My wife and I have recently switched to Allestree Dental Practice and I can say that our experience so far has been fantastic. We have been made to feel so welcome and all the staff are really friendly and helpful. We have been used to a Dentist that never had appointments when needed and wanted you in and out in no more than 5 minutes regardless. This is certainly not the case here and so far we have been able to arrange appointments when needed even in such difficult times. Great Service. So glad we moved. Thanks.

Absolutely outstanding, cannot praise them enough for the fantastic patient experience we experienced there this week was above our expectations of a new dentist at short notice. From the moment I spoke to them on the telephone in the morning, with their very understanding and caring receptionist, the unexpected call back from the wonderful lady dentist, then the whole experience at the surgery. I couldn't fault the service we received, so professional yet friendly and caring, Covid Secure, the wonderful calm, reassuring manner of the lovely lady dentist. I have never experienced a dentist like it, my son was so reassured and calm. I have never seen him so relaxed and trusting. That is all down to the combined effort of the caring team at Allestree Dental. I'm absolutely so very grateful to them for seeing my son at short notice, he's so happy to be more comfortable and out of pain. The whole experience bears testament to how hard they are all working to maintain essential dental services during these difficult times.

The nurses and dental staff are absolutely really reassuring in the times COVID 19. The practice is so clinically prepared with all the necessary protection needed. I felt very comfortable that it’s very safe to go to. Very impressed with the protection offered in the surgery and the nurses really reassuring to patients. A warm and welcoming first visit for the whole family, but a particularly brilliant first trip to the dentist for our daughter who loved the entire experience. Staff were friendly and took time to explain procedures and give detailed feedback on current dental hygiene and potential care needed in the future. I've been visiting Allestree Dental to check/clean my teeth for the past 15 years and I must say making the trip from Leicester is absolutely worth it. The environment in the practice is very warm and pleasant and all the team are very friendly. Taz, my dentist and the whole team provide great care and advice in ensuring my teeth and gums remain healthy and clean! They are constantly innovating and investing on the newest and technologically advanced equipment which I find a big bonus!

Both myself and my wife switched dentists to Allestree Dental Practice, upon recommendation. We specially travel in from Nottingham! The staff at the practice are warm and friendly. The dentist, Taz is experienced, gives great advice and helps make you feel at ease.
