Got a check-up and scaling done yesterday by the Therapist Vishnu. Very thorough and gentle. Safe to say, that's the best scaling I have ever had. Reception was very friendly. They graciously accommodated my request to be seen at the very end of the appointment list at short notice. I'd be back for treatment without doubt! Great job 😁

Great service and care. I was seen on time. Dr Ahmed and Ryan are both very professional and kind. Has put me at ease all throughout the procedure. Will highly recommend them.

I am gonna give a 5 star to the dentist assistant he was professional and behave well compared to the dentist who was supposed to follow the NMC code of conduct. He was unprofessional with 0 compassion. I give 0 star to the dentist who kept cutting me in front of my kids, he asked me what the problem was, the time I replied he said that he wasn't there for full assessment, and kept cutting me rudly without even listening to what I was saying or looking at me.My son told me that he was too serious, a comment that hurted my feeling specially during his first appointment. Luckily the assistant was quite kind and professional, with a smile on his face, he reassured me, and even said thank you and bye to me. But the dentist was acting like the boss, he kept cutting me, without eye contact, and giving straight orders to the assistant.

I am a very nervous patient and the dentist that treats me ( i forget his name but he is down stairs on the right hand side) has been fantastic both he and the two assistants make me feel at ease and explain what they are going to do with regard to treatments.
