Amazing results!! I had a appointment with Cedric for a scale / polish and stain removal. I had quite a heavily stained composite filling on my front tooth which is now white and unnoticeable. I arrived 10 mins late to my appointment due to traffic but they still managed to fit me in. Excellent service, highly recommended!!

I am in the hygiene plan and have regular appointments with cedric. He also is wonderful friendly cheerful and very professional on every visit. I have been terrified of going to the dentist for years. When I came to Remarkable Smiles, I was blown away at how wonderful everyone is and how well I was taken care of. Dr. Juj and Cedric took their time with me and my anxiety. That meant the world to me! Edie is at every appointment so there is consistency for me. Leanne and Jade always greet me with lovely smiles. The whole experience of going to the dentist has changed dramatically for me! I've just had 4 veneers done with no problems at all! That is a huge step forward and its all because of the amazing team at Remarkable Smiles! I highly recommend this dentist surgery! They are fantastic and I can't see myself going anywhere else. I met our new dentist today, which i wasn't aware of! However whilst i was apprehensive i need not have been. She was knowledgeable, did a thorough job on both me and my children and she was really friendly and made us all feel at ease. A brilliant new addition to the practice.

Because of covid we had a phone call to ask health questions before going. On the day we had to knock at the door and step back to be let in. On entering my temperature was took and asked the same health questions. I was the taken to the surgery where the dentist did my check up and after she had finished the hygenist came into the same room and did his work. Everything was done safely and more efficient than usual

Very friendly receptionists and very helpful with everything I asked. The dentist said last time I visited said I was keeping on top of my teeth and gums. She also said i don' t need a scale or polish because I am looking after my teeth really well but this time I needed a scale and polish when i Haven't done anything different. 5* simply isn't high enough for this place. I was totally messed around by my private dentist for an emergency extraction, offering me a 2 week wait to have it removed while i was in utter agony. After contacting the NHS 111 i was referred to Remarkable Smiles. In under 24 hours from the first call they kept in touch and sorted me an appointment very quick. My private dentist (whom i will never visit again) filled me with horror stories after agreeing to see me, charge me £75 to tell me what could go wrong and then tell me he didn't have time to remove it. Arrived at Remarkable Smiles filled with anxiety and worry, convinced something would go drastically wrong. I was overwhelmed by how kind, understanding and supportive the team of 3 i had looking me was. From the moment i sat down, all the way through the procedure and to the end they was amazing and making me feel safe and actually made the experience quite enjoyable. Thank you so much to Dr Maini, Dr Dalley and Nurse Nauen (hope thats correct) for getting the tooth out in one piece and if the COVID-19 didn't prevent me, i would have given you all a big hug. With the greatest of respects, i sincerely hope i don't see you again soon but if i do, i will very much be looking forward to it. Shaun Hardman :) x

Being a regular patient at the Pearl dental practice, 3 years of attending does not lie. Dr Koshal is always very professional and courteous from the time of walking in the door to the time you leave. He is always willing to answer questions, explain procedures and why they are needed. I have always found that he will only undertake work that is necessary and will also inform you of work that needs attending to in the future. All the staff from the receptionists to the hygienists are very welcoming and i would definitely recommend this practice as it is of a very high standard.

Major improvement to reception with the addition of Harvie, she also nursed with my dentist and they were a great team. Thankyou for your patience and understanding. i would like to thank everyone at this Dental Practice, I hadn't been to a dentist in over 10 years due to the fact that I'm petrified!. Upon arrival to the practice the reception staff were very helpful and polite. When the dentition shouted my name I thought I was going to pass out with fright but the toothache I was suffering at the time made me follow her into the dreaded treatment room, I then saw that horrible chair and started to cry as I was actually petrified my dentition put me at ease and was so understanding and so so very kind and did express her empathy with my nervousness. Well I really could go on and on and on about the excellence of this practice but I hope I've said enough already for anyone who is as scared as me to visit Pearl in Derby with a tiny bit more confidence. I will finish now telling you that I am going to try having a filling done with a local anaesthetic this hasn't been done in over 30 years as I used to have to be put to sleep! . Not sure I will have the nerve to do this but hopefully with the sympathy and kindness of my dietician I will give it a good go. Thanks again to everyone at Pearl Dental Derby Amanda (aged 50)
