionate when it comes to nerves. The service I have received so far has been fantastic and whilst a dentist trip is nothing to look forward to, I feel future treatments with the team will be as they have been so far - easy going.

Such a great dentist. Really don't hesitate to book an appointment for whatever work you need to do. I'm so deeply grateful to Mark, who removed the root of my wisdom tooth. I was so nervous about having it removed, because of previous complications... but Mark really put my mind at ease, and the root was removed in under five minutes... I actually couldn't quite believe how quickly he did it. I had no pain at all even after the anaesthetic had worn off. I really can't recommend him highly enough!

I feel fortunate that my NHS dentist recommended this dental clinic to do my first implant back in April 2014. Following my initial review with the Queens Square Clinic, I checked out a couple of other implant providers. Whilst they were cheaper for what was a relatively simple implant, none of them gave me the same feeling of professionalism that Dr Alfonso Rao provided together with demonstrable state-of-the-art equipment. I did not regret that decision with the whole process, being delivered efficiently, with no issues and completely pain-free. I am now starting the process for my third and possible fourth implant. As part of this process, I had to have a cracked tooth extracted. Fortunately, the clinic performed the procedure rather than my NHS dentist, since the tooth broke during the extraction and it took many attempts aided by their digital scanner to check that all the pieces had been removed. I would thoroughly recommend the clinic and Dr Alfonso Rao. My only caveat (which caused me to rate the clinic at 4 stars rather than 5 stars) is the cost. However, I can’t see how the level of service could be really be improved – so if you want the best I guess you need to pay.

It’s very shocking that no one ever told me in advance if I miss an appointment accidentally, I will lose my full deposit and have to pay £100 for the next appointment ahead. Yet the treatment and reception teams are good once the appointment issue was resolved.

I broke my front right tooth and needed a crown fitted and I could not be happier with the service that I received here. Everyone was so accommodating and friendly, and as someone who suffers from anxiety they did a great job at making me feel relaxed whilst having what would usually be an uncomfortable procedure. I always thought that "you can't put a price on happiness", or even on confidence! Well, I definitely agree with that to some extent but I can also say... this is exactly what Dr. Richard Field has given me with the treatment I received at Queen's Square Dental clinic. I remember coming in for my first consultation with Richard, and for about half an hour trying to explain the hell I had been through growing up with my teeth. Richard wasn't interested in telling me about all the things he 'could' do for me or even about himself or the work he does... instead he genuinely wanted to listen, and for me to tell him exactly what I wanted and how I wanted my teeth to look. This was a breath of fresh air and I instantly knew that I was in safe hands and that Richard wasn't just a dentist (he's actually a miracle worker), but that he is someone who genuinely cares about their patients and has a deep passion for the work that they do. I was then given two different treatment plans and the choice to pick whichever one I was most comfortable with which was amazing. Anyway, long story short - I now have the most beautiful set of teeth and my entire smile looks a way that I never even thought it could look. I couldn't be happier with them and get so many compliments all the time. I wish I could give 10 stars but Google only lets me select 5. Thank you Dr. Richard, Dr. Alfonso and to your lovely team at the clinic for the amazing work you have done for me and are doing for your patients. I've added a picture from the first time my finished teeth were revealed to me because it's a moment I will never forget.

I have been desperate to get emergency orthodontic care and after ringing around multiple otrhodontists, the secretary said she would ask the dentist on whether they could see me. I was then offered an appointment that week. Because of corona they have measures in place to ensure risk is reduced. All staff were very friendly and chatty and made me feel very welcome. The orthodontist and his assistant were very good at explaining procedures and options to me and made me feel at ease. I highly recommend them😁

I joined this dental practice as a patient a few months ago after reading reviews on dental practices in the Bristol city centre area. This practice certain does live up to all the excellent reviews that I read. This practice has specialists for all types of dentistry and I have been seen by several dentists during the course of a repair of a nasty fractured molar. From my first appointment to my most recent one yesterday the treatment has been first class and the best that I have ever received anywhere. All specialists will spend as much time as is necessary to ensure that the outcome of each appointment is met with 100% satisfaction. The practice is very bright and modern, but not in an ultra clinical way. Having your teeth seen to is not a pastime that any of us enjoy so you want it to go as smoothly as possible with the minimum of worry. I therefore highly recommend this practice having been a patient at three others in the past 11 years.

I have been coming here for quite a few years now- originally I used to see Dr Alfonso for cosmetic treatment but after that finished I had to stay on and have Queen Square Dental as my normal practice because of how lovely the team are!
