I have been a patient of Marlborough since I was a child, and now as an adult I made the decision to find out about having Invisalign. I have to say Ben Smith was so helpful and very experienced in this field. My treatment plan was not easy so it was a difficult decision to make. With the help of Ben and the fantastic team I am now nearly at the end of my Invisalign treatment and I am thrilled with the results. I can smile with confidence. Ben and the team are so helpful and completely professional. The practice is so friendly and nothing is too much trouble. I can’t recommend Ben and the team highly enough.

Visited Marlbrough dental practice yesterday for the very first time as I had acute toothache. I recieved a warm welcome and in no time went to see Ben the dentist. After a very thorough examination he discussed my options. I returned today for treatment and felt relaxed and calm during a difficult procedure. The whole experience was 10 out of 10. I would absolutely recommend this practice to all. See you in the new year for more treatment which I might add isn't a daunting prospect at all knowing I'll be in safe hands. Merry Christmas. Very professional practice. I have been using this practice since moving to Wales. They do offer a payment plan that helps to prevent surprises when having to deal with an unexpected dental event. Luckily I have not needed anything more than a regulat checkup and the occasional consult with a hygienist. Everyone is very helpful and friendly and treatment first class.

FIRST CLASS DENTAL SURGERY, Gabrielle the receptionists is so welcoming also very helpful on the phone, Olivia dental nurse was very reassuring and the dentists may sure they talk and explain options available to you I would like to thank everyone at the surgery for making my experience a pleasure from the start of your treatment to the end, nothing too much trouble for them, very friendly and a first class. I also want to give a mention to how clean the practice is, they made me feel completely safe during this very uncertain time, the procedures they have in place for covid 19 are second to none. I would go as far as to say better than my GP. Keep up the amazing work.

The staff at the practice are professional and extremely helpful!!! Danielle the receptionist always manages to fit me in even at extremely short notice. The new dentist Dr Rob Gill is amazing and a credit to the practice!! Very knowledgeable with a friendly approach and explains things clearly so I always feel comfortable and confident with my treatment. I cannot recommend this Practice and it’s staff highly enough...if there was a 10 star rating I would give it to them!!!!

Fantastic hygienist appointment with Karen who was very friendly, informative and put me at ease. The following day I returned for a filling. Again this was a positive experience despite being nervous about it. Appointments were on time and it was made clear what I needed to do etc with the current changes due to Covid. The staff are friendly and keen to make sure you are happy with your treatment.

Visited Marlborough Dental Practise for a hygiene appointment to have a scale and polish of my teeth, Chloe the hygienist was so so friendly and very professional, I told her I was slightly nervous about the dentist and she took that fully into consideration and was very gentle and made sure I was comfortable the entire way through my appointment, the practise was very clean and tidy and also very professional in regard to the current COVID regulations, everyone was wearing the proper equipment and everything was also sanitised properly, the reception staff were also super friendly too and made sure I re booked to come back for any other problems I had, overall this dental practise has made me feel much better about coming to the dentist, I’ve visited 3 other dentist in Cardiff and this one is by far the best, thanks to Chloe for helping overcome my nerves about the dentist. 👍🏻
