Amazing dental practise. I went here after attending another nhs dental practise for many years but I was not happy with their approach or service and they were not doing a very good job, in fact I felt like I was in a cattle market. I attend this practise very nervous and the staff from start to finish are just amazing. They have time and they answer your questions properly whilst being straight forward and upfront. They are also all very smiley and polite. I feel so much better now and glad I took the step to go.

I was extremely nervous of attending my appointment as I had neglected my teeth for at least 2 years. From my first email enquiry I was contacted immediately with a phone call . Very friendly and informative. On attending, reception was lovely and relaxed and reception staff attentive. First and second appointment went very well , felt at ease and not judged. Need a few things doing but I am more than happy to attend and get my smile back .

Both the dental nurse and dentist did great. They explained what they were doing at each step, allowed me to ask questions and spent a good amount of time checking my teeth. The front desk staff were also helpful by coming to find me and let me know they were running a little behind schedule (by 5 mins).

Can’t recommend this dentist highly enough. The quality of dentistry is excellent and they put you at ease. I travel 60 miles especially for this dentist. They have managed to stop two crowns by capping my teeth successfully despite cracks and saved a tooth with accurate root filling work. I wouldn’t go nowhere else.

Due to a previous bad experience in hospital, my daughter has quite a severe phobia of anything medical, especially if it includes needles. Tina was amazing with her, and turned a potentially traumatic visit into a much nicer experience. She was empathetic and really knew how to calm my daughter down. Highly recommended!

There have been times when I have approached them in a lot of pain and they have always responded quickly and sensitively in my time of need. Due to my bad teeth's, I have visit a number of dentist through out my life so I am talking here with some experience :-). Alex has been my dentist for over 7 years now and he is simply the BEST. He is extremely professional, very very good at carrying out procedures and will not make stuff up to charge extra. I have recommended friends and family over the last few years and they have all said the same that he is the best. The practice itself is very clean, they have very good COVID measures and the rest of the staff is professional and friendly too. All in all, this is 'the best' dentist surgery around and you will not be disappointed.

In fact, everything was as it should be so awarding stars, etc, is pointless as this is just normal service that you would expect. My 10 year old boy had his first filling yesterday and was really nervous Alex talked him through the whole process in details and explained everything he was doing , checking he was ok throughout. I’ve been attending this dental practice for over 30years, in fact since I first had teeth! I’ve never understood people’s fear of dentists and that has been testament to the wonderful & welcoming staff at this dentist. I’ve always had consistency with practitioners only ever seeing 2 dentists in the whole 30years which I think is truly fantastic and a fabulous sign of staff retention and happiness. Actual dental experience very positive. My only complaint is the location of the surgery. As I am disabled I see the dentist whose surgery is usually on the ground floor. When I attended the surgery I was told to go to a surgery upstairs. A member of staff stood at the bottom of the stairs and watched me slowly climb a few steps. Then she disappeared. It took me ages to climb the 2 sets of stairs. It was very painful and as I have COPD I was very short of breath. Before the practice was re organised there was a chair lift, but not now. If I can't guarentee a ground floor surgery I may have to reconsider where to have my treatment. It would be a shame because I like the dentists and staff very much.

March21 update: I went for my 6 monthly checkup. We are now in lockdown and it was good to see Covid procedures in use, questions before you can get in the surgery, temperature check on the way in and hand gel.I saw Douglas Price and as always had complete confidence in him, I am getting older and have a few issues with my teeth and he was very thorough checking them, took x-rays and carefully checked the images. He did a scale and polish there and then rather than drag me back, I asked a few questions which he was very happy to answer. I noted that staff were cheerful which makes a difference. I would continue to recommend the practice as highly as possible-fantastic service ! I have been coming to the practice for 30+ years and now so do my wife, children and mum. We see Douglas (father) or Alex (son) and they are both outstanding dentists, I have absolute confidence in their work and they are patient with me as I have a dread of dentists ! I like that they will explain what I they are doing and let me know my options. I also like that they just do what’s needed. All the dental nurses are also lovely, it’s nice many know me by name. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I have been at this practice for years - I followed Mr Douglas Price when he left Warwick University Health Centre. He is brilliant and his son seems to have inherited his skills (I've seen Alex the last two visits). The clinic is immaculate and the staff are polite and efficient and friendly. Their handling of patients during Covid is excellent. Never get to see Barbara now but she's a star. I travel from Kenilworth and it's worth it.

Going to the dentist isn't the most fun you will ever have. It's normally painful and not a good experience no matter how good the dentist! That being said these guys have been my dentist for a while now and they are always careful and have good patient care. I have dreadful teeth but these guys still seem to make them look (And feel!!!) good. Recommended

Excellent ( Again ) . I cannot rate Allesley Park Dental Practise highly enough : Pre appointment communication is excellent . Reception Staff polite & efficient on phone & in person . Their covid precautions & system work really well & I always feel safe & protected whilst on the premises. Jassan is the Dentist I normally see - she is a wonderful Dentist , always polite , cheerful , efficient & welcoming , remembering to ask about things in my life that I have mentioned to her in polite chat before previous surgery. My teeth are extremely sensitive & Jassan is very sympathetic to this whilst working , which is so reassuring. My last appointment left me even more impressed with APDP as Jassan & her Assistant had to wear respirators , visors & hair coverings to perform dental work . This must have been very uncomfortable but they both just took it in their stride . It was impressive how Jassan performed such intricate work so skillfully whilst having to wear all that PPE . Whilst on holiday recently , APDP Staff arranged for an antibiotic prescription for an infected wisdom tooth , to be promptly sent to the town I was staying in. The subsequent extraction of this awkward tooth was arranged by APDP at another Dental Surgery near my home & it all went well. Thank you again all at APDP , we are lucky to have such a good Dental Practise . The covid crisis illustrated how vital our Dental services are to us. Addition to my previous review : I recently broke an old filling during the evening . I emailed APDP & at 08.30 the next morning a member of Admin Staff phoned me up & arranged an emergency appointment within 36 hours , which was really impressive . On arrival , the covid precautions were extremely thorough again . Jassan checked my tooth & put a temporary filling in swiftly & efficiently . On paying for my treatment I was pleased to be told I could have a cancellation slot for the permanent filling within 72 hours . Again , on both treatment visits , I was so impressed by Jassan`s Dentistry & Customer service skills & with the efficiency , politeness & safe practices of all at APDP. Thank you all again , having a superb Dental Practice is a real blessing , especially in these troubled times.
