I have been with Dove a while and always found them to be friendly, patient and accommodating. I am a nervous patient and always made to feel at ease. I have also had sedation with dove which made having my tricky wisdom tooth out much easier! A lovely reception team too! 😊😊

As a really nervous patient I cannot fail to appreciate everyone at Dove Dental Care - I found them when I was looking for a dental practice that would see my in an emergency and have not looked back since. They are always calm and reassuring durning any treatment which while not making treatment a pleasure at least means that I am not inclined to ignore the problem until it really gets unmanageable . Also their reminder service always make sure that I don't miss a check up

I have been a patient of this practice for many years since I was a child. I am a dental nurse myself (not at this practice) but I continue to remain a patient at Dove Dental Care, due to their high standards of patient care. I have always received excellent service, from arrival at the reception desk to examination and treatment in the surgery, aswell as contact by phone. The receptionists, nurses and dentists are all very welcoming and friendly. Many long standing members of staff too, which I think speaks volumes! We recently had our family check up appointments with Dr Eldawi and, as always, it was very thorough. Scans of my teeth were taken for monitoring purposes and we were all given great advice, especially regarding my daughter and a plan going forward with her teeth. I have always highly recommend this practice and will continue to do so....alongside my own practice ;-) Thank you to a wonderful team!

Even though I'm a super nervous patient, I always have a positive experience when I visit Dove! Mostly down to Margaret who is fantastic at what she does. The ladies on reception are also great, I always find them friendly and helpful. Calling up for an appointment is hassle free too.

Another visitor and the standards remain consistently high, the reception team were their usual welcoming friendly and professional selves I then saw the new to me hygienist Darren who was excellent and then my first visit to Sidrah the dentist who I can’t praise highly enough, she took X-rays explained the changes and provided me with options to consider, leaving me with the knowledge that my dental care is in very good hands. I am a new patient at the surgery. I found the environment was clean and hygienic and the reception staff were very welcoming. The dentist I saw was professional and took the time to answer questions I had. Only issue was having to wait a while to be seen - I thought they had forgotten about me at one point. Overall a positive experience.

I went to this clinic for a treatment and it's by far one of the best dental practices I have been to. Decent prices and professional staff who will guide you every step of the way for your treatment. Dr. Gavin and his nurse made sure that I was 100% happy with my treatment, explaining every detail and taking their time to do the work properly and pain free. Kerry Lee (Patient Care Coordinator) and the reception staff have all been really friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend this clinic.

Since joining Dove dental practice 5 months ago I had had nothing but excellent care from all at the surgery. My first treatment was a tricky extraction, but Sidrah was great! Aftercare is second to none too when I experienced some pain and complications due to underlying medical conditions. My daughter is now also a patient at this practice and although she has always been extremely anxious at the dentist, Sidrah calmed her down and made the whole experience relaxed. The reception staff are extremely welcoming helpful and very welcoming from the minute you walk through the door. I would reccomend this dental practice to everyone!!

I've recently signed on with Dove Dental. The staff are helpful and friendly. I had a molar taken out. And Sara my dentist was great. She urged me to read what she gave me in order to recover from my painful tooth. Even after her lovely assistant went through what I needed to do. I was booked in for 40 mins. And was in and out in around 15 mins! I love this dentist. Clean and comfortable. I highly recommend Dove Dental Care.

I have recently had several appointments with dentist Paulina Costa. On my front tooth she has replaced a badly stained filling and restored the tooth where it had been broken. An upper back tooth has been crowned. I am very pleased with all the work. This dentist has high levels of skill and judgement and carries out her work to a high standard whilst coping with a heavy workload. Dentists are supported by an always helpful reception team.

Just had my first filling converted to a composite (metal to white) really impressed with the results. I gave three stars because Ash and the reception team are lovely. But hygienists keep changing and I have taken my children to see Marie and she was very overbearing and didn't clean all their teeth. Given this is a private service which I'm paying for I would expect more.

Couldn't be more grateful to have found this practice. Staff have always done best by me and my daughter. Painless treatment with least invasive option first. My young daughter was able to have an abscessed tooth extracted under a local instead of general with a lengthy wait at the hospital thanks to Sidra and her level of professionalism, warmth and skill, and again with Amit who was as good as Sidra in a calm no fuss approach. We have never been left in pain and front desk staff are wonderful when help or advice has been needed. My child is NHS and I am private, I have not noticed a difference in our care provision. The new hygienist is wonderful and very gentle but effective, not the usual sandblaster experience.

They explained everything and reassured myself I wouldn't feel anything. when I finally went to have the tooth extraction I will say I was still slightly nervous but the nurse assured me I was fine and to completely honest I didn't feel a thing. I hadn't even noticed it was out. I am now going all the time to have other issues solved and I am now confident in seeing them. 10/10 for your compassion and empathy to my situation.

I took my twin boys for there 1st check up. The service & friendly manner by each staff member who dealt with us was 10 out of 10.
