Although I have had no treatment yet with the Bridge Dental Practice, I found Moss and Sonya very friendly and extremely professional. I was treated with a warm and caring manner. Being put at ease at straight away during my initial consultation feeling absolutely no pressure to proceed with the treatment I require. My first impression of the receptionists at the Bridge were also good as they too are very friendly and welcoming.

Everything about Bridge is excellent. The front-of-house team are welcoming and diligent, Katie, her assistant and the hygienist are amazing and make every effort to ensure your experience is first class, and all the work I've had done so far has been top notch. If you're a nervous patient or you've had bed dental experience in the past, then I'd seriously suggest you give Bridge a shot.

All members of staff were extremely professional and helpful. Katie, the dentist Amber and Sophie hygienist to name three. I am nervous at the dentist and they all had a very relaxed attitude which was helpful. I also asked lots of questions and did not at all feel as though I was being rushed, my questions answered fully. I had porcelain veneers & gum surgery done with Katie. It was a long process but worth it in the end. Katie’s attention to detail and support throughout really stood out, everything was adjusted to my liking. Time, effort and care was taken. She’s excellent at her job. I saw Dr Jag and have received excellent treatment. My treatment plan was explained well and clearly. I had two implants, gum surgery and a dental bridge. An amazing result. People often use the phrase no pain, no gain. Well, I can say with total honesty I had NO pain and 100% GAIN. Also, I had an ongoing issue with a recurring infection in an upper tooth and every dentist I have been to for over 25 years (yes, really!) has said there was no infection. On my first visit to Dr Jag I had a CT scan which highlighted the infection. I am now both infection and pain free and am obviously delighted. Previous dentists, both NHS and Private, did not have this CT equipment and therefore could not see the problem. I am so pleased with my treatment by Dr Jag. Also, Charlotte was the dental nurse on each of my visits and she needs a special mention: she was so attentive and caring; she is excellent. I was very relaxed having the treatment and not at all stressed; I was well cared for. The practice is very clean and welcoming. I highly recommend Dr Jag and this practice.

Excellent experience and service. I wanted to get rid of the plaque on my teeth which gave my teeth a 'dirty, unclean' look, so I enquired within and lucky for me I got an appointment with the hygienist within 40 minutes of arriving. The plaque which I had for years, had gone within a matter of minutes much to my disbelief. The best £90 pounds I have spent in a long time. Restored my confidence and now I can smile 'big'. All staff were polite and put me at ease which was so important for me as I felt nervous beforehand. Also the the dental practice is clean. Overall an excellent experience.

Had a particularly tricky wisdom tooth needing to be removed. Dr.Ryan took the time to talk me through what procedure I needed and potentially complications. He booked me in for a timely slot so he could take his time and care making sure my tooth was removed without risk of long term damage all the time checking to make sure I was ok or needed to take a break. All the staff were very professional and polite and didn’t make me feel rushed.

As someone who has always been a coward at the dentist I could not of had a more pleasant dental experience than the implant procedure I have just completed with Dr. Moss Osman, his lovely nurses and receptionists. The end result of a three tooth implant looks really good and I say that with confidence as my wife likes it and naturally she is the final arbiter in all things! Will most likely be leaving, feels like each appointment you are rushed through. They don’t tell you you have a problem until It’s happened, so you are paying more. I had an appointment to get a mouth guard, they advised it was £150, asked me if I wanted to pay it all now and I did. Then when I turned up to have them fit it 2 week later (took about 1 minute) I got to the reception and they told me I owed them £27 from my last apt?! just for them to put it in my mouth... This was never mentioned at my apt, was told I owed 150 not 180! When I challenged it both receptionist were trying working it out, one of them then told me it was £100 I owed - When I already paid 150!! are staff making it up as they go along? I used to come to the check ups and feel like I was getting a check up. Now it’s like If you aren’t private it gets brushed off and your check up last 2 seconds long now. 💸

I went in for a dental implant assessment. Had a very warm welcome from the receptionist and even been asked if I wanted a hot drink. Good time keeping and soon I was called into the treatment room. Both Laura the dental nurse and Dr Moss Osman were really professional and reassuring. Very impressive photographic pictures and scan images were taken and the treatment options been explained very well. This followed a further meeting with Sonya the treatment coordinator who worked out the cost of having an implant. Going back in May to start the procedure. All in all a wonderful experience with the happy staff.

From the moment I set foot in there I knew I'd made the right decision in picking this clinic. All the staff are so lovely and welcoming and they can't do enough for you. Dental treatment and science has developed significantly in recent years and the Clinic has always been at the helm with this new technology. I have found these modern practices and equipment have ensured that my teeth and oral health remain in excellent condition. I visited Bridge Dental Surgery for the first time recently as an emergency patient and was blown away by the service, treatment and aftercare provided. They did their best to fit me in quickly and the treatment received was excellent. I had to have injections as part of this, but for the first time ever, they didn't hurt. I just could not praise Dr Osman and Sonya, the Implant Co-ordinator, too highly. As a retired gent you can imagine my initial concerns at facing having my missing 5 front teeth (or rather my existing but broken Denture) replaced by dental implants! I had experienced years of dental difficulties and to make the decision to go ahead with implants was a major one - the worst of the pain was passed in less than 24 hours - amazing!!! Even the injections are virtually painless thanks to Dr Osman's wonderful techniques.The subsequent treatments were problem free and to have my new choppers in 5 months was just wonderful - and done over the Winter months in time for the new cricket Season! There is out-of-hours care also available - I just needed it for a bit of reassurance on a couple of occasions. Not cheap but worth every penny - I would recommend Bridge Dental Clinic without any reservations whatsoever. From the Reception staff through to Dr Osman there is nothing but friendliness, understanding and reassurance. I also need to mention the superb Hygienists who I see every 3 months. The best decision that I ever made. If you are at all anxious then this is where you need to go.

The dental assistant who comes to collect you, again, seems to have your welfare uppermost in her mind. And then the dentist, in my case Katie, never fails to explain clearly the state of your teeth and gums and what treatment she proposes as well as carrying out any work confidently and sympathetically. I arrived at the clinic with my wife, where we had a warm welcome and were offered tea or coffee, while we filled out a medical declaration form. We were then taken to see a dentist, (whose name I forget,) who gave my wife's dental work a thorough examination. As she was enquiring about an extensive - and expensive bridge, I was very pleasantly surprised when he said that it really could wait until it was more necessary. As it would cost well over £6,000, I was surprised that he suggested waiting. Would definitely recommend anyone who needs - or thinks that they need - dental work , to go there for an honest opinion.

Recently had 2 lower back implants fitted next to each other. Everything explained well by Sonia and Moss. Really pleased with final result - the crowns fitted perfectly, were immediately comfortable and looked just like my original teeth.
