I can’t rate Santosh highly enough. He recently straightened my teeth with braces and has done a fantastic job. He made sure he looked after my teeth every step of the way and kept me fully informed to make sure I was involved in the choices he was making. He did an amazing job of filling a gap in my front teeth with composite bonding as this was the right choice for my teeth. They look absolutely amazing, a true artist! All the staff at the practice are friendly and helpful, I would highly recommend.

Santosh and his team are absolutely amazing! I went from being embarrassed to smile to smiling all the time because of how happy I am with my teeth! From my very first consultation Santosh put me completely at ease, explained everything fully, gave me multiple treatment options and stuck with an agreed price from the start of the treatment. I was always seen quickly and always made to feel like the team had time for me. I had braces fitted for around 10 months as well as having some gum procedures to achieve my ideal smile and I cannot recommend Straight Road Dental Practice enough if you are considering any type of dental treatment. They are always friendly, compassionate and professional. Santosh works to make every part of your smile perfect becuase he is such a passionate dentist and always ensured my opinion was heard, ensuring to fully explain every treatment I had. I could not be happier with the outcome and this is all thanks to this incredible team so thank you to you all!!!

I was feeling very anxious arriving at Straight Road Dental Surgery for my appointment. Having to have two teeth removed is not ideal but needed to be done. I am profoundly grateful to Santosh and the team at Straight Road Dental Practice. Their highly professional and extremely caring approach to their service is absolutely second to none. I was fortunate enough to trial laser therapy at the practice under the care of the extremely skilled Santosh after unfortunately developing an incredibly painful episode of dry socket following a tooth removal at Colchester Hospital. I attended the practice in desperate need of help, the pain was literally unbearable. Santosh and his team were fantistic. I was seen very quickly and Santosh offered laser therapy to help ease my pain and heal the wound quickly. The non-invasive laser therapy was a very pleasent experience and I felt the benefits almost immediately. Another 2 sessions and I am overwhelmed at the results. I am completely out of pain and am healing amazingly fast! Thank you so much Santosh and team. A truly exceptional service delivered by some truly remarkable people.

The dental practice has been my practice for the last 10 years at least. Today was the first visit under the Covid restrictions. The surgery was a safe and secure environment. The procedures put in place made me feel comfortable and relaxed. I have always found the staff pleasant, helpful and polite. Santosh is also very polite and very pleasant to his staff which I did not find at my previous dentist. I am extremely pleased with the work Santosh has done on my teeth at each visit. Jane W

I had a serious issue last Friday and was given an emergency appointment within a couple of hours of calling the practice. The receptionist was very patient and understanding with me and immediately emailed their detailed COVID-19 instructions and Consent Form plus what to do/bring on my visit. I was met at the door when allowed to enter, provided with hand sanitiser and immediately put at ease in their very COVID-19 compliant environment. Dr Patil then continued to put me at ease explaining everything I needed to hear and after an X-Ray he quickly diagnosed my problem and proceeded to solve it in a professional and thorough manner. I left in a little discomfort but with clear post-op instructions, and two days later I'm sat at home totally pain-free and feeling indebted to the great work done by all at the Straight Road Dental Practice, thank-you! Also, a big thank-you from my grandson, who happened to have a tooth extracted earlier on the same day, with the same excellent and professional service.

Was not registered here but needed emergency treatment for a infection during lockdown! Phoned at around 9.30 am to explain my situation and the lady on reception couldn’t have been more helpful, she was so lovely and reassuring and gave me the advice I needed right away. When I actually got there the staff were very helpful in person and the Dentist was very calming and reassuring and explained himself very well. I was pleasantly surprised with how much effort the staff put in with me as a patient and I have never received this kind of personal service at any other practice. Would definitely go back again if I had any problems!

Had some complicated procedures. The treatment plan was explained using x-ray on a large TV. I was made to feel comfortable and relaxed. The dentist and nurse explained each step of the process. This is a superb dentist. All staff are always pleasant and helpful 😊 😀. I would 100% recommend this practice. EXCELLENT ALL ROUND SERVICE!!

I am 13 weeks pregnant. I came to the dentist a couple of weeks ago because of terrible pain that I was experiencing. Santosh and his team were amazing. Calmed be down as I was in so much pain. I agreed to an X-ray and it found I had an infection in the root. This was dealt with there and then and I left with a smile on my face rather then tears in my eyes. The whole team from making the phone call that morning to having the procedure done were fantastic. They recognised being pregnant and considered this in everything they did for me and continue to do as a revisit was made today. Fantastic team. Could not wish for any better. If you are worried/concerned/anxious then call them. If you are pregnant don’t put anything off as there are ways around and santosh is amazing with this. Five stars all the way

Having waited since the start of Lockdown for me dental treatment to be completed (a new cap and route canal treatment ) I was invited in yesterday for my first session of 2 required, over an hour of route canal work completed in what I would say a 100% (or as close as can be) COVID19 safe environment all the staff took every precaution they could to keep both themselves and me safe, I have another appointment in 2 weeks to complete my treatment and feel extremely comfortable with attending (other than my tooth feeing it has been battered and bruised in a boxing ring)
