Was referred to this practice for an awkward tooth extraction and was very apprehensive. The whole process was completed very safely and the staff were very polite and efficient. They made me feel comfortable and relaxed. The dental surgeon took no longer than 15 mins to remove the problematic tooth. Highly recommended and proved to be a excellent service. Thank you.

If there was a way of putting more than 5 stars I would. I have been a client of Dr Heer for 10 years now. I HATED seeing the dentist previously but I actually enjoy going in to see Dr Heer, Annie and Clare. They are a wonderful, professional team who make you feel at ease and importantly all treatment is pain free. I think they are truly fantastic and would recommend to anyone. Also a huge shout out to Caroline, the hygienist, she is great as well.

Absolutely brilliant practice. Every member of staff is friendly and efficient and try’s to listens and understand your needs. The surgery itself is immaculately clean. I had 2 two extractions after being referred by my own dentist and the care and expertise for hospital extractions was second to none. You can’t really ask for any better level of service and if all dentists and the NHS was like this the world would be a better place for everyone.

I attended to have an X ray of a wisdom tooth to see if it was safe to remove it. This was taken and the result was ok as a nerve that could be affected was safely away from the tooth. As a result I was given two options, either book an appointment to have it extracted on another day or have it done there and then, so I chose the latter. I was numbed up and set at my ease and after a number of minutes the tooth was removed with no problem. Three days have passed and as things stand I am recovering very well. I have nothing but praise for all the staff who attended to me including the receptionist, the dental nurse and the dentist himself, all who made me feel relaxed as possible and enjoying some pleasant conversation too. Firstly I would like to thank all the team at J H Dental Clinic for there professional service. Jati Heer, Claire, Annie & Caroline in fact everyone I have met there have been amazing and caring. I was referred to this practice over 15 years ago and have never looked back. The clinic is safe, spotless and clean and Jati has always explained every thing clearly during the consultations and is happy to answer any questions. I know my next appointment will be met by professional staff and made to feel comfortable during the consultation as always. I cannot praise J H Dental Clinic enough for there support over the years. Patients have been referred to this practice by other health professionals – that says it all.

My experience at JH dental Clinic was sensational. It was my first time of visiting the clinic, I was referred to remove my wisdom tooth. I was fascinated with the friendly and calm atmosphere. I went to have two teeth extracted and, as you could imagine, was quite anxious about the procedure. I needn't had been as the care and the personal approach was fantastic. I was guided calmly and professionally through the procedure, which in total took about 20 minutes, before having local anesthetic and finally the extraction. After it had been completed, I was given an after care package that included the phone number for the dentist in case of any problems that may occur. I would 100% recommend this dentist.

I had a failed Wisdom tooth extraction from a high street practice leaving the pulp and nerve exposed on a root for 2 weeks, upon demanding extra help I was refered to Jati and his team at J H Dental Clinic where after a single day I was moved from the 27th to the 21st. Upon arrival the staff were clear and informative to which I was warmly welcomed and spoken to with care. Dr Heer and his team worked on my exposed root with blinding efficiency and constantly let me know at what stage they were at. Once complete, a further explanation from Lauren made the next few days very clear. Again you guys, thank you so much!

I have had a serious phobia for a number of years. And have avoided dentists at all cost putting up with nerve pain for a long time. Eventually had to have 2 extraction s which I had put off and been dreading. Went here and I must say, I wish I had that type of experience years ago..maybe I would have not had the same trouble or fears if I did. It is a professional and excellent environment, kept me calm and was great in every way...would strongly recommend to anyone.

Got referred here for tooth extraction.. Lovely staff all of them. Down to earth and made me feel at ease but more importantly very professional.. 10 mins for my face to numb and no more than 1 minute to get my tooth out.. I had a painless cleaning done and a painless filling. I did flinch once during the filling but that is because of the grinding sound, no pain. I came into contact with 5 staff members, everyone is friendly. I walked in nervous with dental phobia and walked out confident of my next appointment! Ps, be sure to have a bite to eat beforehand and make sure you have no meetings afterwards, my jaw was numb for 3 hours

After undergoing several injections at my own dentist for a large back tooth extraction, only to find that I could still ‘feel’ everything 😨, I was referred to Jati and his team a few days later. I needn’t have worried, I was immediately put at ease and the procedure was quick and almost! pain free. Excellent friendly care provided by the whole team, I thoroughly recommend Jati. I will be back, although not to soon I hope!!

Just had two extractions, I might be a bit weird in the head for saying this but it was actually a pleasant experience. The Dentist was spot on and very reassuring, also along side him was a very nice Dental nurse. Receptionist had a very warm welcoming face. Might eat more sweets so I can go back again. Top marks.
