L. D.I am very pleased with the treatment I received by the Hygienist Joy. She and her nurse are very skilled, professional and welcoming. I really appreciate all the precious advice I received to help me keep my teeth and gum healthy until my next treatment. I even got some samples of toothpastes and interdental brushes.
L. F.Went fie a checkup. The Dentist was softly spoken and very calming. I made the appointment after looking up Dentists for nervous patients. I need 2 fillings after not going for 6 years after having a bad experience with another Dentist. Somehow I'm not worried about going to Holbrooks Dentist.
S. B.I've always had a good experience with these and I hate dentist's. It's difficult to get through at the moment since covid but they have rang me back as soon as possible. All staff have always been polite and friendly when I have attended .

D. P.Absolutely fantastic Dental Practice, as a very nervous person who has not been in a dental practice for 20 year now I decided to go after having a abcess and raging tooth infection and gum disease, they gave me antibiotics for the abcess and took photos and cast of my m top teeth, I was Sudated and the rest of my top teeth removed, I now have a new set of false teeth in a denture fitting and finally have my smile back again, I would strongly recommend this dental practice to anyone who is nervous about Dentists.
c.After years of anxiety and fear of dentist I finally had the courage to book an appointment to have dentures,
I cannot praise Dr Asad Rahman enough, he put me completely at ease throughout the procedure and gave me my confidence to smile again.

R. F.Edit- i have always received excellent service.
Unfortunately the most recent visit has changed this and i will not be returning .
I had a cap replaced several weeks ago, this started to cause problems. The dentist gave antibiotics and said if that didnt improve, that i would need to be referred and to call up to and ask for this to be done . I phoned yesterday as there was no improvement and also a lump had appeared that was slightly worrying. .they said I couldn't be seen by another dentist ( apparently they can't read the previous notes ??!) As the treatment would need to be restarted . I was then booked in this morning as the first appointment. Having waited 15 minutes I politely asked how long it was likely to be to be told it was a double booked appointment and I had been told that yesterday and it would be 15- 20 minutes wait. ( in a very patronising manner).i was not told this.i have had to leave work, take time off and leave colleagues short staffed. I would not have booked a double booked appointment
I waited a further 10 minutes before deciding that I wasn't going to wait any longer as I had told my work I would only be an hour .
Such a shame after such a good and positive experience with dental team, the receptionist has lost you a client.
