My dentist in Derby, reception are friendly and helpful , they’re always polite and put you at ease in my experience. I’m treated like an individual and the hygienist and dentist / dental nurses are friendly and professional. The practice is clean and welcoming. My only suggestion is that disabled access is poor due to the buildings age and layout, so there are steps to negotiate and stairs which wheelchair users would not manage. I am generally very pleased with the service I receive. There is parking fairly close in adjacent streets and it’s usually easy to get an appointment.

More than happy with the private service. I needed to have a fair amount of work done and Dr Badran and the clinic were able to get it done in a time frame that worked for me. Throughout they provided polite and courteous service throughout. I would and have recommended this practice to others.

I have been a patient of Dr F Wong and his dental nurse for many years,they have always given me a first class dental experience .He always explains the treatments in detail and I could not have wished for a better dentist.I am sorry to hear he is retiring.

As a parent I couldn't of found a better dentist for me and my family. We recently had to visit the dentist for an emergency appointment for my son. I was offered an appointment the same day and was dealt with promptly, with no messing around. The dentist we booked in with was not our routine dentist but he was polite and upheld my regular dentist standard of care. We was provided with post aftercare and was booked in with my regular dentist for a follow up appointment. On the follow up appointment i was overwhelmed by the level of care and interest the dentist undertook to provide my son with a "Gold standard treatment plan". I would definitely recommend this dental practice for comprehensive treatment planning and brilliant dental care.

Lucky to have had a recommendation from a friend. As a very nervous patient, I can't recommend Trinity Terrace enough. The reception team were happy to help and kept me updated with reminders of my appointment. My dentist, Mahila dealt with my worries (and tears!) in a very professional and friendly way, I can't recommend her enough, I've recommended to many people already. I'm very happy with the work the dentist did on my tooth but was rushed and a but rough. The assistant made personal comments not regarding my teeth to which after I came out realised that every word can be heard through the door to waiting area. My friend commented on the conversation. I haven't had a follow up letter or check up appointment letter since then and that was February.

Cant give 5 stars because i feel everytime i go for checkup they are trying to get more money out of me.the appts are not very often on time and are very rushed and are not thorough.my check up took around 4 mins, never check my mouth or tongue .£22 for this.not happy.i was also told that i could need root treatment and that will be private treatment...thought this is done under the NHS..very strange .
