I was extremely phobic of dental visits before coming here and so this surgery was recommended by a friend. Charlie is a wonderful practitioner and the staff are always so polite and friendly. During the time I've been with them they have restored by confidence in attending appointments and made the whole experience so much more comfortable. My tooth fell apart and my original dentist couldn’t fit me in for over a week and Pontcanna Dental Care fitted me in within 48 hours.
I felt so relaxed in their care, they took their time to put me at ease and the procedure to rebuild my tooth as pain free. They let me know everything they were doing in a kind and reassuring way. And, you don’t need to stare at a blank white ceiling either, they have TV mounted with an aquarium feature to keep you distracted.
I was so relaxed and pain free, I was able to go to work straight after – no one knew I’d been to the dentist.
Thank you for the excellent care I received today. Needless to say, I’ll be back when my next check up is due.
S.Couldn't find a better dentist! Every single person I have had the delight of meeting are just so friendly, the second you walk through the door you feel welcomed and at ease. I was pretty dental phobic before coming here but Charlie is honestly just incredible - when they say pain-free they aren't lying! I didn't even notice them injecting me which says alot! Rather than spending days before worrying about my appointments I now look forward to them 😊 thank you Pontcanna Dental!

S.I’ve been at Pontcanna Dental Care for many years now I can whole heartily say I will never leave, it’s more than a dental surgery, it’s a place to ensure you remain healthy complete with the highest of service from all members of staff, in my eyes it is the best there is out there.
