We had a wonderful, positive experience with Dr.Ines who my daughter saw to have braces over the course of around 2 years (extended due to covid). Dr Ines was extremely knowledgeable, professional and always courteous and light-hearted. Her assistant, Paige, is also the most lovely person - very calming and respectful at all times. Together they make a great team and the results with my daughter's teeth have been perfect. I would recommend this team whole heartedly.

K. C.I have been with this surgery a good few years now and I've always found it to be a friendly, clean and efficient surgery. The reception staff are outstanding, always friendly and helpful. I had to visit the dentist on Tuesday for a consultation about a big cavity under my crown. Due to covid-19 restrictions I haven't been able to receive treatment until now. I was worried that I was going to lose my tooth. I saw Elliot Samphier and his nurse Paige. They were absolutely fabulous and made my visit a delight! Elliot promised me that he would do his best to save my tooth, which I found really reassuring, but didn't hide from me that I may still lose it. I wasn't expecting treatment as it was just a consultation but I made a suggestion that he could give me a temporary filling to increase my chances in keeping my tooth and he listened carefully and agreed! He told me he would do his best to make the treatment as comfortable as possible, also very reassuring, and he did. So I'm very pleased with that! Paige and Elliot did their best to make the whole experience calm, friendly and pleasant. Elliot is very interested in helping nervous patients relax and feel comfortable and is hoping to do another degree with that in mind. I'm sure he will be successful!

J.i was only slightly concerned about the new procedures coming into the practice. it's pretty obvious that a dental practice would already be up to speed with proper decontamination and infection control - but nonetheless the additional protocols for Covid19 are to be expected and well organised by the team. I visited for a hygienist appointment, which i have to say is one of the best i have experienced. James was really gentle and thorough. All staff that i encountered were courteous and made an effort to SAY hello, which given that they all had to be wearing masks was a good gesture to make you feel comfortable and over ride any anxiety you might feel about being there.
B.I recently had my wisdom tooth extracted and was very nervous. The dentist Oana was amazing. She was very calming and reassuring and the prodecure was over with so quickly. Thank you so much!
N. I.Dentist is lovely , the staff helpful and the receptionist are always answering my calls withing 5 seconds. I've always been treated with care I don't see why there are so many bad reviews.

R. J.I've used this dentist for about 4 or 5 years. I've always had good, professional and considerate treatment. The staff are helpfull and treat people with respect.
The telephone system and parking there can be a downside sometimes.. but if you travel on foot and pop into the reception to make appointments there is no problem.
Overall I have no problem recommending this dentist and will continue to use it for myself, as will my wife who feels the same
N. S.I have been taking my son to this practice for the past year, all the staff are friendly and welcoming on arrival, the dentists are patient and very calming when treating a nervous child. Would definitely recommend and will continue to attend for regular appointments

A. A.Always had great service at this practice. I've seen both Dentists, Oana and Pavlos here, who spend quality time and care through out dental examinations. Nurses and staff are very friendly, also Jess and Laura on reception are always a pleasure to be greeted by with good advice and help. Management is great and I will continue coming to this friendly practise in future.
V. 2.This place is fantastic. always friendly and good that they open 8 til 8 for people like me that cant make it between 9-5. advice and treatment given is excellent. went in today for a re check on my recent tooth extraction and again great friendly service . wish all dentists were this accommodating.

R. G.Ok not the best. Parking is as described however they do always keep you waiting even for an 8am appointment.
Very hard to get through to on the phone and they cancelled my appointment by text the other then sent me a letter saying I was overdue an appointment!
The dentists seem fine so I guess I'll be back!

M.They don't appear to pickup there phone ,there are no reasons for this NONE ,iv never know this with other dental practices conduct business in this way ,they will lose business if this continues .I like my dentist thats why the star ratting is at 3 ,its a shame about the rest letting her down .
