From the very first start of my treatment I was explained in detail what to expect with the procedure of my teeth being straightened. Dr Patel and his team we're all very helpful and understanding. I am quite nervous when in the dentist chair Dr Patel is very understanding no rushing you and will listen to what you have to say. Seeing the change of my teeth in stages was very impressive and quite exciting. I've been wanting to straighten my teeth for many years but kept putting it off for many reasons mainly the cost. I seen the offer that Etwall Dentist Practice was offering and decided to go ahead with it, I can honestly say that after 9 months I am extremely happy with the outcome of my teeth and the finishing touches from Dr Patel and with the whitening at the end, everyone has commented on how good they look, I wish I did it years ago now. If you are looking at getting your teeth straightened don't put it off get them done you certainly won't regret it. As someone who absolutely hates the dentist, and over the years had become a little anxious at appointment times, it took me some time and some careful research before I settled on Etwall Dental Practice for my orthodontic treatment. I can’t praise Dr Patel and his team enough, they were fantastic right from the outset. Everyone was so helpful and considerate, taking the time to explain everything clearly and put me at ease. I have now had my braces removed and I am super pleased with the results. Dr Patel has done an amazing job, and I am so grateful for his patience and expertise. I would have no hesitation in recommending this friendly and efficient practice, especially if you are considering having a smile makeover but are not sure where to start!

Ive had an extraction before and it was very traumatic so I was expecting the worst. Since Saturday Ive had no problems....no pain whatsoever! I recently had 2 extractions carried out at the practice and I have to say the doctors I met were absolutely fantastic. Everyone from the lady on reception to the dental nurse to the doctors were extremely pleasant, reassuring, and professional. I have a phobia about dentists but at every step of the procedure they did their utmost and make me feel relaxed. I cannot praise the staff enough, a really excellent practice with a first-class team.

I was referred to this dentist for a dental extraction of a broken tooth. I was given an appointment on a Saturday as I work during the week so this was incredibly useful. The surgeon I saw was so lovely and he was very calming and reassuring throughout. I didn't feel a thing and was done in no time. I just wanted to share a recent tooth extraction experience. Having a fear of dentistry for a lifetime I was really apprehensive about the above procedure. I loved that everyone was really kind and suppprtive throughout the process , I was not rushed through and everything very carefully explained and with time just for me , almost like I was their only client. The procedure itself was pain free and undertaken in literally minutes much to my delight and the aftercare had been great . I had questions , Sharon, one of the receptionists was particularly articulate and kind. And when I needed to come back due to a minor concern I was scheduled the day I rang. This experience has really changed the way I consider dental care. I cannot recommend this practice enough .

My fiancee and I decided to get our teeth straightened and whitened for our wedding day; I decided on 6 month smiles and my partner decided on Invisalign. We've now been seeing Dr Patel for almost 6 months and the whole process has been excellent. Dr Patel is fantastic chap; his approach is both friendly and consultative, and I'm incredibly satisfied with the results (I got my brace off a couple of days ago!). Also a shout-out to Lorna on the front desk who is lovely; always greeted with a smile. I couldn't have asked for more and wouldn't hesitate in the slightest to recommend.

I would recommend this dentist. I had a tooth removed yesterday. I feel pain more than normal, due to nerve damage and so I was very nervous. The staff were very friendly. The dentist was very reassuring all the way through the procedure and made me feel relaxed. The procedure was uncomfortable but not painful. - pain only started after injections wore off!! 😀 Thanks to all the staff who looked after me yesterday.

Refered to Etwall dental practice from my normal dentist in swadlincote to have a wisdom tooth removed. As someone who is terrified of the dentist and will do anything in order to avoid, this procedure was not one i was wanting! However i can not recommend this dental practise highly enough, after having a massive panic attack the staff where amazing. They took everything at a pace that was suitable for me, and waited patiently until i was ready. The receptionist talked me though everything i needed to know before hand. Excellent service!

Attended today for the first visit in 18years to a dentist......(..Not surprising due to previous experiences). From the first point of contact via phone (Sharon) to attending today all of the staff involved have been an absolute delight..Kind caring and very professional nothing seemed too.much trouble, Mr Kunal Patel even took time out from his admin when I popped back with my hospital dental xrays to take me through the results etc..he is a real gentlemen. Ofcourse treatment has not started yet and as it happens not much to be done..I may still be a challenge but what I have experienced today has filled me with confidence and I have been greatly reassured by the Etwall Dental Practice Team...If you are lulling me into a false sense of security..YOU'VE DONE A BRILL JOB!!!
