I firstly would just like to say how impressed I am with the service I received today from visiting The Practice@Willington for the first time. My previous experiences of dentists has not been the best or the most comforting to say the least. But The Practice@Willington has changed that for me. I was welcomed by a lovely and friendly reception team, I was seen by a very knowledgeable, informative and helpful dentist who had support from a very willing dental nurse - all of which made the whole experience brilliant and comfortable for me. So I cannot thank you enough and am definitely not dreading my next visit, actually quite looking forward to it 🙂

I can’t thank Donna, Sarah and the team enough! They’ve gone above and beyond their role to help me improve my ‘smile’ in time for my daughters wedding. They did this in just three visits, over two weeks! First whitening then composite bonds. They fitted me in to an already full appointment book. I’d been with my previous dentist for over 30 years, I always dreaded a visit. This practice makes you feel at home from the minute you walk in and meet the reception staff, to the very gentle dental care from Donna and Sarah . I’ve joined their treatment plan, the best thing I’ve done in a long time is find this practice. Thank you again!

I had a surgical extraction at The Practice at Willington recently. I am a needy patient who is petrified of the dentist so the thought of having this procedure had worried me for some time. Thanks to the professionalism, care and understanding of the entire team I was made to feel welcome, relaxed and at ease. No extraction is a pleasant experience for anyone but I can honestly say every care was taken by Adam the surgeon who completed the procedure. I had no pain whatsoever throughout the extraction and Adam communicated everything I should expect in stages. I can highly recommend the team at Willington for looking after their patients and being calm and patient and to Donna and Adam for performing pain and worry free dentistry.

We went to The Practice for our first time "just to try it "as we were already with a local dentist. We were really impressed and after an initial check up agreed to continue going there and sign up to their dental plan which is really good value. The whole facility is very modern and spotless. The owner and staff all very pleasant , helpful and reassuring. I needed some cosmetic surgery as I had lost a tooth and had a number of other problems. They spent time with me fully explaining the possible options,costs etc. The procedure went so well I have the best smile I have had for years thanks to Adam and his assistant. We only have praise for this new dental practice and would highly reccomend.

I have recently had a 6 month smile with Dr Donna Mills; the results are phenomenal!!! I couldn’t be happier.
