I visited today as an emergency, having spent a sleepless night due to swelling and discomfort around a very loose tooth.For various reasons (I have a complex medical history) the dentist was unable to remove the tooth, but prescribed antibiotics until I receive my appointment at the max fax clinic. The dentist and dental nurse were absolutely exceptional...understanding, very kind and SO knowledgeable and professional. I am so grateful for their assistance.Thank you very much!

Had pain after a tooth extraction about 4 days later and went to see the emergency dentist. He was very good, made me feel at ease and explained extractions thoroughly and asked a lot of questions! I didn't have a dry socket or an infection thankfully, he just explained it was trauma to the area and jaw, a little perseverance and I will be fine, unlike the dentist that took it out who didn't really go over anything.

I found the team at Coleman St to be very professional and patient centred. I was dealt with respect and my best interest considered at all times. I had a difficult extraction but it was made all the better by the approach and manner of the dentist. The receptionist was very quick to answer the phone, rang at 8:00am and got an appointment for 9:00am the same day. The dentist and her assistant were both very friendly and professional and laughed along at my jokes and told me what they were doing which eased my anxiety. Very good at fixing my tooth ache and i didnt feel any pain at all. :)

Woke up this morning with a very sore and swollen face and unbearable pain, 111 were no help, no emergency clinics in Burton but was given the Coleman Street number by Queens hospital after phoning them in desperation. Got an appointment that afternoon (it was a Sunday) Had a nasty abscess so the lovely dentist I saw removed the offending tooth - thank you

Thank you so much for the help! I had an appointment with my normal dentist yesterday, I've been in agony for two days with what I suspected was a problem with my wisdom tooth coming through, my dentist basically just fobbed me off (I'm pregnant and he wouldn't give me an X-ray or investigate) the lady I saw today at Coleman Dental was so kind and actually listened to me, straight away she was able to tell me it was infected and has prescribed antibiotics so now on the road to recovery! Just thank you so much! Sometimes you just know something is wrong and I knew it couldn't just be the pain of the tooth coming through!

I have been terrified of the dentist since being a child . I'm 41 and haven't slept for 3 days due to huge toothache. I called Coleman dental surgery Sunday morning. I got an appointment for 10 am . I got there at 9. 30 . Lovely service at the reception and Pete the dentist and his dental nurse were amazing. They only do 1 item per visit but he sorted 3 teeth out. I left pain free apart from being a bit sore from tooth extraction. Great service great surgery thank you very very much

Absolutely can't praise them enough. Had horrendous tooth ache for weeks, fear of dentist making me delay. Got an appointment within an hour, the receptionists were lovely and the dentist was fantastic, removed my tooth within a couple of minutes. Relief is amazing, thank you .

I cannot fault the service I got today. The dentist was great and I wish he was my full time dentist. I phoned early in the morning and was given an appointment for 2pm. I didn't have to wait long and the receptionist was helpful.

Emergency dental work after my son stepped in to prevent and assault on a young woman and got his front tooth knocked out. Amazing Dental surgeon and technicians on Sunday 7th July - stitched ripped gum (exposing bone) and lip and created a bridge using his tooth... amazingly caring and professional. THIS SERVICE IS ESSENTIAL AND SHOULD CONTINUE TO BE FUNDED... we came from chesterfield as the hospital there had no dental specialists on a weekend ... thank gully we had this option.

Absolutely brilliant service. I'd been climbing the walls with a huge abscess for a week (my own dentist is useless) and came here out of pure desperation. An hour later, the infected tooth was out and the pain was gone. Can't thank these people enough.

This was my second visit to Coleman street clinic for a tooth extraction. I cannot begin to describe the pain I was in, I waited ten minutes, was called in for my injections, I was petrified but mr lockey and his nurse made me feel very much at ease and it was over in seconds, I waited a further ten minutes got called back in an my tooth was out straight away I can't fault this practice an I only wish they were my permanent dentist thank you so much for taking my pain away and thank you to the receptionist everyone is really lovely x

I had a toothache and I went to see hedi she was happy to see me and she sent me to other dentist in normanton to have a x-ray for my surgery and I will be seeing hedi on 22nd of January for a check up
