K. N.My daughter was referred here for braces by out usual dentist. We have always received brilliant care and advice. My daughter has just had her braces removed and her teeth look amazing. So pleased. We would not hesitate to come here again for our son.
A. F.If you are looking for orthodontic treatment look no further. To say I am pleased with my results would be an understatement, I have come away feeling amazing with perfectly straight teeth. I received the best treatment throughout, with no complications the staff were fantastic and helpful nothing was to much to ask, I had fixed braces and if my bands needed changing sooner or bracket came off I was back in to have them sorted straight away.
I definitely should have come here sooner to have my teeth straightened! 😁

W.My daughter attended the clinic at the start of Covid to have her braces fitted , every appointment she attended (on her own due to Covid) was fantastic, the staff always put her at ease and then called me to discuss what happened in the appointment. Everyone at the clinic is professional and friendly. They treat you with respect and courtesy. I would highly recommend!
S. S.I cannot recommend Colchester Orthodontic Centre enough!! I began my Invisalign journey with Mr Gowan back in April 2021 with the dream of having perfect teeth for my wedding day. They have totally exceeded my expectations have had 2 previously failed attempts of correcting my smile during my early and late teenage years. I will forever be grateful to the team for helping me find my confidence again which has been missing for years!

M. G.I started my brace process right at the start of the pandemic (July 2020) and just got my retainer given to me today, and I honestly could not be happier with how it went. I had double tracks (1 top 1 bottom) as well as bands for a month and a half roughly
There were fantastic during the pandemic, with great hygiene regulations and appointments were not that spaced out, as I first thought they would be due to the lock downs. I never had a problem with getting anything repaired with my braces, I had 2 brackets fall off during my whole 2 years, and both got repaired when needed.
All staff were friendly and great to be helped by. Mr Davies was in charge of my braces for roughly the first 1/3 of my treatment and he was fantastic, and then the 2/3 Laurie Harper was responsible, and I would like to personally say Laurie was amazing. I believe she was actually training to become an orthodontist, but if I was not told I wouldn't know, never had any problems under her wing, really friendly, easy to have a chat with and was amazing explaining anything I asked about. Hope she continues on her path to be an orthodontist because she will smash it. All in all a fantastic service to me and my (now) straight teeth!

C. M.I have had Invisalign treatment at the Colchester Orthodontic Centre under the care of Mr Gowans and have been very impressed with the treatment I have received. Mr Gowans and his nursing team - Charlotte and Abi - are professional, friendly and have been accommodating to my needs. They have gone out of their way to book appointments to suit my schedule and I am very grateful for this. The reception staff are also very welcoming. Additionally I am very happy with the result of my teeth and friends and family have noticed the difference. I thoroughly recommend this practice to anyone seeking orthodontic treatment!

From the moment you walk in you know you are going to get a fantastic experience. You are welcomed by the lovely, helpful reception team, Laura the fab treatment coordinator is there to explain treatment and payment options, the wonderful orthodontic therapists and nurses who give great advice and our orthodontist Keegan who explains everything clearly. Being a dental professional in a private practice myself I know what hard work goes in to making a dental practice work and teamwork is everything, every one of you count and make COC the practice it is. You guys are doing a fabulous job so well done! If you are thinking of having your teeth straightened at any age then go to these guys. It may seem a lot of money to spend but well worth it - this is your smile for life and a great smile gives you (or your child) confidence and happiness.
S. C.Our daughter started treatment at Colchester Orthodontic Centre in August 2015 having been referred to Mr Davies for fixed braces. After some initial (and rather gruesome!) dental surgery to remove some of her teeth followed by 3 years of incredibly complex work by Mr Davies, Fiona and Jen and their great team of nurses, she finally has the smile she's been longing for! The staff are always friendly and helpful, nothing is ever too much bother and they encourage you to call if you have any queries. If you need an emergency appointment they will always endeavour to see you as quickly as possible. Overall a fantastic service provided by top notch professionals! Thank you Colchester Orthodontic Centre for sticking with us for so long and giving Elizabeth such wonderful care.
