I have been to a lot of different dentist all over England, both private and NHS ( practices and hospital). I was so unhappy with the treatment I got, that I would fly to Germany even just for a check up! When needed an urgent emergency treatment this was not possible, so went to my local NHS dental surgery and was treated by Dr. Sylwia. I was so impressed, that even when she changed practice I followed her to mydentist Moseley Ave and been going there for years now.( My daughter also). Even so Dr. Sylwia no longer works in Coventry and for me it's quite far to go to Coundon, I'm still so impressed by the practice as of the outstanding, efficient, professional and friendly receptionist. They always take time to listen and ensure all is to your satisfaction. I always was able to get an emergency appointment when needed and my check up/ treatment appointments to when it was suitable for me. The reception team have great knowledge and were very helpful with all my questions. The dental nurses are very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and put you at ease. My new dentist Adrian is lovely and makes sure to explain everything in great detail to you. Today was the second time I saw him for a check up, ex rays and clean. Happy enough and already booked my next check up with him. I like to say a " Big Thank you to all of the team" for looking after me all those years and hopefully the years to come. Specally Dr.Sylwia, she will be greatly miss, but wishing her all the best for the future.

Friendly and competent service. The dentist I go to, Mrs. Ewa is very nice and does her job well. Clean and tidy rooms show a good standard of the clinic. The downside is that there is no car park.

I have been at this dentist for years. Paul and his team are amazing!! Always makes you feel at ease and a definite recommendation if you're an anxious patient. I've moved away from the area but travel back to stay with Paul and I wouldn't go anywhere else! Receptionists are also amazing and always go out of their way. Lovely efficient services all round from, excellent dentist lovely Rakesh who willing to work at the night shift, down to the lovely receptionist yesterday night , making sure about forms, payment and making next dental appointment. It was necessary cos we lost the momentum of visiting the dentist due to missing during the pandemic. Truly grateful 😇

On my arrival at the surgery, I found that care had been taken to ensure social distancing and the receptionists were behind protective screens. I went up to the waiting room, which was clean and tidy with seating at appropriate distances. Both my dentist, Raluca, and her assistant were well protected in the necessary PPE. My dentist carried out my check-up with care and understanding, and explaining what was good and what was needed to maintain my dental health. She was attentive to any questions I had. During the whole session I was made to feel at ease. I would have no hesitation in recommending this dentist or surgery that I have been attending now for over 30 yrs (and travelling some 20 miles on each visit).

I'm very pleased to be re registered here after being out of Coventry for a couple of years. The service is very professional and efficient. I got an appointment very easily. I am very happy to know that I am under the care of a first class dentist.

This was a decent enough city practice before ADP took it over, now it has the extra layer of the good and less good of the 'chain' proprietorship. The good is that everything is clean, well presented and maintained, systems are better than they were and it is always easy to get an appointment and reminders are sent to prompt the forgetful. The practice provides the full range of NHS services and seems always willing to put new patients on the books. Administration and reception are friendly and helpful and once into the consulting rooms the excellence continues. I have always had careful and kindly treatment and the business model seems to allow time to do things properly. Children and the timid are treated in a kindly and supportive way, time is taken to explain and sooth! The downside of the 'chain practice' model is that there is a slightly impersonal 'feel' of more like a system than a local practice . . . a little 'institutional' in the feel of the waiting room for instance. Nothing serious but noticeable as is the proliferation of impersonal notices. However, this is a very minor carp and does not detract from the overall rating which is about dentistry not waiting rooms! Not the fault of the practice however parking is not always available nearby and time should be allowed for a few minutes walk and a scarf taken for a sensitive mouth! From my own experience and that of family and friends I'm confident in recommending this dentistry practice.

After moving from Coventry to London years ago I have been to a succession of different dentists across London; all of which have overcharged (only offering private dental health care) and given a way below average service. I came back to my childhood dentist in Coventry after having shocking dental work done that actually caused more problems for my teeth. I was very nervous about going back to the dentist but ‘My Dentist’ on Mosley Ave Coventry were brilliant. The receptionist was warm and welcoming and very understanding that I was 10 minutes late due to train delays. Rakesh (dentist) was also very warm and friendly, he explained everything he was doing and acknowledged my nerves and kept checking I was ok. Rakesh’s dental assistant was also lovely and she help put me at ease. It was so nice to have a good experience of the dentist again. Thanks guys! :-)
