S. N.I’ve been wanting to get my smile enhanced for a while and after seeing the before and afters on Bamboo’s socials I knew I needed to get a consultation to find out more! After the consultation I felt excited to begin my treatment. I had my treatment with Dr Daniel Rogers which in total consisted of 6 months smiles and 8 porcelain veneers. Dr Rogers explained everything thoroughly and couldn’t have been more helpful with the designing of my veneers, he listened to my feedback and ended up creating my perfect smile. I couldn’t be happier with the results and for anyone looking to enhance their smile I recommend getting a consultation to discuss your goals, it’s worth it!

I returned several times for adjustments and nothing was too much trouble. I recommended Ollie to my partner also and Ollie did another fantastic job. The rest of the staff in the practice are also lovely. They are very professional and helpful, and the Covid precautions in place are very reassuring.

H.I had the clear brace on just my top teeth and only needed minor adjustment but enough that I was conscious of a few things, I wanted to get the adjustments done before my wedding so I didn't regret it when looking back at photos. Sam was really helpful and did a great job. My only regret was not getting the bottom done aswell.

R. A.I have always been ashamed of my awkward teeth and I have never found anyone who was willing to help and fix my smile until I came across the Bamboo Dental practise. Dr Oliver has done an amazing job on my teeth, at first welcoming me in and informing me precisely what the procedure would be. I had the Six Month Smiles treatment over a 9 month period due to my slightly more complicated situation. Dr Oliver and the rest of the hardworking team were dedicated throughout the regular check ins to make sure he and myself were happy with the results.
All I am waiting for next is my retainers and the 'at home whitening kit' but already in the first week after having my braces off I have been smiling confidently and have been more open to laugh.
Thanks again to the great team for making this change finally happen for me.

s. 6.Had such a great experience getting my teeth straightened at Bamboo, I can’t recommend them enough. Super helpful with anything I needed, and such great communication from the front desk and dentists. I had 6 month smiles done with both my boom and top arch to solve overcrowding, all appointments were super quick and pain free, despite being quite an involved procedure.

T.I had 4 porcelain veneers fitted with another company a few years ago however wasn’t completely happy with the result and had to have further work to rectify one of the veneers which affected my confidence. I decided not to go with that company I had the original veneers done with due to poor customer service and poor aftercare and after some research I chose Bamboo as I saw promising reviews and fantastic results.
I was nervous at first due to my poor experience with the other company however after my initial consultation with Dan, I was put at ease straight away. Since having the dental work done by Tom, I am so happy with the outcome and am in love my new teeth.

I.Great experience, I had my teeth whitened, some fillings done and a general examination. The teeth whitening procedure was quite long but the hygienist made it very relaxing and comfortable, I actually fell asleep!! I’m scared of needles so was very nervous to get the fillings done. She was so so gentle that it made the experience so much nicer. The experience of the general consultation was very nice too, the dentist was friendly and helpful. Great experience from start to finish, all the staff were extremely professional and competent.

I was really happy with my consultation and the price of the treatment which was half of what I was expecting to be quoted. They give interest free finance too which makes it even more appealing. Doctor Oli was professional and friendly throughout all my consultations and my appointments were always really quick. The staff are always polite and welcoming. I thought my teeth weren’t too bad until I had braces and I compared how my teeth are now to how they were!! Worth every penny and I’m so happy with the results I can’t recommend Bamboo enough.

M. J.Couldn’t recommend Bamboo Dental enough, from the beginning they have provided exceptional service. For someone who absolutely hates going to the dentist usually, they made me feel at ease from the very first appointment. I had my top 8 teeth changed to veneers and it was the best decision I ever made. I was extremely conscious to smile and would usually just smile with my mouth closed. I had them fitted in the January and removed in August. This was slightly over the 6 month time frame given, but I didn’t mind at all. Oli was always open and honest about the procedures and kept me well informed of the next steps.

After an initial phone call I booked a consultation and met with Oli! Following that I decided to go for 6 months smiles, on both my top and bottom, and Oli has been nothing short of incredible. R.I have recently completed my 6 month smile treatment and I’m very happy with the results. I was shocked at how quickly my teeth started to move with the braces as I noticed a difference by the second month. Friendly staff. The practice is very busy so I had trouble changing some of my appointments but I was kept on a waiting list for cancellations and was contacted once when one became available. I had some of my bonding come away from my tooth and the practice booked me in straight away to get it corrected. The practice itself is immaculate and all the staff are really lovely. I had my braces six months and was able to have them off. Now I have them off and they look amazing and I really can’t wait to have the composite fillings as they will look even better! I was a little nervous before going ahead with the consultation but as soon as I arrived I was put at ease and decided straight away that I wanted to go for it and it’s definitely been worth it. I had braces as a teenager but the teeth had moved back significantly, making me really self conscious about my smile. I had hoped that my new braces would put right some of the movement that had happened to my top teeth, especially the front two which stuck out and had a gap.
My results exceeded my expectations, my teeth are straight and the bonding I had done means they look considerably better than they did when my original brace was removed.
I have to stop myself from smiling during serious meetings on video call just to see my new teeth!

B.My dentist Oliver has been amazing throughout my treatment, I was told that I may not be able to have the 6 months smile brace as my teeth were a little more complex and would need the brace for around possibly 10 months but he worked his magic and I sure did only have my braces for 6 months with slight bonding on my teeth a full whitening pack, retainers, and a permanently fitted brace top and bottom of my teeth. The service I recieved has been amazing from start to finish, I couldn't recommend bamboo Dental enough for teeth straightening. I understand why they have such high reviews and won awards for dentistry in Wales as they are the best and I'm so glad I decided to go with this practice.

After my initial set of trays we agreed that some minor revisions still needed to be made so I received 8 more trays at no extra cost. There was never any hidden costs or extra fees, all the progress appointments, adjustments, extra trays, whitening treatment, fixed and removable retainer and composite bonding was included in the total price that I was given upfront. C. E.I booked in at Bamboo for a surgical wisdom tooth removal with Dr Craig Mallorie. During my consultation Craig was very informative and reassuring, and explained precisely what would happen. I left my consultation feeling relieved knowing my experience of this wisdom tooth removal would be better and perhaps safer than my previous wisdom tooth removal at the Dental hospital in Cardiff. The experience of having my tooth removed was a very smooth and successful process overall. Bamboo are very attentive to all health and safety aspects upon arrival, the reception girls are very welcoming. Craig and his nurse were very reassuring throughout the whole procedure even with the extensive PPE they both had on. For anyone that hates needles Craig put a numbing cream on first so when it's time for the needles you can't feel the needles at all! There was calm classical music playing and I felt quite relaxed during the procedure. It's been 3 weeks already and my jaw and face is 90% back to normal. The swelling after my procedure was so minimal thanks to Craig's attentiveness and vast knowledge/experience. Thank-you!

C. P.I visited Bamboo Dental after another dental surgery for teeth whitening and to explore options in regards to veneers as I wanted to improve my smile i.e. the shape of many of my teeth. I had old composite bonding which was not done very well and after visiting Cath at Bamboo, I was so happy with the consultation that I decided to go ahead with the treatment with Bamboo there and then. Cath was very thorough and informative during our consultation and she was honest about what treatment I actually needed (another dentist advised me to have invisalign which I was surpised at as my teeth are quite straight) to which Cath advised that having this would be fine but would not make much difference to the overall appearance of my smile and would inevitable cost a lot more money. Unfortuantely my appointment was delayed from March until August due to COVID, no fault of the dental surgey itself and they kept me informed throughout the whole of lockdown and answered any queries I had. I was expecting to be in the chair for 4 hours on my final appointment but was actually only just over 2 hours which was brilliant! I am so so happy with my teeth, Cath really listened to what it was I wanted to improve and has done an amazing job, they look perfect but also natural which is the look I was going for.
I woulg highly recommend Bamboo Dental, the results are amazing, all of the staff are friendly, professionals and super helpful and it did not cost an arm and a leg (they have finance options if needed to help spread the cost out which is also very handy!)

He was thorough in his work and a true perfectionist, particularly when it came to the composite bonding at the end of my treatment to ensure I had a natural, but perfect smile I would be happy with.

I had the braces off after 5 months as my teeth moved into shape very quickly and they also included teeth whitening which I am currently in the process of doing.
Overall there isn’t another dentist that I would consider going to again after being at bamboo.

Their reputation and extremely reasonable consultation fee is what made me book a visit. At my initial consultation, Dr Dan Rodgers gave me treatment options based on what would work best for me. At no point was I made to feel pressured into buying/confirming treatment.
Treatment started pretty much straight away once I had confirmed my decision. I chose Six Month Smile because of Dr Dan’s reputation, the length of treatment & the extras offered after the brace removal (whitening etc). Initially the brace was uncomfortable (as expected) but you soon get used to it. The only negative was that it stained quite easily but that’s avoidable if you steer clear from foods that stain as advised (especially tumeric!!); it is 100% worth the end result.
I received a professional service throughout. The practice is always spotless & the receptionists are lovely, helpful and accommodating.
I couldn’t thank Bamboo Dental enough for finally giving me a confident smile!

L.After years of self confidence issues regarding my teeth, I looked into having some work done to help with this. After looking long and hard online I came across Bamboo Dental and after reading the great reviews, I decided it was time to do something about it.
I met Dan in November of 2017, he advised me of what to have done, which entailed teeth straightening with braces, followed by Lumineers.
I commenced treatment in January of 2018 and completed the required work by September 2018. The procedure was very professional, structured and I was kept informed during the full process.
I am over the moon with the finished results of my treatment and I have had nothing but positive compliments from everyone I've been in contact with since completion. Every part of my experience has been spot on, the front staff are friendly and efficient, the dentistry team (Oliver and Kate) seemed technically brilliant and kept me informed about each step of the treatment as it progressed. I've spent my life avoiding dentists treatment and now it doesn't bother me at all.

I lost my old retainer and after few years without retainer I realized that even though I had braces 10 years ago, my teeth were in bad condition. I had 3 appointments with three different dentist in Slovakia and Hungary. An average quote for my treatment was almost 10 thousand euro. Also all dentists said it would be just too complicated and it would take 3-4 years to get everything done, I would also need surgery etc. I remember my first time I came to bamboo ambulance. They booked my free consultation the very next week and after very quick session Dr. Rogers explained what can he possibly do and how long does it take. I was shocked since all my friends told me that dentists in the UK are very expensive compared to those in East Europe. Even though I was skeptical in the beginning I am happy now, my teeth looks amazing and I did not have to pay 10 thousand euro to some dodgy dentist and I did not have to wait for 4 years. Turns out this is the place where batman gets his teeth fixed every time after battle with joker although I have this conspiracy where I believe them to do sorcery and witchcraft. I mean they did to me very questionable things which I would never ever let anybody do to me, yet it felt oddly satisfying. I could not figure it out till the very end BUT after they have taken the braces off me and let me see my smile for the first time, I must say I WAS SHOCKED at how superb it looks (which btw confirmed my suspicions). When Bamboo Dental gave me the opportunity to have a '6 month smile' brace, I didn't give it a second thought and actually had the impressions taken on the same day. R. W.I went with Bamboo dental after seeing results online. I booked an initial consultation and the 6 month smile treatment was suggested. The braces were on for 4 months and were easy to manage. Aside from some slight pain the day after the brace is tightened, there was no issues. There was wax provided if the brace began to rub inside your mouth which I used once. The staff were all helpful and accomodating. Appointments do get booked up very quickly which doesnt allow for much flexibility to change appointments once booked bit that is a testiment to how in demand they are.

S. R.I started my treatment with Oli in May this year. I had been petrified of the dentist for over 7 years and avoided going due to bad experience. However, my teeth were getting overcrowded and I suffered from toothache now and then so after I saw the reviews for Bamboo I decided to take the plunge! I had to have a good amount of repair work to give my poor neglected teeth some TLC so after some fillings(pain free might I add) , extractions (also pain free) and polishing i opted for the 6 month smile!I did have an infection come on and Oli got me in straight away and investigated, checked in regularly to make sure the prescription he gave me worked which was SO reassuring. Sadly the pandemic delayed the removal of my brace but the team kept me updated at every possible opportunity and if there was anything I needed I just had to call. Today I’ve just had my 4 veneers fitted to help me feel more confident as I have naturally tiny teeth and I love them! There is an initial consultation to discuss options, a follow up first fitting and then monthly adjustments ( again no pain ) and then when they come off they do whitening and then tooth bonding which basically levels everything out after the teeth have moved. Certainly after the bonding that's when I was most pleased. Don't forget when the teeth are moved they are going to be out of alignment as the wear which had them kind of lined up before treatment will be offset after the brace. When the bonding is applied they look really great.

The reseptionist ladys who are both ever so kind, cheerful and so respectful and using your first name made my experience feel more personal. I had Dr Oliver, who to say the least is a perfectionist. I started my treatment being very nervous to be at the dentist. He would let me know of everything he done so i was constantly in the know of what was going on. Daniel showed me before and after photos of some of the work he had done with the 6 month smile treatment . My bottom brace was only on for 5 months and the top one was on for 6 months . My teeth are now straight and I have something to smile about . All the way through the process the staff were very informative and helpful .

The prices aren't really that dissimilar really for things like a check up or filling. Of course it's a bit more expensive but the service really is great. It's as if now they know they have a great reputation, won awards etc they refuse to give anything but top service and all very amiable people. At least that's been my experience. Can't fault these guys
