I started using Hello Dental three years ago after a bad experience with a previous dentist. They have been outstanding. The reception staff, are always incredibly helpful and polite. The dental team always take their time to listen to you and explain any treatment fully. You are always provided with a written quote for any work which needs to be undertaken, which I really like.

This is by far the BEST dentist I have EVER been to! Helen is amazing, knowing I’m not a big fan of the dentist she is so gentle and explains everything before she does it. I have been going to hello dental for a few years now and I must say you get what you pay for, the service is exemplary and all the staff are so polite and friendly. I never really liked going to the dentist because of previous experiences but I trust them 100% and would highly recommend them. Also the clinic is so clean which is something I always look for! Excellent experience with Neel this morning that left me in doubt that I am in the right company. Neil made a series of recommendations, one of which was to see their hygienist. Within two hours (they had a cancelation), I was under the care of Sophie who is amazing. If you put off going to the hygienist, give Sophie a try as she goes out of her way to put you at ease while making your mouth feel like brand new. All in all, changing practice to Hello Dental is a good decision that I recommend. Update: Just had second appointment with Sophie and already seeing an improvement. I literally look forward to these visits now.

I joined hello dental practice after rave reviews from my brother who has been a patient of Neels for years. I am so pleased I joined. Neel is so kind and understanding as I had developed anxiety during treatment from a previous dentist. Neel taught me breathing exercises to relax me and is so patient with me. I have had treatments that I never thought possible before I saw Neel including replacement of old silver fillings to white ones , protective composite bonding and a large crown. I would highly recommend Neel and the rest of the staff if you want excellent dental care.

I have been coming to the practice since it opened having been recommended due to my fear of the dentist. Having avoided the dentist for years I had a lot of work needed! Having braces done at Hello Dental - great experience from start to finish. Estimated time of braces was 9-12 months, where most of my friends told me it will not be possible… and taking them off just after 7 months. Dr is always very pleasant, quick and efficient and visits are very pleasant - we always share few laughs! Staff at the reception also very helpful and greeting you with the smile. Considering the time I am usually visiting (late afternoon) there were barely any delays what is very important to me. After taking braces off (can’t wait!) will definitely remain with the Hello Dental for whitening and composure bonding. I have seen the hygienist as well and the work she has done was much better than in any other places. Highly recommend.

Me, my husband and our sons have been going to Neel's at Hello Dental for the past 3 years roughly now. Neel at Hello Dental is the best dentist we've ever had, he and his team take care and pride in what they do. I highly recommend Hello Dental and their team! Very kind and caring, and informed me of what they were doing step by step. I had my first ever filling done (at 32!)by them, I was such a nervous wreck before I went here. They used a wand anaesthetic on my gum and performed the filling swiftly and did not feel a thing. Five star service and always helpful and welcoming. For someone who struggles with anxiety and the fear of dentist coming to Hello Dental has changed how I feal about the dentist. Meeting Helen and her Gentle but honest approach has made the process so much easier. They alway talk through my treatment and make sure I understand the full process. The fact they provide you with a break down of all treatment and what is needed paying at each appointment is helpful as sometimes seeing the total is a bit scary. I'm not the best at going to the dentist. Normally, as with this time it's an emergency trip, rip out the hurty bit and away I go. The guy I saw was excellent, took everything into account and made a tooth extraction a really quite relaxed procedure. So good that I signed up for a course of treatment to fix the rest of my mouth before extraction is the only option! I also signed up for a care and whitening plan. My dentist went through everything and made the best recommendations for me, NOT those that would score the business the most money. Next up the hygienist, followed by three fillings and absolutely no qualms about going back. Who knows, very soon I may be able to smile properly again without feeling self conscious about my chipped front teeth! Summary: Clean, friendly, relaxed and value for money.

I cannot say enough as to who amazing this dentist is. Firstly let me explain that I have a severe phobia about dentists and suffer extreme anxiety about attending. I hadn't been to a dentist in many years because of this but due to severe tooth pain I needed an emergency appointment. I was unable to get into any NHS dentist and these were recommended by my wife's friend. When I got to the dentist the reception staff were amazing, so helpful and caring and made me feel as at ease as they could. The dentist I saw was Helen, she took a lot of time to speak to me and put me at ease as much as she could. She took time to listen to me and take into account my anxiety and fear of the dentist. She was so patient when dealing with my tooth and I cannot thank her enough. I have been back again since for another filling and again she was amazing. I never thought I would want/need to pay for dentist work as I can get it free on the NHS. But, they really are wort every penny and I will be staying with them moving forward. The way I am treated helps so much with the anxiety and I am getting less fearful because they listen and take time with me to help. If you suffer with any sort of issues then you I would highly recommend Hello Dental and Helen, she has helped me so much and I can't thank her enough.

Best dentist by far. Used to hate going. Was very nervous, but now happily go. Everyone is friendly and kind. All work I've had done has been very gentle, always at my pace and they stop for a bit if you want them too so you can relax if you get stressed. They have stress balls and bits to give you to help stay calm if wanted. I have Helen and she's amazing. Always makes me feel relaxed and like I have some control of what's going on. I also have a 5 month old baby and there good with her. Let me take her in to appointments and will keep an eye on her out the room for the few mins when having X rays. I feel like I've probably said too many good things now haha and it will look like they've paid me to say them. But it's true. Its a a great dentist and well worth paying for. Particularly if your a nervous patient. I didn't go for 10 years before going here and wasn't made to feel silly.

The team at hello dental are amazing For the first time ever i had an issue with a tooth..I cracked a molar during the first lockdown I am petrified of needles, and have never had a filling let alone a tooth removed. Sadly the tooth had to be removed. Neal was so kind and gentle, that I barely felt the needle. I will be having an implant to replace the lost tooth, and although I am a little nervous, I am no longer scared. Neal and all the team at hello dental, take time to explain everything and you certainly do not feel rushed or pushed into anything The decor makes you feel like you are in a spa environment, quiet a relaxing atmosphere, and a TV screen when you are laying back in the chair takes your mind of what is happening...... I have been impressed with the attention detail and happy with any work that has been done on my teeth. I had chips on my front teeth due to acid arosuon, I was advised to have composite bonding to restore my teeth. I was due to get married so thought it would be a good idea to get this done so I could smile with confidence in my pictures. Absolutely the BEST dentist I have ever been to! Dr Neel and ALL of his staff are so kind and friendly, helpful and so accommodating and understanding. You feel you can ask or discuss anything and It is never too much trouble, their service is unsurpassed. I would never have thought it possible to be singing a dental practice`s praises but I can't praise them highly enough. They make a dentist visit as good and pleasant and as painless as you could wish for and if you are nervous, or even terrified of dentists, just visit them and you won't be any more! They make you feel very safe and relaxed, something I would never believe I would say in connection with the dentists! Everything is very clean and modern and you can watch the TV above your head while you are being treated so you can distract yourself and pretend you are at home watching TV! Also I have a need to keep swallowing and they are very sensitive to what you need, or if you want them to stop at anytime for a breather that is fine too just knowing you have some control helps a lot! I can't think of a single negative thing to say! Thank you Dr Neel and all his team carry on being amazing!

These guys are without question the best dentists I've ever been to - and I've been to a lot, mainly in London - even Harley Street. I called today because my 10yr old daughter had dental pain, Dr Neel was fantastic, professional and calming, soothing all of my daughters anxiety. It was the first experience she has had of undergoing anything more than a simple check up and it was the best experience any parent could of asked for, she had a local anaesthetic without discomfort or tears, an area of her gum Lazard. I have had real issues with dentists in the past (or more specifically with myself.) I have had a ridiculously sensitive gag reflex for most of my adult life and any trip to the dentist for work done has had to been under sedation as even just a check up has been virtually impossible. Via Hello Dental, I was put in contact with a hypnotherapist who after just two sessions has drastically changed my relationship with dental work. I still don’t find it particularly easy but now things are barable and most importantly, my dentist can do what needs to be done.
