Really can't overstate how smooth, quick and painless this practice made getting Invisalign. With the dental monitoring app, in-person appointments can be kept to a minimum which makes it really convenient for scheduling/travel. Going to Andrew was hands down one of the best life decision Ive ever made. The whole process from start to finish has been so amazing and informative and totally exceeded my expectations. I received Invisalign treatment, veneers and bonding and the recommended combination of these 3 treatments have changed my smile completely. I initially went to Andrew Thomas Dental Care for a temporary filing, from the appointment I noticed they also did Invisalign and from someone who had a few wonky teeth and had always dreaded smiling it was something I was always interested in fixing. I have always had a fear of the dentist so for me this was a massive step to be taking and also a step in a new city as I'd only been in Cardiff for a year at this point. From the filing being completed to the initial introduction call to discuss Invisalign with Jo at the surgery Andrew and his team were absolutely brilliant, I was made to feel involved in every step of the process and it was stressed to me the decisions to take were mine, there was no rush or pressure just brilliant guidance and advice from Andrew to assist me along the way. For those who have gone through Invisalign will know it's a marathon not a sprint and Andrew and his team were in contact with me weekly to help me every step of the way, including evenings to answer any of my questions and worries. Any time an obstacle did occur Andrew and his team had me booked in within 24 hours to see him and fix any issues. It's clear to see that Andrew and his team care about their patients and care about their patients journey, I actually solely went with Andrews advice towards the end of my treatment because I knew I could trust him to make the best decisions for me and my journey. Andrew talks you through every step during your appointments and lets you know what's happening and why it's happening, that makes a huge difference to someone who had a fear of the dentist but also so you can understand everything that's happening. I never thought I would say I am comfortable going to the dentist but I can now say that whilst being confident and happy with my teeth and that's down to the service Andrew and his team provided me, I cannot thank them enough and cannot recommend them enough. Andrew and his team are friendly, supportive and helpful and go above and beyond, if you're someone who wants to make a change in your teeth but like me was always to scared or hesitant, this is the dentist for you. In my eyes they stand out and are miles ahead of anyone else in there service and care for patients.

He was extremely friendly, he explained every step of the process thoroughly and answered all my questions and concerns. When I lost an attachment by accident, the surgery had me booked in to replace it within two days. All the staff were very warm and friendly, and I always felt welcome there. Excellent Dentist. Recently had to have a wisdom tooth removed and as you can imagine not looking forward to it. Andrew as usual talked through the procedure calmly and with a genuine feeling of care and confidence. Everything was soon over without really even realising. A very professional and personable Dentist who keeps you reassured throughout.
