The whole team at Fusion Dentistry create an atmosphere that is welcoming, human, caring and calm. I was deeply anxious about dentistry and embarrassed about my teeth. However, as soon as I got in touch with Fusion, it was clear that their approach is to understand, support and find solutions that are right for you. I felt in very safe hands, guided step-by step throughout my treatment to get a new smile and the aftercare is excellent and reassuring. I would encourage anyone not to struggle on their own worrying about their teeth and to get in touch with the team at Fusion. I have had a number of appointments at Fusion and on each occasion have been treated very courteously and professionaly. I was so pleased with the removal of my top teeth and the subsequent temporary replacements that I booked in to have my lower teeth done as well. Unfortunately a sudden ongoing medical condition has meant that I have had to postpone the planned procedure and rearrange it for August, fingers crossed. I would recommend Fusion I am very satisfied with the replacements which have given me more confidence in eating and smiling

The whole team were so welcoming, friendly and put me at ease. I’m in the first stage of treatment and I’m so happy with my teeth! They have kept in contact the whole way through by reassuring me with questions and they fitted me in quickly so I could get this done as I am an avoidant person when it comes to going and doing things I dislike. All the team I was in contact with were encouraging and I didn’t feel judged despite how I have always felt judged on my teeth. They look really healthy and I’m over the moon with my results so far. I am probably the most nervous patient you will ever get when it comes to going to the dentist. Due to this, I let my teeth get in such a bad state of repair that I was ashamed to smile. It got to the point that something needed to be done. I chose fusion after doing lots of research. Their reviews and previous good news stories made me feel slightly better but I was still terrified. On the first visit I was struck by how friendly and professional everyone was. This is something that comes up in a lot of reviews but it has to be experienced to truly understand. The place itself doesn’t feel like a dentist either. The day I had dreaded finally arrived for my operation. I had barely slept the night previous. I walked in and sat down and was immediately greeted by the anaesthetist who wanted to know what my concerns were. Being that I was having everything taken out that was an easy question to answer. He gave me great reassurance that I would not feel a thing during the procedure. He was right !!! Not a thing! I was not aware of anything going on around me. The whole process was smooth and painless which still amazes me to this day. I was pretty much fully recovered after about a week and was back in work 2 days after having the procedure. I am going to have the final set put in next month and can’t wait. For anyone who like me is petrified by the thought of going to the dentist or for anyone who thinks that they are too far gone for anything to be done please give these guys a go. Big thank you to Guy and the whole team for giving me a new lease on life. James

Very happy with the final result of my implant & 2 crowns. Staff very friendly and professional throughout treatment, from consultation to final fitting. They don’t mind taking a bit longer to get things right which I really liked. Not the cheapest place for treatment but from working in the industry the quality of the treatment and the expertise & experience of the clinicians is rare to find. Being absolutely terrified of dentists from a child I cannot highly recommend fusion dentistry enough my experience with them from walking in the door my consultation was fantastic and I was booked in for all on four implants within 2 weeks My day of surgery arrived absolutely terrified but they were absolutely amazing calming me down I had iv conscious sedation which have never had before and was slightly nervous of this I shouldn’t have worried it was all good I was very relaxed didn’t feel anything at all and I could respond to their requests My nurse Jen was amazing Katy the corordinater was amazing also my anaesthetists doctor cook was fantastic reassuring me at all times. My treatment went excellent I had no pain what so ever very little swelling I’m now almost 3 weeks into my surgery doing great Doctor guy my dental surgeon has been fantastic also from receptionist to dental nurses are all very reassuring and helpful at all times I can’t believe I done it has for myself it was a very big deal to have oral surgery If anyone are thinking of dental implants go to fusion you will not be disappointed they are absolutely amazing in what they do Thankyou so much fusion for my new smile 😀

Very professional, caring team. Made me feel at ease, and discussed my options in clear terms without any pressure to comply. The environment is clean and has high tech equipment necessary to carry out a full examination eg X-ray/scanner. I was supported through the Covid pandemic and their attention to hygiene and Covid precautions was exemplary. The actual procedure went well, an anaesthetist was present throughout and made sure I was pain free and I don’t really remember it! Aftercare has been really thorough too, many visits after the procedure then again when my permanent implant bridge was ready, and I can honestly say it was worth every penny.

I have been really impressed with my visits to the clinic in Cardiff. The Staff explained every step in detail. So that I was comfortable. The results so far have been impressive, giving me so much confidence.

From the first day I walked into the Dental Surgery to the very last day, I was greeted with nothing but the friendliest, kindest and most incredilble professionalism from all staff and my dentist, Dr Tim. Together with the dental technicians they worked tirelessly to ensure I received the teeth I desired and they constantly made sure that my treatment allowed for the alignment of my teeth, my jaw and ultimately my bite. I cannot praise the practice enough and I have not stopped smiling since my final treatment was completed a week ago. I feel like I could do a Miley Cyrus and sing 'I came in with a wrecking ball' that's how stunning my teeth look and the world wouldn't know any difference between my mouth and Miley's mouth.. that's how good and excellent this practice is!! I was very apprehensive when I went for my first appointment,but all the staff I met soon made me feel at ease. “I started to have full implant treatment in March. Fusion was the most affordable estimate I had compared to others. But amazingly they were so high standard ( I have been to a few dentists in past years) When they showed me around their laboratory, all in one building, it was beautiful, clean and the staff were always friendly and courteous. I went to Fusion to enquire about a couple of implants for missing teeth. It transpired that my remaining teeth although not rotten were not in good shape and they wouldn't last long so I decided to have all of my teeth removed which may have seemed quite drastic, but any concerns I might have had were soon put to bed by the very friendly staff. My teeth were removed and implants fitted, I was then given temporary teeth whilst the bone around the new implants settled down. These temporary teeth`on their own looked great. A few months later I had my permanent teeth fitted. The shape and shade are perfect and I couldnt be happier! I fully recommend Fusion dentistry!

My experience of Fusion Dentistry was far beyond anything that I imagined dentistry could be. After my childhood experiences of tooth extraction I was totally terrified of anything major happening dentistry wise. !! I can honestly say that I was never in pain or discomfort with having 5 teeth plus my wisdom teeth extracted then the implants placed within 2 hours. I had no pain whatsoever and 2 hours after getting home was enjoying soup and soft food. If I had to go through it again tomorrow it would not trouble me at all. The staff there are superb and very professional And I cannot fault in any way my experience at Fusion whatsoever definitely a 10 out of 10 from me. 😁

Have had a full set of dental implants put in by Fusion Dentistry. While it was very expensive, it was money well spent as it meant I could smile again without feeling self-conscious.
