S. P.Had a tooth extracted in March this year. I have never in my entire life experienced so much pain during the extraction. After numerous injections the dentist was unable to carry out the job in question so asked for a colleague to do it. OMG Ashe was absolutely brutal. I realise the root had to come out but my experience was absolutely traumatic and to be told by this dentist “it’s okay to cry” was totally humiliating. She has damaged, misaligned the tooth next to the extraction, which has ruined my mouth and have suffered from sinus pain and headaches ever since.
The tooth she misaligned now needs attention as become sensitive.
Not sure what to do….BTW cost me £100. When asked for a breakdown of of cost I was told….in an email….can’t give you that unfortunately.
As a 71 year old, one should not have to experience such pain.
S. B.When I went on last appointment to have a clean the new dentist and partner left me in crucially in pain for weeks they made my teeth so sensitive after what they did to me. My usual Dentist left when the covid struck!! And I wasn't told and ended seeing diffrent dentist nightmare!!!
now I'm looking for a new dentist!!
H. E.I saw Saeed, the dental hygienist for a clean. I have never managed to have a hygienist clean my whole mouth before, due to my teeth being so sensitive. Saeed was so gentle and thorough that he made the whole experience very enjoyable!! My teeth feel amazing now, and I will make sure I visit regularly now!
