I recently had dental surgery at the Coventry practice, for me it was a 200 mile round trip, however it was worth every mile. i have never liked the dentist due to poor care of my teeth when i was younger, i was made to feel most welcome and treated in a professional manner - the dentist made me feel important and was totally professional. The dentistry practice was extremally clean, and i would highly recommend Verum to anybody who is considering using them. The pricing was also affordable. I initially visited Dr Matthias at surgery in Coventry in Jan 2019 to assess options for straightening my much hated upper front teeth. After discussing options, I decided on Invisalign aligners on upper and lower teeth. Dr Matthias and his staff made me feel comfortable (I'm not a big fan of the dentist chair) and made sure I understood my treatment plan. Due to delays due to lockdown, I started my plan in June 2020 and was provided with multiple packs of aligner which I changed every 2 weeks. Amazingly after only a few aligners I could see progress was already being made! Regular check ins made me feel happy that I was on track. Due to the adjustments that were required on both upper and lower jaws my plan was undertaken over 18 months so it was quite a commitment but I've now finished my plan complete with whitening and composite bonding and loving my new smile....wish I'd done it years ago. Dr Matthias and his team have been supportive and professional throughout and clearly love putting a smile back on their patients faces! Thank you so much! Still continuing with retainers overnight and determined to follow the final stages of my treatment so that this lasts a lifetime!

Just completed my treatment and couldn’t be more impressed. I was treated so professionally the process was completed pain free from start to finish the staff were second to none. My appointments were prompt and always on time. The process was explained and the end result was a spectacular transformation. I cannot recommend more highly. What an amazing result. I am very nervous when it comes to visiting the dentist but I can honestly say I was put at ease from the moment I entered the consultation room and on every subsequent visit. I choose this practice and in particular this dentist Dr Chetan Mathias following excellent results for a family member. I needed my four front teeth replacing with veneers following some poor dental work elsewhere which had resulted in my smile looking hideous and me not smiling on any photographs etc…now I can not stop smiling. The most amazing thing for me other than my smile was the ability to have 3D scans taken rather than the old type impressions, as I really struggled with them previously. Dr Mathias has been beyond amazing on my journey and course of Invisalign. Chetan mathias is by far the best dentist, I'm currently going through metal braces treatment which is amazing results already, I had a tooth extraction yesterday, I really worked myself up and was really scared. However Chetan really reassured me and was fantastic throughout!! His dental nurses are brilliant and really kind. "Highly Recommended"..... I had visited Dr Mathias' clinic for a wisdom tooth extraction. On my arrival, I was made very comfortable by Dr. Mathias and the consulting nurse. After the initial checks of the mouth, Dr. Mathias calmly discussed the procedure. As a dental professional, I understand the complexity of wisdom tooth extraction. Dr. Mathias went right to the task in hand of using the local anaesthetic to numb the area, used the elevators to gain access, then 1...2... the tooth was out. The whole procedure went as smooth as could be imagined. Following post-extraction instructions, I left the surgery. The whole experience took less than 10 minutes... I was back to normal eating habits just after a day. I would highly recommend Verum Cosmetic Dentists as a patient and as a dental professional.

I have never had a positive experience visiting the dentist. Its almost as if there was never a solution for my desired smile. But that all changed from my 1st appointment with Dr. Mathias. From the moment I sat on the chair, Dr. Mathias was already sure about what was going to happen and what my end result will look like. When he told me that my smile makeover will be complete in 3 months I was so shocked!! Although I was nervous and excited I had 100% faith in Dr. Mathias recommendations and went with whatever he thought was best for me. During the entire process, Dr. Mathias set an expectation and he absolutely delivered. There were no nasty surprises just a pleasant pain free experience on every visit. Now, I have never felt so confident with my smile. I used to try covering my mouth when im laughing and now I dont have to worry about that. Dr. Mathias has a great team, all so kind and welcoming. A very high standard of dental care, felt pleased with all aspects of treatment being discussed as the process went along and none of it was too much trouble. Both hygienists were very helpful too. During the 2 long appointments always felt tat ease, never felt any injections, care so precise. Appointments always on time which was great and also the option to have an evening appointments, were ideal. The results of my veneers were fabulous and look fantastic, bright, straight and comfortable, no problems at all. I keep smiling I am so pleased. I have just had a flexible denture fitted also tonight and feels so comfortable already and looks so natural. We have a very important wedding tomorrow and it will be great to be able to smile with confidence once more again now my troublesome teeth have gone. I got braces at a different dentist but was still unhappy with one tooth months down the line. Dr mathias shaped the tooth up for me to give a straighter smile and scanned my teeth for a new retainer. The retainer took less then 2 days to arrive and was far better quality than the one I had already. Very happy with the results and couldn't recommend more.
