I required emergency dental treatment and after contacting 111 I rang this dental surgery and they were able to offer me an appointment. After an examination it was agreed an extraction would be necessary. Their level of care was exceptional and despite a difficult removal of the tooth (the crown was fractured) I’m back home resting and pain free. Dental appointments are difficult to obtain and toothache can be unbearable. My sincere appreciation to all at this surgery for excellent treatment. Highly recommended.

Came here today as a new patient for an Emergancy/assessment at alvaston. The dentist Aneesah and her assistant were so helpful , kind and made me feel at ease. I’m definitely staying with these for my treatment! and now I have hope that they can fix my teeth as it was getting me down. Very lovely staff here and the reception team. Thank you!

After a broken down lower jaw molar tooth was causing me terrible pain over the weekend, I called Raynesway dental on the Monday, morning expecting a same day emergency appointment as I am a patient. I was told I should have phoned when they opened as the emergency appointment had already gone. They offered me an appointment for Thursday! There was no concern or interest in me and I was blamed. I was feeling ill with the pain and could hardly talk or swallow. There was bad swelling and infection. I have been a customer for quite a few years. They have taken a lot of cash off me for routine work - and yet, when you need them most. They could not have been more unhelpful. One emergency appointment a day?! Fortunately for me ANOTHER dental practise took pity on me and dealt with my situation with enormous kindness although I was not a patient of theirs. The receptionist made it her mission to try and get help for me - Moreover, the dentist himself even stayed over time to perform the extraction. What a contrast! A fair weather dentist practise like Raynesway Dental is best avoided.

All of the staff were pleasant and I always got the appointments to suit around my job. The whole team at Raynesway Dental are friendly, professional and just great! From my very first and free assessment appointment to the last I felt that everyone on the team had my best interest at heart. I found it easy to make or change appointments or on one occasion get advice over the phone. I never waited longer than 10 minutes before I was called in and often they were bang on time. Treatment options and progress were explained to me in an easy to understand way and I felt always able to ask for more information if I felt I needed to. Peter and the team were fantastic in changing my smile! They were honest in what they could do for me and the cost was explained thoroughly in the initial consultation. Each timed I visited to have my braces tweaked, I always felt relaxed and the team always explained what the next movements for me teeth were. There was never any problem getting an emergency appointment when a couple of my brackets came loose. I would thoroughly recommend Raynesway Dental Practice for anyone looking to have braces, in particular as an adult, as the smile they have given me really has given me so much confidence. I cannot praise Peter at Raynesway Dental practice enough. Peter was kind enough to take me on halfway through some orthodontic work I was having done. I found him to be extremely kind & honest and he has helped me achieve the best results possible in my situation. All the staff are very friendly and always make you welcome. I would highly recommend Peter and his team, and cannot Thank him enough for what he has done for me. I wish I had been to Peter from the offset but luckily he was recommended to me when I needed a fully qualified and highly specialized orthodontist. I contacted in hope somone would pick the phone up. It was an emergency... My 5 year old son had been up all night screaming in pain and his face was red hot to touch and he was in agony and hadnt eaten . We had tried 111 who gave us 2 contact numbers to ring both were shut we had tried Coleman health center again shut rang our own dentist shut... Thank god a lady picked up the phone my husband went onto explain what was going on and that we couldt get any help and didnt no what to do, the lady was so so helpful and phoned her clinical dentist named Rhiannon.. Rhiannan then actually came into the practice just to call us back and give us some advice and a prescription... she even went out her was to take the prescription over to the boots pharmacy for us and rang us back to tell us it was there and we could collect. This practice is not even our normal dentist yet they went above and beyond to help us in these current circumstances. I carnt thank you guys enough for your help and support. Once we recover from this virus I will make sure I come in and thankyou all personally... Thanks Hayley xxx
