D. d. G.Mr Lord was a breath of fresh air - a dentist who actually enjoys his job ! He was so patient and reassuring towards my disabled mother on her first visit. Thanks also to Jane the receptionist. A anxious visit turned into a successful one. Thank you all.
N. M.I have been a patient at this practice for a long time under the previous management. My son and I had our check up today and we were so impressed, particularly with, Sia, the dentist that we saw today. Made my son feel completely at ease and even got him involved in what was happening during the appointment. The reception staff were friendly and welcoming. Great dental practice.
P. I.If I could give 10 stars I would . Had an awful experience at a private dentist this morning for a tooth extraction and filling . Luckily I was still registered at this practice which is under new management (it shows !) . I called them as I was worried about the treatment I had had and the symptoms I was experiencing after this mornings treatment. I wasn’t prepared to go back to / call the private clinic . Serious money paying privately for a seriously poor experience and left with nothing but worry.
The service I received from calling Besscarr dental was exceptional . They took details of my concerns on the phone and deciphered if it was appropriate to come in . It was decided it was . I was then met with friendly and warm staff when I arrived. I saw the dentist and I ended up crying in relief . He instilled trust instantly and examined me and a follow up appointment made . Exceptional From Start to finish. I walked in crying and left laughing, literally . Don’t lose your place at this great practice . I’m so glad I didn’t . Thank you v v v much

C. B.Very impressed with the service we received today. Myself, my 7 year old daughter and 1 year old son all attended and was seen by Sia. He was amazing with the kids and my daughter adored him! He was both fun and explained everything to her including what I was having done. We felt completely comfortable and was a good experience!
