From my first call to Light lane to completing my treatment for the next 3 months, I have had a completely different experience to previous dentists. The ladies at the front desk are lovely, helpful and good at calming nerves. My dentist worked quickly, her and her team were fantastic.

I called with excruciating tooth pain and needed an emergency appointment and was given an appointment within 2 hours. I am a very nervous patient and was in tears before going to be seen but Manbir was incredible! Very gentle and proceeded to treat me with a crown and fillings no pain and spoke to me every step of the way. Brilliant dentist and would recommend her to anyone especially if your a nervous patient like me.

I had my second root canal treatment done here at Light lane surgery with Janine and she’s amazing. I’m very satisfied and she’s an amazing dentist. Wonderful surgery. It has a cool and clean reception area and the dentist I had (Janine) was super friendly and helpful during the appointments I had. Parking is very limited, but there are plenty of spaces along the road leading up to it.

If you are thinking of going don't just go honestly this dentist practise is the best start doing early than to late. Also probobly like you all are worried like I was how they gone react to my teeth and everything trust me they do not judge they help so so so much I was always terrified and even when my lovely dental doctor put in with noddle that nubbing stuff i have not felt so much like I was usually honestly theybare nice , helpful and don't be sceard trust me i was same like you all but i do recommend 10000% and more i can now smile and not to worry about that my stone or anything will be shown as she has clean it all she is amazing ! Is a shame i do not remeber her name but her and her assistant where amazing I could go every day now to dentis if i could :) thank you so much Amanda Warman your dental practise has change my life aaa and the best reciption team ! I had a lovely experience both times I went to Light Lane. I had quite a lot of plaque in between my teeth and the dental hygienist (Manbir) cleansed and polished them and removed all the plaque. She was also very patient and answered all my questions.

I was helped by Janine and another lady who sadly I didn’t catch the name of 2 days ago for the first time in 5 years and it was a great experience! I was told what gum problems I had and how to try and fix them without needing surgery, 20 minutes and check up and X-ray done! Lovely lady at reception who booked me in again for 6 months time. The best dental practice in Coventry. The staff is great and always ready to help you. My teeth was fixed and done so well and with much attention and very gentle. There are two young dentists (I didn't ask about names) but every time when I get on that chair I was relaxed because they work perfectly and gently and always explaining. Just the best team in Coventry. I really sorry cuz I didn't get they names. Thank you girls. You are the best...!!!

I have to share this place with everybody who has a fear or just wants a great dentist. I had to have teeth out, which as we know is very frightening and upsetting, but everyone from reception to the doctor have been excellent. The dentist was so gentle and patient, and has replaced the teeth with dentures that even I cannot see that they are false . Just took my 1st step inside a dental practice in over 12 years, and I have to say that Kim made me feel really relaxed and calm, she was very attentive to how I was feeling, took some xrays, explained options and after a course 9f antibiotics I'm booked in for 2 extractions next week, but she added if I get in the chair and it's too much she can rebook me in, which really made me feel comfortable. But having been in there I'm determined to get my teeth sorted and visit regularly! Thank you to all the staff 🙏

Like every EU citizen, who had to undertake a dental treatment in the UK, I was a bit sceptical about the whole process within the practice. After being assigned to Dr Shefali, I was given the option of canal treatment and crown placement on two of my molars. Although, acesss to upper molars wasn't good enough, Dr Shefali was patient and precise enough in completing both root canal treatment and the crown placement. It took 3 visits and pain had gone after the 1st visit. I haven't sensed pain since then. Thank you so much Dr Shefali and the team of the Light Lane Practice!

TL;DR It's the best dentist I've ever been to in my life!! Not only were the all of the staff relaxed and easy to get on with, but from the minute you get in the door they make you feel like your comfort is their top priority. The dentist I saw had the best bedside manner I have ever seen in a medical professional and literally any question I had they endeavoured to try and answer it. My childhood dentist may have given me sugar free lollypops, but these guys gave me the best and most professional service I could have hoped for... You can't ask for better. All on the NHS too... Just brilliant.

Went to get my teeth filled with amalgam with Dr. Shefali Patel. I never had a painless anesthetic given to me before until I went to Shefali Patel. She was very professional and very comforting in your her job! Would recommend to anyone, even those scared of dentists!

My mum is 95 and has dementia. She and has attended Light Lane for many years. We find the staff extremely polite and helpful. The dentist is respectful and always explains exactly what he will do. He takes the time to ensure that my mum is caused the least distress by her visits. There is disabled parking which is invaluable. We would recommend this practice.
