Very professional and welcoming orthodontist. Very efficient and clear advice and recommendations given at every step of the way. Jay was able to realign my son’s teeth in an impressively short space of time. I felt they were competitively priced and we were always able to get appointments to suit our schedules. I visited on 24th Aug, 2022 for treatment in sedation. I had IV sedation treatment before in Europe, and I was really glad I found Stoke Bishop Dental Centre; but was still nervous about if it still be the same good experience. Howard Greaves is quite possibly the kindest and most gentle dentist you will ever find. He is so patient and very understanding of nervous and phobic people. I barely even feel the needle going in, and he talks me through every stage of the treatment with the utmost care and respect. This practice has completely transformed the way I feel about dentists. I have now just finished a course of treatment and as I am 50 I really thought my teeth were beyond help! But after a thorough assessment and plan which I could talk through with the team at each step of the way, I started the plan which took nearly 18 months. But really really pleased with the result! Braces with the Stoke Bishop Dental Centre Practice. Today was the day I finally had my invisalign braces removed. I want to say a big thank you to the amazing dentist Jay and her nurse Chelsea for the journey. I have been debating having braces for a number of years prior beginning my treatment with Jay. Both Jay and Chelsea have made me feel so comfortable and happy along the way of my treatment. I could not be happier with the results I have gained. Fabulous practice. We followed Charlotte here, she is simply the best dentist anyone could wish for. Calm, reassuring, kind and totally professional. Sorted orthodontic treatment for all 3 of our children, they now have the best smiles.😊 We travel some distance to get here but it’s so worth it. Rachel is our hygienist, also professional and jolly! After many many years of dentist anxiety and avoidance, a broken tooth meant a needed trip. Phoning Stoke Bishop dental practice and speaking with Michelle was a game changer. Being encouraged to talk about how nervous I was and the time she spent to understand was so appreciated. A nervous check up visit followed and Michelle introduces me to Paul who took time and care to talk everything through and relax me with great conversation. An extraction, filling and crown followed done under sedation with Paul and Michelle there every step of the way and me being in control of what and when things would happen. I can’t begin to thank both of them enough and I will definitely be returning.

I have been receiving treatment from Jay for about 18 months now, she is perfecting my smile. Since the beginning of my treatment I have found her very informative and professional, I now know so much about my own teeth and how to succeed with my treatment. I travel a 30 mile round trip to see Jay simply because of the attention to detail and the care I receive. I have now started seeing Dani for aesthetics and I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Paul Wilson is a very good dentist but equally shady. Will happily take as much money as possible from you to benefit himself. Never had a filling in my life and signed me up for an "extended hygienist appointment" teaching me how to clean my teeth and then referring me to his wife for further work and a £160 initial consultation. Most would do a free consultation at worst. Will never return to this practice because he totally betrayed my trust. Can't criticise his skill, but his trustworthiness is non existent.
